13/05/2026: We went here (May 13th) to find the owners that might have been able to direct us to where my wife's father (Salvatore Girimonte, cousin of Franco Marano) lived in San Giovanni in fiore. But unfortunately your closed. Maybe one day we will be back to try the food.

01/09/2025: We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant, with the sound of the sea in the background. The first courses were excellent, plentiful, and clearly of high quality. The citron-flavored mayonnaise to accompany the fish and chips was a real treat. The wait staff was friendly and welcoming, always smiling. I'll be back to try the apricot sorbet.

15/03/2026: Everything was excellent, I had a gluten-free pasta with cuttlefish and cuttlefish ink which was excellent!!!

08/03/2026: Today, March 8, 2026, two people for €59.50. Nice place and decent service. The problem? The price and quality of the food. €19 for 6 bruschettas, embarrassing to say the least. Ten paccheri that tasted only of salt, and a scialatiello so raw that if thrown at someone's head, it would have caused a brain injury. I understand that these are the costs these days, and if you decide to go out for lunch, you have to take that into account. But absolutely not like this. I repeat, €19 for 6 bruschettas.

27/10/2025: A wonderful discovery. The quality of the meal and the generous portions. One of the best meals in Calabria. You can go there with your eyes closed. A very friendly welcome.

06/06/2026: A truly positive experience. The starter platter was exceptional, rich, and meticulously prepared. The first courses, both seafood and traditional, were excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and great attention to flavor. The value for money is excellent, making the experience even more enjoyable. Kudos also to the staff, always friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was truly excellent in every way. I recommend this place without hesitation and will gladly return.

15/02/2026: My girlfriend and I went last night for Valentine's Day. The place is very large and spacious, and can also accommodate special events, but it's very out of the way. The evening was pleasant, but unfortunately I have to give it a low rating for two reasons: 1) The quality of the appetizer: in my opinion, the food was poor and packaged. We have so many local cured meats that going to Calabria and buying packaged items just to save a few euros isn't ideal. I ate it, but I felt sick that night. The pizza was good, but not the best. 2) Service: everything was fine. The staff were very attentive at the beginning and asked me about any intolerances on the pizza I had chosen, right up to the dessert and sparkling wine/Prosecco that were supposed to be served, but weren't served. I promptly reported this to the cashier, who was very kind and wanted to stop us or offer me a drink, which I declined because it was already late and I wanted to go home. The piano bar was very enjoyable, as was the Valentine's Day evening with the singer who, between songs, updated us on the Inter-Juventus match 😂. Overall, the experience wasn't bad, but I recommend reviewing the service and, above all, the quality of the ingredients. Sure, you charge €25 per person for a set menu with certain items, but at least include a decent appetizer that isn't prepackaged (cooked ham, which is the kind you get prepackaged in supermarkets). 22/04/2026: I went to this place to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. Everything was delicious! We chose the pizza rotation menu. The rotisserie was amazing, you can really feel it's made in-house. They had various pizza flavors with high-quality ingredients and a very light dough. The staff was helpful and kind to our every request! For what we paid, it was truly worth it! The evening was accompanied by music, we had a great time! The place was very well-kept and clean! I highly recommend it to everyone!
