27/08/2025: We ate here a couple of nights ago. Reservations are recommended to secure a spot on the terrace. Convenient dedicated parking is available. Very helpful staff. We had excellent, truly original pizzas. They also have good fried and grilled fish. The dessert menu is excellent, too.

23/08/2025: The staff were courteous and professional, the pizzas were high-quality, the dough well-leavened and easy to digest, and the cooking was perfect. They even let us bring our dog along. Highly recommended.

22/07/2025: I would have given the service 5 stars if, throughout the entire dinner, the atmosphere of TENSION, ANXIETY, and STRESS that poor waiter was experiencing because of the owner hadn't been FULLY palpable. If he was tidying up glasses, he'd tell him to leave and do something else; if he was clearing the table, he'd interrupt him to do something else. He couldn't even stop by the table to give information about a pizza, or he'd call him back. I have to be honest and hope the gentleman reads this and takes action, both personally and personally, for the restaurant and the products they deserve! Really good pizza, though!

22/07/2025: Small outdoor restaurant with limited seating, but the pizza was excellent: excellent dough, left to rise for a long time (very digestible pizza), and excellent ingredients. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent service. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately for the employee who served us, she didn't even know what was inside what I was asking for and had little desire to explain, in fact the panzerotto told me it was ham, cheese and tomato, but instead it only had cheese and ham.

05/06/2025: I came to this restaurant for the first time! I was simply shocked by how tasty the food was...and I have visited Italy over 20 times but this restaurant impressed me the most!

02/06/2025: Today, just by chance, we went to this restaurant and intrigued by the various reviews, we wanted to sit down. As soon as we entered, in full view of the beautiful vintage motorcycles on which they have made a cash register and bar counter... truly unique and welcoming as a location. The owner welcomed us and very kindly accompanied us to the table and pointed out and recommended various things on the menu. He immediately put us at ease. In the end we took some house appetizers that were truly complete with everything and here was a nice surprise, he offered us exceptional meatballs in sauce in addition to those that had already arrived with the appetizers. Then we continued with first courses that were very rich and full of flavor and it should be noted that it is all homemade stuff. Then to finish, even if we were already stuffed, we took some Picanha (it melted in the mouth) which came with a side of super good potatoes. You can choose from a vast variety of truly fine meats, in full view in the fridge for aging... I would have tried them all! We couldn't get the dessert because we were already bursting. In the end the bill was more than fair and I would definitely like to go back, also to try the pizza. My compliments go to all the staff! Zero waiting times, very fast, friendly and always available even though the place was packed. See you next time!

04/08/2025: The meat, it must be said, was truly excellent. But everything else left a bitter taste in my mouth—in every sense. IF YOU GO, ASK IN ADVANCE IF THE INGREDIENTS ARE PRESENT. My girlfriend ordered a sandwich that, according to the menu, should have included beef carpaccio, arugula, stracciatella, and mayonnaise. She specifically asked for only the mayonnaise to be removed, but instead found herself served a sandwich with only carpaccio and arugula, which was also very bitter. No trace of the stracciatella, which should have balanced the dish. We pointed out the mistake, and after a few minutes, the dish was returned exactly as it was, accompanied by a rather disarming explanation: "The stracciatella is out." No one bothered to communicate this beforehand, nor to offer an alternative—a simple mozzarella, for example, would have saved the dish and the service as well.

28/08/2025: A top location that allows you to walk to Le Grotticelle beach. The sea-view room lets you watch the sunset with a view of Stromboli—fantastic! The room is cleaned daily. The restaurant is good and convenient.

29/08/2025: Very nice atmosphere. The staff and owners were very friendly. The pizza dough was excellent and the ingredients were high-quality. They were extremely helpful and willing to accommodate our various intolerance requests. The prices were more than reasonable. In short, I would recommend this place if you're looking for a casual place to eat in the area.

A very refined selection of wines, among other things. The dishes served are delicious and beautifully presented, revealing a sense of experimentation and boldness; they are undoubtedly the result of hard work and creativity. The choice of food pairings is never boring. The restaurant caters to every need, especially any intolerance. I highly recommend La Vecchia Botte. I can't wait to return!

The kindness and passion of the people who work there make it even more special. From now on, it will be a regular stop every time we're in the area. We recommend it 100%, you won't regret it! 🥰
