23/12/2024: We ate several times at the Silipetto farmhouse. Every time we came back satisfied. The menu is based on a varied starter, two first courses of your choice and two second courses. Or if desired at the customer's request some alternative preferences. The appetizer was truly fabulous and complete. Pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and underwire macaroni with pork sauce. Followed by goat with potatoes and truly sublime cut of meat. All surrounded by a magnificent panorama between sea and hills which makes the whole thing a wonderful picture. The really nice and professional lady Roberta as well as the local cook made our lunch a magnificent experience. Congratulations to all the staff. We will definitely be back!!

17/11/2024: Agriturismo Silipetto. This was my favourite farm on my trip to Calabria. The owner Roberta is a great hostess, we felt like we were staying with friends! A great, quiet place with lots of culinary surprises. Self-made pasta, meat, vegetables... the food is organic and made with lots of love. A visit to this secluded place is definitely worthwhile! - It is essential to book a table in advance. Overnight stays are also in a very beautiful Tiny house possible. A place to relax and enjoy the delicacies of southern Italy.

04/10/2024: arrivando a gerace, chiediamo a due signori un luogo dove poter mangiare un gelato artigianale, e subito ci viene consigliato il “bar dolce e salato” dove dicono che sia il miglior gelato di gerace, arriviamo al bar e il titolare molto simpatico ci fa assaggiare pistacchio salato e zafferano, gelato FAVOLOSO, penso sia uno dei migliori gelati che io abbia mai assaggiato, prezzo molto onesto due coni 5 euro, per l’altissima qualita del gelato è veramente un prezzo molto onesto, vi consiglio vivamente questo posto.

Ho sempre comprato panettoni artigianali al nord , pasticcerie, fornai artigianali etc....povera me" quanto" sono stata limitata... Non ho parole per esprimere la cura, la scelta, la maestria della saggia mano che ha messo sulla mia tavola natalizia, non un panettone artigianale, ma bensì una vera COCCOLA culinaria Grazie infinite a chi non rinuncia a creare un' emozione.... 01/06/2025: Este es un lugar MUY local. DEBES hacer reservas para la cena. La comida era auténtica y deliciosa. El "aperitivo de Paesella" con catas calabresas es un requisito absoluto para pedir... simplemente fenomenal. Sin embargo, estábamos allí como visitantes / turistas a Cosenza. Sepa de antemano que recibirá un trato diferente para todos los clientes regulares (la mayoría parecen conocerse entre sí o al personal). Usted será servido en último lugar, independientemente de cuando llegue e incluso sus platos serán diferentes. Por ejemplo, la mesa de los lugareños a nuestro lado pidió Spaghetti alla Carbanara y tenía una tonelada de guanciale. Pedimos lo mismo y no lo servirían con espagueti, pero insistimos en que lo comiéramos con Rigatoni. Además, teníamos MUCHO menos guanciale en nuestro plato. Dicho esto, todavía disfrutamos mucho de la comida y tuvimos que aceptar los malos tratos - siendo visitantes de Cosenza.
