01/03/2026: In the historic center, there's a place that's more than just a tavern: it's become a meeting place, a small beating heart of community. Today, La Nicchia is elegant, well-kept, and welcoming. Alessandra and Walter have managed to do something rare: raise the bar without losing their soul. Good food, tables filled with smiles, people who happily stay even after dessert. And then there's the warmth. Human warmth, of course. But also genuine warmth. Finally, my love has found a place where he doesn't suffer from the cold. In the winter, it's truly wonderful here. Long live the pellet stoves at La Nicchia.

22/02/2026: Sometimes good things happen by chance: the first Sunday of February 2026, with beautiful, sunny weather. I call several restaurants, between Trebisacce, Civita, and Roseto, but they're all full. Osteria La Nicchia tells me they have room. The restaurant is located in the historic center of Roseto Capo Spulico, and the view is breathtaking. We're immediately greeted with kindness and courtesy. We exchange a few words with the owner, then we choose our dishes. The service is fairly quick. The dishes are a mix of tradition and innovation, both meat and fish. A truly magnificent experience, with generous, beautifully presented, and truly delicious dishes. The price is fair for the quality. An experience worth repeating to try other delicacies.

21/03/2026: We had lunch on their beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The staff were friendly and professional. The dishes were perfect and excellent, as always.

15/03/2026: Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience. It's practically impossible to book a table because they always say it's full. I even tried calling to inquire, but the response was extremely rude: I was quickly told there was no room and then hung up on me without even letting me speak. I understand that a place can be busy, but customer service should be paramount. Such poor service leaves a really bad impression.

10/04/2026: A truly pleasant Easter stay. The property was clean and well-organized, perfect for a relaxing holiday break. I really appreciated the amenities offered and the tranquility of the location. Ideal for those who want to get away and enjoy a few relaxing days.

05/04/2026: We went for lunch at Easter, a disappointment. The appetizer was poor, there weren't many people, the music was pitiful, no one was dancing. The first and second courses were good, and the dessert was a tiny piece of pastiera. Honestly, €55 per person is too much. I'll put a cross on it.

06/04/2026: We celebrated my three-year-old son's birthday at dinner. There were 30 adults and 10 children. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the best part is that parents can eat and watch their little ones because the inflatables are right next to the room. The games are all new and up to standard. There's an entertainer who keeps an eye on the kids. The food is very good, and we even found karaoke, and we adults had fun too. Furthermore, the room also takes care of the decor, which is well done and of high quality. The owners are open and available to answer any questions. We will definitely be back.

27/10/2025: We celebrated my daughter's birthday. We went in the evening with a varied menu for the children and an appetizer and pizza round for the adults. We had a great time. The owner and staff were very kind and helpful. The kids had a blast!

04/01/2026: Excellent food, and quick, efficient service. The only negative is the live music, which was quite loud; a lower volume would have definitely been more relaxing. Overall, an experience worth repeating.

29/12/2025: We had lunch and had a great time. We shared appetizers, including cured meats and cheeses, grilled mushrooms, bruschetta, and carpaccio, and then each chose a different first course. Everything was delicious, and the staff was very kind and courteous. They managed to satisfy everyone, not to mention that this lunch ended with the first snowflakes falling, so what better setting and ending? Highly recommended.

10/12/2025: I was a guest of friends, and they took me to this restaurant for the second time. I have to say the quality of the food is excellent. I ordered a smaller Perla Nera appetizer because otherwise I can't eat anything else, and I have to say I really enjoyed it. The next dish was amberjack au gratin with potatoes cut not the way we do them, but round and thin—strange but delicious. One of my friends had a huge fish platter, which made your mouth water just looking at it. I didn't eat anything else, but there's a wide selection of fish, and my friends ate a lot. The place is welcoming. Since we went out of season, it was nice and not crowded and not crowded, but I think it's difficult to find a table in high season.

03/04/2026: Chosen because of the many reviews. But it was a bit of a disappointment. The food, at least the one we chose, was nothing exceptional. The fried foods, both as appetizers and as a mixed fried dish, were a bit too greasy and bland. The seafood pasta was lacking in flavor and a bit flat. Even the fennel and orange salad was bland. The orange was good. The white wine in the carafe tasted a bit Marsala and strong for me. I don't know what type of wine it was. The price was pretty average. I don't know if I'd go back.
