03/04/2026: The food was quite good, the staff were polite and welcoming, the only flaw was that I couldn't try the kebab, which according to other diners was excellent, because I was coeliac and it wasn't kept in a pristine environment.

16/08/2025: Since they opened, every year as per tradition, the first pizza of the holidays has been there, and it's always been good. This year I was disappointed; the dough fell short of our expectations. Not satisfied, we tried to get it again, but to no avail. We'll try again next year, and let's hope for the best. On the plus side, the staff.

15/08/2025: A truly positive experience. Armando, the owner, is a truly wonderful person. Very helpful and friendly. Plus, we had lunch; everything was delicious, the appetizers were spectacular. I'll definitely be back.

26/12/2025: A very well-equipped beach resort. In addition to well-maintained umbrellas and loungers, the lounge area is also very nice, featuring a swimming pool (though with the beautiful sea, it wouldn't be necessary) and two hot tubs available for a reasonable price. The atmosphere is spacious and comfortable. I've only been there during the day, but I imagine it's well-organized in the evenings. I recommend it even just for a day at the beach.

01/11/2025: I went to eat with the family, I ordered an appetizer, meat and baked potatoes as a side dish, I have to say that the meat was good, but I didn't like the appetizer, the potato croquette was hot on the outside and cold on the inside 🤐, the baked potatoes, especially the small and whole ones, were wrinkled, full of oil and with an unpleasant taste😟😟, the icing on the cake was a too high bill, I definitely won't go back there again

03/04/2026: A very Italian and Calabrian place. We loved it. The staff was super friendly. The pizza was delicious. Don't miss this place if you want to experience typical Calabrian places and mingle with the locals.

23/02/2026: In an area with exorbitant prices, this pizzeria is a rare find: fair prices and accessible to everyone. The place is simple, not your typical "Instagrammable" spot, all lights and design, but it's pure substance. I was skeptical due to some negative reviews, but luckily I didn't pay attention: the pizza was truly good and rich in toppings. If you're looking for a modern place to take photos and pay €15 for a pizza (often of inferior quality), look elsewhere. If you want good food at an excellent price, this is the place. Highly recommended!

07/04/2026: We spent Easter Monday at this lovely restaurant. The dishes were generous and cooked with love. You could tell the ingredients were fresh and traditional. From the typical appetizers to the homemade first courses, every course was thoroughly enjoyed. Even though it was Easter Monday (often synonymous with chaos), the staff was impeccable. The service was fast, cheerful, and very attentive to our needs. If you're looking for authentic, traditional flavors, this is the place to be. We left the table completely satisfied. P.S. My only advice: change your coffee; it's truly awful.

06/05/2026: Delicious ice cream, seize the opportunity and enjoy it overlooking the sea. Various flavors, such as Kinder, lemon biscuit recommended.

14/11/2025: This guest house is nestled in amongst orchards and farms so you end up nicely off the beaten track and in quiet country settings that is easily accessible from lamezia terme and well linked to the coastal road towards Salerno or Reggio. The staff are second to none and extremely accommodating (we arrived a bit later than expected) and kept the rooms perfectly clean. There was a decent enough kitchen (was able to make carbonara and bruschetta). The bed was a bit of a disappointment, it curved heavily in the middle and so you ended up on the sides trying to keep straight. TV and access to netflix etc. was perfect and internet was solid. Good for folks who want to have calm and quiet at a highly affordable price.

08/10/2025: I come back often, I like it, and I like the location. Don't be put off by the slightly rough final stretch of the road, but that's all. Five rooms, a restaurant/pizzeria. Pleasant and very clean atmosphere. The owner (Antonio) is always available.

20/02/2026: Two croissants with more filling than water in the sea and two coffees, €5.60. Outrageous prices!

03/10/2025: Friendly bar counter service. You are welcome to stand at the bar or drink outside under umbrella covered tables. This is a local gathering spot it seems with regulars dropping by to wind down with apertivo.

26/08/2025: The terrace is beautiful and large, overlooking the sea. But I wouldn't go back for anything other than the fries and sausage, which I didn't order but saw at almost every other table. An hour and forty minutes' wait for the first courses, with only a few tables occupied.

22/10/2025: Disappointing experience. Unfortunately, my stay at Agriturismo Il Borgo sul Lago was very disappointing. The pool was dirty and poorly maintained, the mosquito nets were broken, and the air conditioning filters were completely dusty. Overall, the entire property lacked maintenance: old furnishings, poorly maintained spaces, and poor housekeeping. I also found animals in the rooms, which gave me a strong sense of neglect. The location and potential of the place are good, but it needs more careful and professional management: as it is, I would not recommend it.

23/09/2025: My experience was, unfortunately, terrible. Room cleaning was nonexistent: hygiene didn't seem to be a priority at all. I found hair stuck to the shower stall, yellowed fixtures, limescale buildup, and obvious mold. Comfort was zero. The mattress absolutely needed replacing: visibly decades old, stained, and completely sagging. It was impossible to even think of sleeping on it without wondering how much bacteria it might contain. Furthermore, the bed frame itself was literally collapsing: unstable and tilted to one side. Security also left much to be desired. The electrical outlets were exposed, unprotected: a moment could be enough to risk an electric shock. Finally, breakfast was truly poor and of questionable quality, with products that seemed substandard. In short, one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. It's absolutely not worth the money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

13/12/2025: I'd only read the negative reviews, but I wanted to try it. To my surprise, everything was good. Efficient service, Maria was very kind! We'll definitely be back... we recommend it!

05/11/2025: Absolutely not... after eating, you feel heavy for hours and hours. Something that's never happened to me, even though I ate more at other Japanese restaurants. Failed. The pieces are way too big and stomach-churning.
