01/06/2024: AD 2024: the titular cashier: at the checkout...: "You should have told me before!? Have I already typed the receipt!?...cashier equipped with very efficient "pos sum up", to make "payments with ATM, Visa, nexi, mastercard etc etc.. But!? There is a "But"!?: If you want to pay with Cards! You must notify well in advance!?! Otherwise! Zac zac!!! You will be "forced to take out the cash" even if you don't have it!!!!...Notify immediately as soon as you enter that you "pay with cards, debit cards"...Always!!!..in advance!!! The cashier's question should be: "How do you pay!? with cards or cash..!?!?...Indeed, enter directly with the ATM/Cards... well" in sight!! ...better "WAVE THEM" so, perhaps, they understand " "that you haven't used cash for a century (out of fashion)... preferring "electronic transactions" which are very convenient and very fashionable"... to the wise connoisseur.. and.. CASH GREETINGS...💸💳💳💳

Located in a truly privileged position, directly above the fascinating Zungri caves, the restaurant offers a breathtaking view that takes your breath away. Whether you choose to have lunch inside the room, elegant and with attention to the smallest details, or whether you prefer to relax under the wooden gazebo, admiring the surrounding landscape, the atmosphere is always intimate and welcoming. Access to the restaurant is convenient, both by car and on foot, but for those who want to completely immerse themselves in nature and visit the caves, I recommend purchasing tickets first and then reaching the restaurant on foot. The short walk of about 400 meters will be downhill and is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the coolness of the pine forest and prepare your palate for a unique gastronomic experience. The dining room staff is extremely attentive and helpful, ready to satisfy every request and recommend the best dishes. I had the opportunity to taste the sea green gnocchi, a true delight that highlighted the quality of the fresh pasta. 22/09/2023: Abbiamo cenato e pranzato in questo posto ordinando il panino Tropeano, l'abbiamo trovato davvero ottimo, grande, preparato bene e con ingredienti e prodotti locali.I ragazzi che ci lavorano, anche se visti solo due volte, ci sono rimasti nel cuore, gentilissimi, bravi, volenterosi, professionali.Consiglio vivamente di andarci.In pieno centro e con un bellissimo cortile sul retro dove poter mangiare. Comunque, primi tutti dello stesso sapore, fritto accettabile, secondo di qualità scadente… ma è il servizio la loro punta di diamante imbarazzante. Lenti e impacciati. Non so come fanno ad essere ai primi posti a capa Vaticano. Mah!

12/08/2024: Esperienza terribile.. praticamente senza aria condizionata con 40 gradi fuori... ci dicono che chiedono alle 14.00 .. riferisco di essere allergica ai crostacei e trovo nel piatto pezzi di chele di astice... pasta scotta ...sugo salato e pessimo sapore...risultati= cortisone per me e imodium per mio marito...

26/08/2024: We came to Calabria for the first time from Frosinone. Like everyone (including you reading this) we were looking for a place to have dinner on the first evening and we discovered Nino. I'll tell you right away to be wary of anyone who writes "enough appetizer or things like that" or complains about the service. Remember that it's August and they have 3000 people per evening!!!! Everything is perfect, great food, I would recommend the house white wine, and if you want to try Calabrian meals you have to come here!! Let me start by saying this is said by a person from the Ciociaria cuisine (one of the best!) P.s. It's the second time I've been back in 3 days!

14/08/2024: siamo stati con un gruppo di amici e ci siamo trovati molto bene. buon ambiente, servizio buono per essere il 13 agosto. un po’ di attesa compensata dal prosecco offerto dal titolare. la cucina e’ buona, con spiccata qualità e freschezza e tendenza gourmet. antipasti diciamo nuovi con un piatto misto freddo e crudo, piatto di tartare di branzino con concasse’ di pomodori (un po’ troppa copriva il sapore del branzino), raviolone con astice, mezze maniche al ragù di pesce, frittura mista, polpo grigliata con patate e nduja. un bel menù. diciamo qualità medio alta, prezzo in linea (più o meno 40 euro a persona) con due bottiglie di vino. il posto merita ed e’ consigliato. veranda fronte mare.

24/06/2024: I got takeaway pizza. I don't know what round pizza is like but the large rectangular one from the electric oven is really good, especially the white one with onion! The place is spartan but well managed.

04/08/2024: I went to make 2 pizzas, a margherita and a frankfurter and chips, how do you make a margherita with oregon on top from the stomach 🤮 this pizza will remain in my history of tulle the worst daisies I have eaten, and for not talk about the price of margherita 6.50 and frankfurters and chips 8.50 with 10 chips counted and above all raw underneath practically real rubbish in everything, these are the real robberies 🤮🤮🤮😞😞😞😞

08/08/2024: A truly special evening, I had the pleasure, together with friends, of enjoying an excellent swordfish sandwich, with smoked scamorza cheese and grilled aubergines inside, bread made by them, with pizza dough, light to say truly excellent, other friends ate the sandwich with swordfish and peppers or the addition of onion...we liked the crumbliness of the bread without crumbs and the flavor of the swordfish put inside the sandwich...everything was really right, not to mention the excellent al dente spaghetti with a white sauce mussels...fast service, the owners friendly and approachable people...they also recommend the right dish pairing....congratulations 🔝🔝🔝🔝also the reasonable prices. To be tried on the Cannitello seafront, a serene and relaxing environment with soft music... I hope to return soon to eat a nice pepper of mussels and taste the mussels au gratin.... I recommend.... to try to spend a nice evening of good and light food.....Congratulations!!!!

30/07/2024: We had a good time, we had a nice evening. We ate well but I'm sure we can do even better, adequate value for money. If you find yourself passing through Cannitello, stop at the ancient lighthouse, you won't be disappointed!

09/06/2024: Pessima esperienza. Ci siamo seduti alle ore 21, dopo 15 minuti di attesa finalmente si procede con le ordinazioni (una porzione di patatine, una caprese, una pizza margherita e una pizza con tonno e cipolla). Porzione di patatine arrivata dopo ben 45 minuti di attesa, la caprese più volte sollecita ma mai arrivata ( la risposta era sempre la stessa : “ é in preparazione”),dopo bene un ora di attesa arrivano le pizze ( completamente bruciate). Per ben tre volte abbiamo richiesto tovaglioli e posate ma di quest’ultimi nemmeno l’ombra é andata a finire che abbiamo dovuto “rubarli da un altro tavolo”. Dopo l’arrivo delle tanto attese pizze richiediamo per l’ennesima volta la caprese e dopo averla richiesta per ben quattro volte finalmente arriva “la caprese” anche sbagliata però alla fine abbiamo mangiato per fame 😂. Morale della favola ci seduti al tavolo alle 21 e ci siamo rialzati alle 23:15.
