02/10/2025: The Angus Bistecca alla Fiorentina was delicious! Unfortunately, it was served cold. Even after reheating, it wasn't much warmer, but it was more cooked through. The problem was that it was sliced, which would have been good, but served on a cold slate slab.
It was served with grilled vegetables, which were also cold. At least they didn't charge for this after we complained.
The food could be excellent if the chef worked properly.
27/08/2025: We're on vacation in Sellia Marina.
Excellent food (we opted for pizza), welcoming place (very well-kept), and kind and attentive staff. The owner is a great hostess. The price is fair. We'll be back this evening for the meat.

14/02/2026: We enjoyed the Valentine's Day menu. It included a mixed appetizer platter, a plate with two different pasta dishes—one with artichoke sauce and one with mushroom sauce. The main course was roast pork with vegetable gravy and roast potatoes. For dessert, we had tiramisu. Wine, water, and espresso were included. We were pleasantly surprised and found it very delicious.

04/12/2025: We were a little hesitant at first because the restaurant was completely empty, and we initially thought it wasn't open. However, we went in anyway, and the owner, who also serves as waiter and cook, gave us a warm welcome. It's a small, family-run restaurant.
The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. The salad was very simple and uninspired, but fresh and tasty nonetheless. The presentation could be a bit more appealing, but that's not really as important as the taste.
In any case, we felt very welcome and comfortable there. We would definitely come back.

13/12/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant today. The welcome was perfect, and the owner was incredibly attentive. He pampered us by seating us in a more private and quiet room since we arrived with our sleeping baby. He then explained the menu and recommended dishes. We had a traditional appetizer, followed by onion soup and spaghetti with fish, followed by fried calamari and chips. Everything was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the owner's presence was a real pleasure. We're so happy to have discovered this highly recommended little place; we'll definitely be back.
09/10/2025: I stayed at the hotel for two nights with a friend and ate at the restaurant one evening.
-The hotel is fantastic. It's in a fantastic location right in the heart of Tropea, and we were even lucky enough to have a small balcony overlooking the square. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was delicious.
-The food was good. The enthusiastic owner gave us great recommendations for fresh food and treated us to local delicacies. I would love to return if I ever get the chance! Thanks, Nicolo

22/10/2025: It was a truly enjoyable evening! The outdoor area is welcoming and elegant, perfect for a quiet party with just the right atmosphere. The piano bar provided an elegant and relaxed background, perfect for chatting and enjoying the company. The food was a wonderful discovery: interesting dishes, beautifully presented, and with a touch of originality. The staff were kind and attentive, always available without being intrusive.
07/10/2025: Everything was special from start to finish. Impeccable service. The food was excellent. Fresh fish and amazing combinations. The location is very well-kept. The staff pays attention to every detail and makes you feel pampered. The jazz music in the background made the atmosphere even more pleasant. I will definitely be back!

17/01/2026: Excellent food, attentive and meticulous service. Daniela and Stefano welcome you as soon as you enter with warmth and professionalism. I immediately offer you water, and once you're seated, Daniela impeccably presents the menu with various options. It's our dream destination, starting with the Gelateria since I was little and continuing with this fantastic restaurant, where I can't help but go on every vacation to Belvedere because, even in summer, the staff is always professional and the food excellent. Congratulations. Well done!
12/01/2026: Family-run seafood restaurant. The very welcoming owner will tell you what's available today and arrange a tasting in a flash. The hot and cold appetizers are highly recommended.
The wine cellar is excellent...not just local wines. Congratulations...always top-notch.

10/09/2025: Amazing spot very interesting name it attracted me to ask for a table for 3, one Local Friend my lady who grew up in beautiful Lamezia and me. FlyFischer (with German "sch", has super professional but easy going Weiters and very kind to us. The burgers were amazing the patatine fritte and wurstel goes perfect with a cold 🍺. Next summer I will return and taste some other burgers. Wished they had a Filiale in Milano.

05/01/2026: La Contadina is located outside the village center, on a side street. Public transport connections are poor. For those arriving by car, there are a few free parking spaces available. The restaurant is simply and functionally furnished and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was friendly and efficient. The menu offers a sufficiently large selection of delicious dishes. The pizza was very good, absolutely delicious! Prices are average for the area, and the portion sizes were generous. I can recommend La Contadina.

Besides the classic Neapolitan pastries, the maritozzi and nuvolette are very good.
The prices are fair for the excellent quality they offer.
29/09/2025: The croissants are amazing; once you try them, you'll never forget them. Kudos to the pastry chef. Excellent service and a great walking location.
