Our experience at Di Sotto – Wine Bar con Cucina was simply beautiful, from every perspective, and deserves to be carefully recounted. From the very first moment, you sense a genuine attention to detail, combined with a clear gastronomic vision that combines quality, creativity, and passion. We began with a series of starters that to call excellent is almost an understatement: the shrimp croquetas, delicate and perfectly balanced; the buttons stuffed with turnip greens and cod, refined and surprising; the mini burgers, juicy and intense; and a fresa cunzata that recalls tradition, yet reinterpreted with contemporary elegance. Each dish stands out not only for its flavor, but also for its presentation, meticulously crafted and never boring. The use of the highest-quality ingredients, enhanced with technique and sensitivity, is evident. Next, a sliced ​​Fassona steak with winter giardiniera (pickled vegetables), confirming the exceptional quality of the cuisine: incredibly tender meat, impeccably cooked, and a balanced accompaniment that enhances without overpowering. The wine selection deserves a special mention: truly rare. We're talking over a thousand different labels, an impressive oenological heritage. The owner, extremely kind, helpful, and above all, extremely knowledgeable, guided us in our selection with great expertise, managing to make us appreciate every glass even more and making the experience complete and memorable. The chef, simply unique, demonstrates a well-defined culinary personality and great technical mastery. It's undoubtedly a place to return to time and time again: perfect for both a high-end aperitif and a full-blown dinner, characterized by flavor, wine, and an authentic welcome.
