The atmosphere is welcoming, yet intimate. The service is professional, refined, and precise. The dishes are meticulously prepared and balanced in their combinations and flavors. There were two of us, one of whom is celiac, and we chose both seafood and meat dishes. We started with the beef tartare with figs and truffle shavings, one of the best we've ever eaten. Then, the seared octopus with yogurt and cucumber salad was a real treat. Next, we continued with a black tortello filled with ricotta and salmon with bottarga, and a beetroot risotto with crispy bacon and blue cheese fondue. These were two starters that had us nodding with every bite...we finished them in a flash! To finish, a delicious single-serving caramel cheesecake. We complimented the chef, and we'll give them ours again. The restaurant manager was also excellent; his service was impeccable! The price, including two glasses of Tenuta Macchione rosé, was fair for the quality of the cuisine. Thank you, we went home happy.

Life is a journey...and you never know where it will take you...a bit like dinner here...a fantastic experience, it's not the first time I've been here and it won't be the last, everything was excellent from the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent...I recommend doing the 4-course tasting menu and trusting them with the choice of dishes, you will never be disappointed...top dinner...highly recommended

Everything was impeccable; from the service to the cuisine, from the appetizer to the dessert, a blend of perfectly balanced flavors, with the chef's mastery and professionalism truly rare and unparalleled. All the dishes are also, of course, meticulously crafted, although I won't upload any photos simply because I preferred to fully enjoy the experience without distractions. Definitely a rare gem within a radius of several kilometers.

Beautiful restaurant near the airport, attentive and high-quality service. Gourmet dishes are classy and flavorful. The desserts are superb: black truffle and mandarin sorbet. The only problem: my wife ordered pork capocollo with potatoes and dates and received capocollo with vegetables and berry jam. We were told that the seasonings and vegetables can change, but at a restaurant of this caliber, I expect to be informed BEFORE receiving the dish. Anyway, definitely worth a try!

What a wonderful place! The dining room and outdoor area are clean and well-maintained, with top-quality ingredients expertly prepared. We were warmly welcomed and looked after throughout the meal. Everything was spectacular, but a special mention goes to the stuffed bread.

Such a beautiful surprise. Got there by accident while waiting to go to the airport. You can go by foot from central raioway station. Very nice owner with such care for details and welcoming. Amazing food: local ingredient with a twist . Reccomended
