28/12/2025: Unfortunately, it was a negative experience. Upon arrival, we were told that the table would be held for two other people who were arriving shortly. However, during the wait, the table was taken several times by other customers, and only after we repeatedly reported it was it vacated again. In the end, despite the initial agreement, the staff justified themselves by saying that they "don't hold seats," which completely contradicted what we had initially been told. This unclear and unprofessional management created discomfort and confusion. Furthermore, photos taken of the restaurant reveal chemical products stored in a manner that doesn't comply with HACCP regulations, a very serious issue for a restaurant business and calls into question its attention to hygiene and food safety. It's a shame, because more clarity, organization, and compliance with the rules would be enough to offer adequate service. At this time, the experience is not recommended.

17/11/2025: A fairly well-known place, off the main drag, but there will still be a line on holidays. The food is average; the same dishes can be found at other restaurants of similar quality. The difference is the large, filling pita sandwich. Unfortunately, at Sunday lunchtime, we waited over an hour for the first course, despite the small crowd. The prices are slightly lower than average for the area.

23/11/2025: Pizzeria with super friendly staff, the pizzas are delicious, I always order home delivery from them and I've grown fond of them!

Excellent music selection makes the atmosphere even more lively. An added touch? The chessboards available, perfect for chess enthusiasts and for spending time with friends. A place that makes you want to return.

08/03/2026: Terrible experience for a grilled octopus I paid €84.00 they are crazy!!!! Absent service the owner is the cook the chef and the waiter!!!! Not even in a tavern they treat you like this you should really close!!! Incompetent!!!! In total 2 appetizers and two main courses €140.00!!!!

24/02/2026: An unforgettable evening at Hale Bopp Restaurant! We were there with three adults and three children and enjoyed every dish. The bruschetta with tomato and mozzarella was a perfect starter, and the children loved the penne alla Bolognese. The gnocchi with basil and shrimp, as well as the octopus prepared in the Palermitan style, were a real treat, and the fried fish platter was simply outstanding. The freshness of the fish was particularly noteworthy; you could truly taste it. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed, which further enhanced the evening. We will definitely be back!

I recommend the dreamy eggplant vraciole... try them, it's definitely worth it...

03/09/2025: The service was very friendly. The owners' cats occasionally wandered through the restaurant, but they made sure they didn't disturb the guests. The food was very, very delicious. I highly recommend the antipasti starter: Antipasti Casejo, First: Fileja cipolla e nduja, Secondi: Griglata mista du carne, and Tagliata arugula e grana. A visit is worthwhile. Perhaps a reservation is recommended!
