20/11/2025: Highly visible restaurant along the SS 106 in the municipality of Santa Caterina Sullo Ionio (CZ), also open for lunch. Good grilled fish at fair prices. New restaurant and adequate service. Recommended.

23/08/2025: We were there last night, we ordered at 9pm and the food was served at 9:50pm (after having asked the waiter to ask the kitchen how much was left)... they served other tables that arrived after us...

04/09/2025: One star only for the food, which we enjoyed. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. As a tourist, I received different treatment than local diners. Even though we had a reservation, our table was unavailable; there were extremely long waits even just to get a menu; the service was confusing and slow, something they didn't provide for others who came after us, friends of the owner. Finally, when I asked the owner for feedback, he responded arrogantly, trying to downplay the inconvenience.

31/08/2025: We waited 15 minutes for a table. It took them an hour and a half to bring us two sandwiches and a salad. The service is rude. I wouldn't go back.

01/11/2025: Kind and friendly staff! The breakfast was excellent, but not only that: I tried the freshly squeezed orange juice, the coffee, the soy cappuccino, and the whole-wheat croissant with jam. If I ever return to Catanzaro Lido, this would be my first stop :)

20/08/2025: My parents, Angelo and Giovanna, spent 10 days vacationing at this hotel with my uncles. I wouldn't exactly describe it as such, but rather...family-like. Run by a wonderful, close-knit, and competent family And above all, full of humanity. Here, people don't feel like a number; they feel part of a community. This, combined with the young, smiling staff, makes the stay very pleasant. Thank you so much. Monica70

02/07/2025: An enchanting place, in an ideal position to spend a relaxing holiday, masterfully managed by the Gentile Oliani Family, where the care for the customer is 1000/100, obsessive cleanliness, refinement and professionalism in the kitchen, in the preparation of typical dishes, with very fresh ingredients, elegant, youthful fine service, a treatment more like friends forever, than customers. 02/09/2025: Historically, the beach club was established under an agreement with the Dominicus Hotel (across the highway), thus catering to specific needs, but it has always maintained its independence by welcoming external guests as well. It's a well-established seasonal establishment that has refined itself over the years and achieved (even aesthetically) a commendable sophistication. Clean, tidy, and bright, with its veranda practically on the beach, it's worth ordering at the restaurant even before ordering, even just for an aperitif. The pizzeria has an electric oven and is surprisingly high quality; the cuisine is even more so. The prices are fair, while the kindness and hospitality are on-site. We hope they maintain this spirit and pace over time. Bravi! Bravi! Bravi!

08/08/2025: Best coffee shop in the area, the best croissants I've ever had. I highly recommend the lemon one. Spacious atmosphere and comfortable sofas. It would be nice if they updated the dining room a bit, removing stains from the sofas. There's also an outdoor area where you can have breakfast.

07/12/2025: A lovely restaurant in the northern part of Catanzaro, with a welcoming atmosphere. Good service, polite and knowledgeable staff. From the appetizers to the fruit platter, it's a succession of flavors.

23/11/2025: First experience and also the last. For dinner, they recommended a tagliata di carne with baked potatoes as a main course. On the waiter's recommendation, he said that everyone raved about it at lunch, so, trusting them, we opted for the tagliata. Well... it was actually very good, but for lunch, not for dinner. The dish was cold, and the baked potatoes were reheated from lunch. All of this was served as leftovers from today's lunch. P.S. The appetizer, for the record, was good. Just so you know, two appetizers, 1/2 liter of house wine, a bottle of water, and two tagliata di carne with potatoes cost €50. Be sure not to charge for the leftovers, and I'll mention it.

04/08/2025: This review overrides all previous ones. Before arriving, I read the reviews complaining about the slow service. The restaurant's waiters are efficient and punctual, and the food is excellent.

01/11/2025: I've been to La Coccinella pizzeria, and my overall experience was decent. The staff is friendly and quick, and the place is well-maintained and welcoming. The pizza, however, only partially convinced me: the Margherita wasn't great, unfortunately, but the sweet potato and sausage was truly excellent! The location is convenient and easy to get to. Overall, I recommend it for a quiet evening, but I think you can find better options in the area.
