02/11/2025: This didn’t happen today, but on September 15th - I’m only writing now, when emotions have cooled down. Still, the experience was very disappointing. I completely understand the restaurant was full and we were willing to wait for a table. However, the waiter was extremely rude and arrogant, and refused to let my 6-year-old daughter use the toilet until we were seated. That’s basic human decency, especially when it concerns a small child. No matter how good the food might be, such an attitude is UNACCEPTABLE!

19/10/2025: This was one of the best meals we've had in Italy! The setting can't be beat - you're right over the water with a direct view of the castle, and the menu offers much more than pizza. The anitpasta seafood board was generously portioned and had a variety of tasty samplings. My wife had the roasted swordfish for dinner, and I had the swordfish panuozzo. Both were delicious in their own distinct way. We felt very welcome despite limited Italian language skills, and the price was very reasonable for such great quality food. We hope to return someday!

21/12/2025: Any words would be superfluous!! When quality, culinary mastery, choice of premium products, and attention to detail come together, "La vecchia botte" is born. A place of excellence, elegant and refined, for a select few connoisseurs!! Just a glance at the menu is enough to realize you're in the right place (unlike any so-called commercial establishment). Choosing the right dishes becomes truly complicated, because you'll want to try everything... Perhaps on several occasions, because it's worth revisiting!!!!! The place is truly beautiful (inside and out), not huge, but with attention to the smallest details. This certainly guarantees meticulous customer service and, above all, niche cuisine. The staff is very welcoming and professional, very attentive to their needs.

05/01/2026: A quaint restaurant serving traditional Calabrian cuisine. Excellent ingredients and high-quality food. The dining room is beautifully decorated with many period pieces. Attentive service makes for a delightful lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.

25/01/2026: The hot/cold meat appetizer was good, homemade, and plentiful. The corteccie with mushrooms, speck, and pecorino cheese was excellent, as was the wine. The place was pleasant. The service was generally punctual despite the presence of three large tables. Kudos to the manager and especially to the staff, all efficient. Even the person who made the coffee... good. See you next time.

25/12/2025: High-quality pastries, pleasant and fast service, but the ambiance is a bit limited in my opinion because this used to be an old pharmacy, and the two columns separating the spaces aren't ideal in my opinion. But breakfast here is wonderful, and look at all the sweets in the display cases... 🤩

10/10/2025: Very friendly staff, fast service. Great variety of pizzas, excellent dough, and high-quality ingredients. We were asked to choose between inside and outside. We preferred the latter, as when there are a lot of people, with the windows closed, it can be very noisy. Overall, an experience worth repeating. Well done!

19/09/2025: A cuisine that has grown over time and is now among the finest gastronomic experiences in the area. The splendid little square serves as the backdrop to delicious dishes, revered by ancient traditions presented in a more modern way. The panciotti with porcini mushrooms is a must-try.

15/01/2026: I always love coming back! Beautiful place, a rich and friendly menu, with pizzas named after Calabrian sayings! We were given free zeppole as a welcome gift, and the pizzas arrived almost immediately... each one better than the last, with excellent, light dough that didn't weigh us down, and quality ingredients! The staff was very friendly and fast, and the price, considering the high quality of the products, was even lower than other pizzerias in the area. This time, in addition to the welcome zeppole, they also gave us a free dessert... a Montanarina with various flavors to choose from. The surprise was the "focu grandi meu" pizza with its flame-grilled crust and pancetta! You really have to go to Tre Farine!!!

20/01/2026: I went alone on Saturday and paid 70 euros. The food was good, except for the mussels, which were of two different types, skillfully mixed. I even told the owners this. But I don't recommend it.

14/01/2026: Very good pizza, thin crust, high-quality ingredients, and a really generous portion. Very good price-quality ratio. The place itself also has a nice, atmospheric atmosphere, and the service is friendly. I recommend it.
