26/05/2025: Cover charge 3€ for nothing Raw pizza with no flavour, and dough full of lard. It felt like eating pork lard with tomato on top Never again!! Super negative experience

26/05/2025: I tried both the kitchen and the bar.. I can say that the environment is refined and the cuisine very good (I had a delicious tuna). Excellent bar service with a truly excellent aperol spritz (not watered down). What struck me, however, is the staff composed of young and capable people super welcoming and kind without being invasive and without rushing customers.

30/08/2025: Two Aperol Spritzes and a cold platter of cheese and sausage in a wonderful atmosphere. It was very pleasant and delicious.

30/08/2025: A large sign says "Tasting board + Spritz" for €20. Then you sit down and they bring you small forks and a small plate each, so they add a cover charge for each person to your bill. Totally unnecessary considering it's an aperitif, but that's how they get money. The first night I ordered the serving board with my wife. Truth be told, I didn't even notice the cover charge at first, and given the location, the next day we went back with two other couples, totaling six adults and two children. We ordered two serving boards but only received one. Since we were in a hurry and wanted to watch the sunset, we didn't say anything. When it came time to pay, I noticed they'd charged everyone a cover charge and added the serving board they never received. When I complained, the owner, not knowing what to say, told me that the serving board was double. Too bad we'd been there the day before, and it was IDENTICAL (we have photos) to the one we'd had the day before. That €20 platter would have been a steal anywhere else in Calabria, but to even want to charge €40 for it is ridiculous! After we complained, the owner, very rudely, gave us our money back.

08/08/2025: Avoid karaoke nights at all costs. They're a nightmare: screaming crowds, off-key singers of all ages, endless chaos, and you'll want to ask for the bill and run away.

30/07/2025: Terrible service. When we booked, they didn't tell us there was karaoke and our table would be under the blaring speakers. Despite trying to adapt to the precarious situation, half an hour later we were still waiting to order with three children, overtaken by tables that had arrived after us. We even tried to ask for a bottle of water, but only got a bottle. As a result, since it's Saturday night, we still have to dine. Highly discouraged due to the complete lack of courtesy.

16/08/2025: Be careful, everyone! This is a scam! The food is incredibly expensive. Four chicken wings for 11 euros. Oh my god, are your chicken wings made of gold? I won't go into the details, just savor them yourself. The owner, seeing it was our first time, charged us all the prices on Guagua! Do you really think we don't know that the prices on Guagua are inflated? The dine-in prices are supposed to be much lower, right? And there were no receipts! Not even a piece of paper showing the prices for each dish! They're just taking all the money!

04/08/2025: I ordered a pan of pizza for home delivery at 9:30 PM. It arrived at 9:00 PM (and was already cold, by the way), and I wasn't told it was a peel and not a pan, meaning it was smaller. I called to clarify, and the woman laughed, "She didn't notice the time, hahaha." So we ate this cold pizza that tasted like nothing, and paid €11 + €2 for delivery. I should have sent it back, considering the subsequent phone call. Obviously, not to be repeated.

24/06/2025: I recently ordered from Stop Pizza and was extremely satisfied with the service and the quality of the food. The home delivery service was excellent. The pizza arrived on time and hot. The pizza is thin, crumbly and crispy, and the most surprising thing is how digestible it is. Every bite was a pleasure, and I appreciated the care with which it was prepared. I also have to compliment the staff: qualified and polite. The passion and attention to the customer is truly noticeable. I highly recommend trying Stop Pizza for those looking for a good take-out pizza. I will definitely be back!

01/09/2025: Unfortunately, the food isn't that bad, but it's pointless; the problem is the rest. My husband and I sit down for an aperitif, but we're immediately offered appetizers, which we agree to since there really wasn't a choice. Everything comes in generous portions, even too much for the aperitif we'd ordered. Generous portions, and one might say, well, better, right? No. We paid €50 for two watered-down bitters, two bruschettas, a portion of potatoes, and a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses. And do we even need to talk about the service? We won't talk about it anymore, but don't let the gentlemen at this bar and their colleagues next door, who are just the same, cost you your life.

24/08/2025: Excellent 4-star hotel located a stone's throw from the Strait of Messina where you can spend a wonderful holiday and enjoy fresh seafood dishes.

21/08/2025: A quiet place with great potential, yet to be fully realized: the breakfast service definitely needs rethinking! Slow and unsuitable for a 4-star hotel. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance of the common areas also needs rethinking. The owners are friendly, but the staff is too slow and unprofessional!

18/05/2025: pleasantly surprised, given the old negative reviews. With the new management the place seems comfortable with a family atmosphere. the room is well kept, the meat is on display in the fridge in the room. the staff is extremely helpful (they, at my request, "invented" a table to accommodate me) good food for quality and price. discreet and politely engaging piano bar. outdoor tables. I recommend it for those who want to spend a carefree evening. small flaws, which I am sure will disappear with time.

28/08/2025: The employees stand there watching for two hours to serve a slice of pizza. He doesn't even know the prices of his things. He charged me 14 euros for 5 pizzas and a large Coke, which actually cost 13 euros.

20/07/2025: We ordered a fried fish appetizer and 4 pizzas at Dodo. 2 hours. I paid for the appetizers and left without eating the pizza. The service was very slow; I wouldn't recommend it.

15/08/2025: Terrible experience... I hate to write this, but certain jobs are born with skill, or if you want to improvise, you have to put passion and LOVE for the consumer. I tried takeout, NEVER AGAIN... it's unthinkable to sell a "lasagna with sauce" without any condiments or flavor!!! Inside was basically half a slice of cooked ham... (what does ham have to do with lasagna?) without any sauce or meat. Thrown in the trash. Baked potatoes that looked like hospital potatoes... thrown away! Only the sausage was saved because it was produced by the butcher. An experience to FORGET.
