Definitely positive first experience: excellent welcome with nduja and fried sfuzietti included in the cover charge. Very good. High level appetizer, tasty first courses, the mpacchiuse potatoes among the best I have ever eaten. Porcini mushrooms made into cutlets are delicious. Impeccable service. Amazing place. The food is excellent, with excellent local products and a nice assortment of flavours, but the thing I appreciated most is the kindness of the staff, always super attentive to the needs of the customers. I absolutely recommend coming to eat here, especially if you want to have a relaxing Sunday in the beautiful Sila.

A special place! Starter consisting of numerous courses, all made with local and fresh products. Each element prepared and served with meticulous care and great attention to the customer. The people who welcomed us followed us from start to finish with care and kindness. Truly a splendid, unprecedented experience, worth trying!

Typical, rustic place, with a wonderful welcome from the owner and her collaborators. Very rich and very good starter, as were the first and second courses. Highly recommended!!!

Il nibbio is a restaurant with the flavor of your home... The appetizer is exciting, rich in cured meats, cheeses, meatballs, roasted caciocavallo, hot and cold dishes... a riot of Calabrian delicacies. The first courses were fantastic and plentiful. The second courses were excellent. The desserts are extraordinarily good, especially the soft chocolate cake. Very kind staff. Definitely coming back.

Se cercate un vero ristorante a Camigliatello e non i soliti panini, bisogna tra gli altri visitare Il Nibbio. Storico Ristorante. La proprietaria, la Signora Lena, una vera padrona di casa, disponibile e gentile. Il servizio è ottimo. Si possono degustare piatti a base di selvaggina e cucina tradizionale calabrese inpiattati in modo gourmet. Per me ottimo e consigliatissimo. Prezzi nella norma.

29/10/2023: Una domenica a pranzo con amici, locale accogliente, cameriere cordiale e simpatico. Il cibo ottimo e abbondante complimenti allo staff, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
26/08/2023: Roberto and my group were disappointed, The waiter arrives without a written menu, so the prices remain a big doubt but he invites us to give the chef a free hand and repeats let the chef do it, for the second time he repeats let the chef do it so we all say ok, we trust, yes it is eaten with poor but decent fish dishes with very poor service, But with a very high bill it was a trattoria but with a 5 star restaurant bill, nothing like this had ever happened to me, I will avoid going back
