25/02/2026: We stayed at this property for my niece's 18th birthday party and felt right at home... Mr. Franco at the front desk was friendly and attentive to our every need. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with homemade crostata and ciambella (a ring cake), as well as traditional Calabrian cured meats and excellent bread made by their pizza chef. The wooden reception room is stunning. The aperitif buffet was delicious, featuring rotisserie dishes prepared by Chef Lady Mina and Marco's pizza al pala (a slice). The Calabrian dinner was excellent, along with the marinated anchovies prepared by the owner, Enza. We'll be back this summer...

06/01/2026: We were there with a tour group; the breakfast and dinner were disastrous. We had to retrieve our luggage from the bakery because it wasn't available at the hotel. In the evening, we had the same pasta with tomato sauce twice, only once with added chili. I will never stay at this hotel again.

18/01/2026: A completely negative experience, celebrating an eightieth birthday. A series of appetizers that were embarrassing to say the least, followed by two inedible first courses, so loaded with flavor enhancers they were disgusting.

26/12/2025: The restaurant recently changed ownership. After going there for three years in a row and always having a great experience, this evening was definitely an experience not to be repeated. We ate for two, without bread, vegetables were served twice with the soil and cooking water, and a portion of irregularly cut swordfish rolls. A small, boney snapper. A glass of wine and water. €60 with the vegetable portions deducted from the bill.

07/09/2025: Four of us dined in the internal garden. The prices were excellent for the food offered. The variety of dishes, including very good traditional dishes, was varied. If I had discovered it earlier, I would have returned more often. The staff were friendly. The outdoor area was a bit cramped, but the interior was very nice. I would return.

12/08/2025: Villa Ersilia is located in a quiet location outside the chaotic center of Soverato. We booked a "family suite," and our expectations were far from what we expected given the price. The apartment was spacious but dirty and shabby, with a moldy shower, ants near the refrigerator, and furniture that wasn't even from the 1980s! HORRIBLE, as Bruno Barbieri would say. The price/quality ratio was truly disappointing. The only positive note: the continental breakfast.

01/08/2025: Villa Ersilia stands out from other accommodations in Soverato primarily for the excellent service it offers. The rooms are spacious, equipped with every comfort (except for hangers in the closet), impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent. It offers a convenient free shuttle service and a special agreement with one of the best beaches in town. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

17/10/2025: It's an incredible place, with very friendly people and the best food in Crotone! If you want to eat authentic Italian food, just like at home, then you absolutely must come here. But be prepared: the atmosphere is homey, warm, and friendly, unlike a restaurant.

27/12/2025: I've never consumed on-site; I've always used the drive-thru. They're well-organized, and wait times vary depending on the day and time.

30/11/2025: I just ordered takeout. My order included three mains with three rich potatoes and bacon. Well, as soon as I got home, I opened the bags and discovered that there were only two potato portions, and both were without bacon. I understand there was a lot of confusion, but if I were you, I'd spend a few extra minutes checking the order.

28/09/2025: The atmosphere is a bit shabby, but it's nice to have lunch overlooking the sea. The welcome was warm. The pizza is very light, the sandwich soft and with the right combinations, and the fried food is good and plentiful. I recommend it.

22/09/2025: Opening hours are incorrect! Despite having a reservation, we had to wait half an hour! Service was okay.

18/02/2026: The appetizers were good. Pasta with clams. Trofie with red eggplant and swordfish sauce. Both excellent. The swordfish rolls and fried squid (fresh) were very delicious. The house white wine was decent. Service wasn't fast, but it was adequate for the evening: Saturday, Valentine's Day, there were about 70 of us. The price was more than fair.

15/09/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and were truly thrilled! The seafood linguine dish was spectacular: al dente pasta, rich and flavorful sauce, with the freshest mussels, clams, and octopus. The creative touch was the addition of fresh scorpion fish. A riot of aromas and flavors that made us feel like we were on the seaside. The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. We want to sincerely thank the owner, Sergio, and all the staff for their hospitality and professionalism, which made our evening special. A restaurant we recommend to anyone seeking authenticity, quality, and passion for cuisine. We will definitely be back!

22/02/2026: The staff were excellent. Eating outside in the outdoor area feels like a carousel; it's too rickety. It was cold in that room in February. The food was good and the prices reasonable. There were three of us and we spent €45.00.
