Women's Day. We ate wonderfully; the only flaw was the risotto with fennel and sausage, which was a bit salty. The appetizer was excellent and plentiful, the service excellent, and the orders were prompt. The music brightened the day, and Mrs. Lena was very kind.

We had a really good meal at Il Nibbio Restaurant, with delicious, plentiful dishes. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. If you're in Camigliatello, it's definitely worth a stop. Highly recommended!

I ate at this restaurant with my family over the Christmas period. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made you feel at home. The food was simply delicious. The ingredients were fresh and top-quality. We had a generous appetizer, excellent not only the cured meats but also the appetizers. We particularly enjoyed the salads and pickled vegetables. Of course, the porcini mushrooms were a must: soft and flavorful. We also asked for a risotto off the menu, and they accommodated our request with ease. The real surprise, however, were the artisanal desserts: everything was homemade, including the jam for the tart. Some might find the service a bit slow, but for me, it's an added bonus to be able to relax in a restaurant even during the holidays without the pressure of having to leave by a certain time. Finally, the bill was fair, almost cheap, I'd say, considering the price increases these days. I can't wait to go back!

A restaurant serving traditional dishes in the heart of our beautiful Sila. From appetizers to desserts, everything is excellent and beautifully cooked. The staff and owner are warm, kind, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We will definitely be back.

We had dinner in this restaurant and discovered truly unique flavours, from the fabulous starters of cured meats, cheeses and porcini mushrooms to a delicious tagliatella with porcini mushrooms, finishing with an exquisite apricot jam tart. The staff were very kind and always available to answer our requests and questions. Highly recommended.
