12/07/2025: I can only confirm what others have said: very pleasant environment with a 🇧🇷 atmosphere, affable, kind and helpful staff, tasty dishes from typical appetizers to the many meat courses cooked just right, tender and flavorful. For those with a sweet tooth, the desserts prepared by the owner's wife are a must-try. Happy and satisfied with everything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

25/07/2025: A must-try for anyone seeking an authentic experience. We stumbled upon this place while strolling through the narrow streets of Matera. Traditional cuisine, generous and flavorful. And at the end, we even tasted an excellent amaro liqueur created by the chef.

10/08/2025: On August 8th I was a guest in this "Garden" room, which was simply fantastic. A day to remember, starting from the beautiful room, the excellent food and then the service of the waiters, one more kind than the other. Compliments to all the staff.

26/07/2025: I stayed at this venue for a friend's wedding and was truly amazed by the quality of the food and the attention paid to each individual guest. Almost everyone at my table had different dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian, celiac), and everyone was given the option of having the same dishes, with appropriate variations, of course. The wait staff was truly kind and attentive, the bathrooms were spotless throughout the reception, and the facility was very state-of-the-art. A total of 10 out of 10! I'm Sicilian, but if I were from Basilicata, I would definitely get married at this venue! Well done!

13/07/2025: We stayed for a week in July at an excellent property surrounded by greenery, impeccably managed by the owners, and with an excellent restaurant serving delicious food. The property is located near the sea and a good base for visiting the beautiful surrounding towns.

The dessert was absolutely amazing: rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with love. What made it even more special was that the staff created a custom drink just for me. It was thoughtful, perfectly balanced, and honestly better than most cocktails I’ve had anywhere. The attention to detail and hospitality was beyond expectations. 22/07/2025: Non capita spesso che aprano solo per te una sala ristorante e ti facciano sentire a casa come ha fatto Giusi, sommelier dell'olio, proponendoti piatti locali e piatti che utilizzano prodotti locali fantasticamente rielaborati. Abbiamo preso le inebrianti tagliatelle al pesto di olive e mandorle (prima di essere degustate, vanno apprezzate all'olfatto), un ottimo roast beef, una commovente torta "fatta in casa" con crema e more e siamo rimasti a chiacchierare sul terrazzo che affaccia sui tetti del centro storico di Colobraro come vecchi amici con Giusi e il suo staff sorseggiando liquore al bergamotto. Grazie dell'esperienza Giusi, grazie per la visita al Museo dell'olio, con la promessa di rivederci presto.

29/07/2025: A faultless restaurant, which borders on excellence. Impeccable cuisine; I recommend the Black Pork, cooked for over 20 hours, tender and lightly caramelized. Excellent wine list, with quality vintages that pair well with the dishes. Impeccable service, with a server who greets you in French. But above all, you dine overlooking a magnificent view that will leave you with an unforgettable memory of Mattera Illuminated. In short, everything is there; this restaurant could be French, it's so tasty. The only downside is that the portion sizes are quite close to those of a gourmet restaurant, and so are the prices; avoid going if you have hungry teenagers...
