27/07/2025: I was there today, first and last time. They were so rude it felt like they were doing you a favor, rude, and didn't even smile. Unfortunately, I can't give it 0 stars.

14/08/2025: Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location overlooking Lake Arvo, excellent breakfasts with options for lactose intolerant guests, rooms definitely in need of renovation, especially the bathroom, cleanliness is poor (rooms could be improved).

19/06/2025: Terrible experience, in the past we had already ordered two pizzas for home delivery and one had arrived completely burnt and the other with holes (I don't know how to have the courage to send out pizzas like that) after a long time I decided to give it another chance, because everyone makes a mistake, this time I ordered a pizza and two beers on deliveroo, I only received the pizza, the rider said that they only delivered the pizza. I tried to make a complaint via the app but obviously there wasn't even a receipt. At this point I called the pizzeria and they told me in an unkind and very arrogant way if you want the beers come and get them here. After I paid for the delivery service, as if the mistake was mine. If you are not able to provide a service, simply don't do it. It's not so much for the mistake, because it can happen, but the rudeness.

05/09/2025: A RUINED BIRTHDAY! I hate writing this review, but it's necessary and deserved. We called to make a dinner reservation, and the lady kindly replied that the restaurant was full because it was booked by a group of Carabinieri students, and she wouldn't take any more reservations. We told her we'd already celebrated last year and would love to celebrate again this year, and she kindly allowed us to make a reservation, assuring us she wouldn't take any more reservations, giving us the "light" table like last year. Well, we arrived at 8:30 PM, as booked—my partner, I, and our 2-year-old son—the platform with the group of students booked, and the "reserved" table occupied by another couple. Needless to say, we were disappointed; the staff seemed completely indifferent and offered us a table in the middle of the platform that looked more like a service table. We declined and left. We won't be returning, and when the lady on the phone asking us to leave a nice review, I said: here it is, I'm sorry to do it, but it's more than deserved.

22/08/2025: The coffee and pistachio granitas are delicious! The coffee one has a very intense flavor and is perfect for those who don't like sweet coffee—of course, they're topped with cream. They've become a local favorite. The brioches could definitely be improved.

30/08/2025: I had a great time at this place. My partner and I had two non-alcoholic cocktails, and I really liked the bartender's initiative in making something inspired by her own ideas. The cocktail was delicious, too. The prices are a little higher than usual, but it's worth it for the kindness of the staff (and the background music of The Doors). Shout out to Cruella!!

05/09/2025: Nothing to complain about about the attention to detail, which remains one of the most elegant in the area, but the staff is rude and unprofessional. I go there often, but every time I swear I'll never go there again. The prices practically increase every 15 days; they don't have a menu to keep track of what you're ordering and how much you're spending. The desserts cost €25 per kilo, and the quality doesn't justify the price (you can find better for much less). You're lucky to be in an area without competition, but given the prices and service you provide, you should close down immediately.

26/08/2025: The desserts may be quite good, but I haven't experienced such rudeness towards customers at this place in a long, long time. Know that a business isn't just about the products it sells, but also—and perhaps above all—how it makes its customers feel. We came in for a sweet treat but left feeling angry and irritated. A terrible experience due to terrible service.

24/07/2025: Of course, with dad "Toto'," the flavors were definitely superior. Now his son and grandchildren do their best, but.....TOTÒ was... something else. The product display was an explosion of color, beauty, and flavors. You'd be satisfied just looking at it. Today... I had a fried calzone, with an incredibly thick, heavy, and crunchy dough. Totò's calzone was a DELICIOUS treat.

08/09/2025: September 8th: Terrible welcome, rude staff. "You have to be completely right or you'll be kicked out." These were the words, perhaps just because they're young. However, it's not acceptable for customers to always be right, even if they can be fanatical. Otherwise, this place has nothing to offer. There's no music. The only problem is the sunbeds and the unpleasant staff. I'll add that I just left the beach, and after reading the review, they even made fun of me.

25/08/2025: Gorgeous location, on Paola's stunning seafront. They have a restaurant, bar, and beach club, and have been family-run for many years. The outdoor spaces could definitely use some updating, but overall, I appreciated the fact that they were open on the seafront, which is already sadly deserted these days with many restaurants empty. They were even serving fresh croissants at 11 p.m., which was great. Fast service and fair prices. As for the fish dinner (don't you dare order meat here), the food is fresh and generally good. They also have a children's menu, and free parking is available in front of the restaurant. A place with tons of potential, but unfortunately, it hasn't quite blossomed as it deserved.

03/08/2025: Located atop Monte Botte Donato (1,926 m above sea level—the highest peak in the Sila Mountains), it offers spectacular views. A cable car and a chairlift serve the ski slopes. I highly recommend the route from Moccone to Lorica, easily accessible by car, which offers views of dense beech forests and glimpses of bucolic beauty, including plateaus with wild grazing animals. I won't rate the rooms because I didn't use them. The hut staff is courteous and helpful.

01/05/2025: Pessimo, sia per quanto riguarda l'ordinazione, la consegna, l'atteggiamento del titolare. prezzi ESAGERATI!!!!!

01/05/2025: Ordine effettuato il 1 Maggio, e consegnato in tempo, fatto di tre pizze Maxi e due porzioni di patatine . Tralasciando il prezzo eccessivo (maxi Margherita 10€, maxi margherita con patatine 18€, evidentemente le patatine sole venivano 8€, maxi pizza con salsiccia con patatine 18€) L’ordine che comprendeva anche due porzioni di patatine normali è stato sostituito da quelle di due porzioni grandi da 10€ l’una. All’arrivo quando ci è stato detto il prezzo, che prima non avevamo chiesto, siamo rimasti molto stupiti e la richiesta di riportare indietro le pizze ci è stata rifiutata. Dopo aver chiamato direttamente il locale per i prezzi e aver fatto presente la situazione ci è stato detto “Ragazzi ma noi stiamo lavorando, l’ordine è consegnato, non mando più indietro nessuno” con tono scorbutico e non sicuramente portato all’ascolto e alla risoluzione di alcuna problematica. Esperienza che non si ripeterà in quanto nessuna delle nostre famiglie riordinerà in quel locale, fortemente sconsigliato.

03/08/2025: Aperitivo da EURO 10 qualità pessima. Molto da rivedere, non una buona esperienza. Ci si aspettava una qualità migliore viste alcune recensione positiva.

01/08/2025: Ottimo spaghetto con le vongole, cremoso e saporito. Gli involtini di pesce spada non ci sono piaciuti così come il primo con pesce spada e melanzane. Buona la frittura di calamari. I prezzi a mio parere troppo alti. 4 persone 4 primi e 3 secondi abbiamo pagato 170 euro.

22/08/2025: It's no longer the same place it once was, where eating was a real pleasure. Calling it pizza is a big word, it felt like eating baked bread with ingredients on top 🤦 ps. Change the tomato you use, it's acidic and flavorless. Now let's talk about the food; the 3 stars come from there because the pasta was good even though the clams were farmed and not real. They were good, though, as was the fried calamari, even though you could count the pieces on one hand. The staff was perfect, polite, and helpful.

18/08/2025: Excellent service, friendly staff despite the crowd. We were a little disappointed with the pizza, as the dough was completely bland. It's a shame it didn't meet our expectations.
