20/01/2026: Excellent dining experience and very friendly staff. The restaurant's decor is beautiful, with a section filled with photos and messages from customers, including children's drawings. The Chinese-style chandeliers are beautiful: they create a very soft and pleasant atmosphere. Only request: offer only one portion of tuna, sea bass, and a mixed sashimi at lunch, in addition to the salmon, which is already included.

26/08/2025: I'm sorry to give such a negative rating, but unfortunately, there are only problems. The star is for the cleanliness, and that's why I gave one star for the cleaning staff. The structure is a bit outdated, lack of maintenance. The shower head was broken, but it was fixed with a double indication. The balcony was unusable due to a pigeon nest above the air conditioner. Animal poop was everywhere, and there was a pigeon all the time. Maybe they hadn't cleaned that balcony in a while. I pointed it out, and after 4 or 5 days, they removed it all. I mentioned that other people had spikes on their cars, but the response was that it was natural. Annoyed after I threatened to leave, they fixed it. I would have left, but my partner preferred not to argue. A few days later, I asked for the bill and discovered that six of my friends had spent 10 euros less per day. I pointed this out, and the answer was that they'd started two days earlier. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE ENTIRE PERIOD WE STAYED. They yelled at me, obviously, and called me rude, something I've never seen in years of staying at B&Bs. I'm sorry for everything, especially since it was our vacation. I didn't ask for anything special, just fairness.

Instead of the caciocavallo cheese, which was explicitly included in the basket, they arbitrarily and without consulting me replaced it with pecorino cheese, which in my opinion is of lesser value. I asked for an explanation and was told, without even an apology, that the caciocavallo cheese was out, so they decided to send another one, without consulting me! Clearly, they didn't remedy the situation in any way and never responded to me again. Imagine the disappointment of buying one item and having it sent to you. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!

25/10/2025: Hello, today we ate at this restaurant, but in our opinion it was Oscar-worthy. We have never tasted meat dishes like these, they surpass the excellence. We will definitely return soon and as a group to taste other delicacies from this restaurant, which in our opinion is number one. Thank you for everything. 19/11/2025: The atmosphere is still faithful to its bygone days, and the selection of desserts is limited. However, I enjoyed a truly delicious Venetian coffee and a delicious sfogliatella. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.

10/11/2025: November 10th – Disappointing Experience It's November 10th, and the atmosphere is cool and the breeze is blowing in, but that's really the least of the problems. The real inconvenience was the food: we ordered four Happy Meals and two menus, but everything arrived without boxes, completely scattered. The worst part? The sandwiches were cold, so cold that the cheese slice was still whole and not even slightly melted. I mentioned this to the staff, who replied, "I'll reheat it for you." Now, as far as I know, according to McDonald's internal policy, a sandwich served cold should be remade, not simply reheated. But even overlooking this, the sandwich came back with only the top of the bun barely warm... the cheese slice, of course, remained exactly as it was. Every time I return to this location—unfortunately, once a year—I notice a constant deterioration in the service. As far as I'm concerned, it's time someone from above took serious action: spending 43 euros to receive a service like this is a real joke.
