29/08/2025: If you want meat done well, good and tasty, you're in the right place. Cooked to perfection, a delight for the palate. Characterful location, excellent service, quick, polite, and very helpful staff. After a year, we returned, and aside from a few small negatives—the roast portion was much smaller, but the price was the same, and the Podolico sandwich burger was a little overcooked—it's always a good experience and the food is good. Another year has passed, and the palate has once again delighted at Masseria Forcinit. What can I say? It's always a pleasure to return; the goodness and kindness are one and the same.

15/08/2025: Following the advice of another tourist, we booked (it's worth booking). I found the service to be efficient and extremely helpful, and the products served were 100% excellent. The kitchen is open to making some changes for allergies (for example, nickel or tree nuts). If you want to argue about the bill, I don't think it's worth it. The quality-price ratio is excellent. I thank Mr. Cataldo and his staff/family for their hospitality.

17/08/2025: Horrible experience, I really cannot recommend this restaurant. Absolutely unprofessional staff and attitude. After sitting at the table, after 10 minutes the waiter came to tell me that the table was reserved. However, no reservation was marked on the table. The waiter moved us to the interior, where we ordered food and drinks. When we sat at an empty table for 30 minutes, we asked for at least water.. For the next 20 minutes, nothing happened, we just watched the confused waiter running back and forth with one plate or glass! Then they brought us water. We waited another 30 minutes for the rest of the drinks. I got my beer 65 minutes after ordering! We finally got our food an hour and 20 minutes after we arrived at the restaurant. It is very difficult to objectively evaluate the quality of the food with a stomach groaning with hunger for an hour, however, the taste is average, I ordered spaghetti negro sepia, clearly undercooked, the portion is rather small, but I finished it with the rest from my wife. As a regular visitor to Scalea, I can say that the restaurant is rather expensive in the city, but the quality and professionalism of the staff does not correspond to this at all. There are many much better restaurants in the city, which usually handle serving customers well even in high season.

The dishes are carefully prepared, the fish is incredibly fresh, and the flavors showcase the ingredients to their fullest. Despite the high quality, the prices remain fair, which is not to be taken for granted and is absolutely appreciated. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The location, a renovated old olive oil mill, is stunning and contributes to a unique and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for those who love good seafood and are looking for a place that combines taste, friendliness, and beauty.

18/08/2025: I was really satisfied with my visit to this pizzeria. The service was impeccable, the staff friendly and helpful. The pizzas were delicious, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy delicious pizza in a welcoming atmosphere.

26/08/2025: We spent fourteen days at this residence, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed. Starting with the sewer smell in the room every day, which they explained to us was due to nearby drains (I would have liked to know this before arriving). The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved, the sheets sometimes had holes in them, and sometimes they weren't changed. The breakfast service was terrible for a 4-star hotel, so much so that we only used it for a few days, then we left. There's little supervision from the staff in general throughout the property. The location is beautiful, but poorly managed. Our holiday was saved by the lounge bar area, where we were pampered with delicious cocktails and platters. The staff were kind and super helpful. The beach is very beautiful, but in Calabria, when it comes to the sea, there's not much to say; it's a shame about everything else. It's a property we definitely won't return to.

19/08/2025: Spacious, bright rooms with air conditioning. Large bathroom, amenities could be improved. Simple breakfast with fresh fruit and homemade jams. Narrow road to get there, but parking is available.

19/08/2025: Situated in a panoramic location, the masseria offers spacious, tastefully furnished rooms equipped with new bathroom fixtures. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the large windows provide plenty of natural light. The very large bathroom would benefit from additional storage space for toiletries. The only areas for improvement: the rooms aren't particularly quiet, and some bathroom fixtures (shower heads and soap dispensers) are worn and impractical. A shared refrigerator is available for guests in the breakfast room. The simple but tasty breakfast includes fresh fruit from the garden and homemade jams (citron, strawberry grape, medlar, fig). The property is reached via a somewhat narrow and steep road; parking is located right next to the entrance.

18/08/2025: I had the pleasure of eating at this pizzeria, and I must say it was a truly excellent experience! The pizza is delicious, with a light and fragrant dough that doesn't weigh you down. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients: fresh, authentic, and carefully selected. Another thing I really appreciated was the toppings: here, the pizza is really well-topped, generous, and tasty, unlike many other places where you end up with just a few things on top. You can see the passion and attention that goes into every pizza. Highly recommended!

15/07/2025: We've been there twice with work colleagues. The beer selection is excellent (not overwhelming), as are the appetizers to accompany them. The staff is friendly, and the location is lovely. The sandwiches also lived up to expectations. I highly recommend it.

18/08/2025: "I booked a farmhouse stay in Bova Marina. Are you happy? Let's go to your homeland!" This is how my husband began, about two months ago, alluding to my great love for Calabria. As soon as we arrived, Domenico and Mimma's smiles and kindness disarmed us. They exude a kindness and genuineness that few possess. The Calabrians have cordiality and warmth in their blood, qualities that attract and touch even the hardest hearts, but that's not a given... Returning from the beach and welcoming us with a ready joke and a wide-ranging smile, despite our tiredness and daily commitments, was like a caress on the heart. We immediately connected, to the point that relaxing on the wicker sofas under a portico was so natural and pleasant, it gave us a sense of well-being and peace. You realize that in this frenetic life, filled with superficial and cold relationships, rare moments like these days spent with Domenico and Mimma are a gift. Authentic cuisine, freshly prepared dishes, accompanied by the professionalism and kindness of their children, Annalisa and Giambattista, provided the perfect backdrop. Their specialty? There isn't one dish in particular, as they are all excellent, from appetizer to dessert...all organic and all cooked with love. We'll be back soon for the warmth and love we feel...
