11/12/2025: A beautiful place. Very kind people, a blue sea with the Aeolian Islands in front of you, an enchanting terrace, a very tidy town, elegant and kind people. The restaurant was excellent. My husband and I were thrilled. I hope to return soon.

A terrible experience from start to finish. We had a reservation for 10:00 PM and arrived at 11:00 PM. Once seated, it took another 30 minutes just to order, and we started eating practically at midnight.
My clam entree had a bad smell, so I sent it back. The waiter acknowledged the problem and had the clams thrown away. The fried fish was also terrible and of very poor quality.
Extremely slow service, poor organization, and the quality of the food was absolutely disappointing.
€40 per person for an evening like this is way too much, especially considering the multiple dishes ordered for two. Never again.
15/08/2026: We walked in on a Friday night. One table had two guests, all others were empty (though name restaurants nearby were at capacity). We were ignored by 3 staff, chatting. We asked the one couple that just finished dining - they were not impressed.

06/05/2026: Excellent grilled panini Regeliana: focaccia with pistachio cream cheese & mortadella!The sfogliatella riccia was warm & crunchy & buttery and absolutely the best sfogliatella I’ve tasted in southern Italy!🇮🇹
The barista & cooks & staff were so kind & patient and appreciated how much we enjoyed their delicious food!
They made us feel so welcomed!

29/07/2026: Access is a bit difficult under a narrow railway bridge, but the campsite is nestled in a beautiful and well-kept pine forest, overlooking the sea.
The owners are friendly, and I recommend trying the roasted anchovies with Tropea onions cooked by the mother/owner at their restaurant.
Worth a visit.

19/08/2026: The staff were very friendly, but unfortunately the arancini (I ordered the classic ragù) were inedible; the filling had a nauseating, oily taste. There's certainly a lot to choose from, but they should focus on doing little and doing it right.

06/07/2026: The place I wanted to visit initially was closed, so I came here. Maybe it was fate, but this is such a good bar I’m happy even I didn’t get to the first restaurant. Amazing staff, good beer, reasonable prices and lovely food
