Fattoria Il Laghetto In Lamezia terme

This guest house is nestled in amongst orchards and farms so you end up nicely off the beaten track and in quiet country settings that is easily accessible from lamezia terme and well linked to the coastal road towards Salerno or Reggio. The staff are second to none and extremely accommodating (we arrived a bit later than expected) and kept the rooms perfectly clean. There was a decent enough kitchen (was able to make carbonara and bruschetta). The bed was a bit of a disappointment, it curved heavily in the middle and so you ended up on the sides trying to keep straight. TV and access to netflix etc. was perfect and internet was solid. Good for folks who want to have calm and quiet at a highly affordable price.

I come back often, I like it, and I like the location. Don't be put off by the slightly rough final stretch of the road, but that's all. Five rooms, a restaurant/pizzeria. Pleasant and very clean atmosphere. The owner (Antonio) is always available.
