19/07/2025: We returned to this place six years after our last visit, following a beautiful day spent at the beach in Soverato. We were craving something special, and we found it with the guys at Roots, who consistently deliver. We ate on the terrace overlooking the main street. We ordered two sandwiches, a true house specialty. One with grilled octopus tentacles, lamb's lettuce, chicken salsa, mayonnaise, caramelized onion, and purple potato chips. The other sandwich featured grilled prawns, burrata, lettuce, salsa americana, bacon, and grilled eggplant. An orange soda and a very special Dam Inedita beer—all for just €37, but the quality is top-notch. Recommended.

Everything was perfect: the spaces were perfectly managed, the food was simply EXCELLENT, and the staff was helpful and well-trained. It will be wonderful to remember our wedding in your Villa and associate it with a loving, familiar, and extremely refined setting! Thank you, Ester and maître d'Franco, for every smile. 30/06/2025: We chose this enchanting place as the location for our wedding. The staff is professional and qualified. Ester, the owner, is very careful in managing and taking care of every aspect of the wedding from planning to realization. The menu is exquisite, the appetizer buffet and the fruit and dessert buffet are very rich and presented in a refined way. The setting of the room is fairytale and the gardens are dreamlike. We couldn't have chosen better, we will definitely return for other events.

12/09/2025: Recommended place. The location is welcoming and spacious. When we went, even though it was packed, the service was quick and professional. The tagliata, the first courses, and even the pizzas were excellent... I'll definitely be back again.

07/09/2025: My 5-year-old daughter's favorite gluten-free pizzeria in Reggio Calabria. The appetizers (fried gnocco) and gluten-free pizza are very good (even though I'm not celiac, I always try them). This summer's new addition is the delicious swordfish sandwich (basically pizza).

26/08/2025: Beautiful place! The staff is super friendly and always smiling, they make you feel at ease right away. We ate deliciously, fresh fish and truly unique sandwiches (a must try 👌). Fast service and a relaxing atmosphere right on the sea. I'll definitely be back!

31/08/2025: Lunch with friends: the place is welcoming, although it tends to be quite noisy when it reaches its maximum capacity. The staff was extremely kind and available to accommodate our requests. Good quality fish, the only reservation being the mixed seafood salad: compared to the other dishes, it was the least impressive. The seafood risotto was excellent, as was the linguine with clams.

31/08/2025: Nothing special, the fish didn't have much flavor, so I assume most of it (if not all of it) was frozen. The wine prices are truly exorbitant; commercial wines found at the supermarket for €7-9 sell for exactly three times that; for example, the most commercial Madre Goccia Iuzzolini costs €25. The selection of appetizers, where you'd expect lots of good fish, ends with a salad of chickpeas, onion, tomato, and arugula... in short, disappointing. The raw fish appetizer, which I expected above all else but instead arrived halfway through the meal, features extremely salty smoked salmon. But the saltiest thing of all is the bill; that really leaves you speechless. I won't be returning.

The cooked fish is noteworthy, with reference to the catch of the day. The service should not be underestimated, with no small kindness and attention...
