The staff is incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming. The lady at the cashier was especially sweet and helpful — she made every visit feel warm and special. The quality of the dessert and coffee - excellent, and the prices are also very good for what you receive. I was there today with friends, I had never been there before, it was a nice and well-kept place, we ordered some ice creams and I was disappointed, the taste wasn't the best and there were pieces of ice inside, the ice cream for me was a failure
