09/10/2025: Absolutely delicious. Could have eaten meal again. The flavours were sublime. Giuseppe was charming and explained about the local products in the food also helped with wine selection. Best meal we ate in Italy during 2 week holiday.

29/09/2025: We visited "La Panca 2.0 pizzeria" and were pleasantly surprised. We tried three pizzas, each with very interesting flavor combinations. The first pizza, with yellow datterino tomatoes, caciocavallo materano, and n'duja, offered a remarkable balance between sweetness and spiciness. The second, with yellow datterino tomatoes, capocollo, burrata, crusco peppers, and basil, also proved to be a rich and successful tasting experience. Finally, the third pizza, with Colonnata lardo, ricotta, walnuts, and honey, was a completely new experience that proved to be a surprising and harmonious combination. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for unconventional, high-quality pizzas. A lovely little place with great quality pizzas.

28/10/2025: A little treat for the mouth: shortbread cookies with delicious cream, focaccia with tomato pesto and two sauces, it was absolutely delicious. The service was very pleasant, the music and atmosphere were great, you'll want to sit here 👌

19/10/2025: I'm really happy, my first time there was today, October 18, 2025, for Rocco and Annalisa's wedding, which was awful. I recommend it especially for weddings, it's truly beautiful, and the staff is truly exceptional and excellent. Congratulations.

13/10/2025: The Garden staff, with their courtesy, kindness, and helpfulness in abundance, makes all the difference in the world!!!! Like the owner Giuseppe, this is truly a unique team. The quality of the food, the abundance, the attention to detail evident in every setting, and the well-maintained spaces complement the menu perfectly. This is a truly wonderful place to be.

16/11/2025: Nestled in an incredible landscape, Hotel Mariano offers family hospitality, accompanied by delicious cuisine featuring local ingredients. The pasta and meat dishes are highly recommended. We'll definitely be back! ;)

Quality dishes in the excellent restaurant-pizzeria, excellent draft beers, a good selection of bottled beers, both commercial and craft, and a well-stocked wine cellar. Superbly stocked and functional bar. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed rooms. Top-notch breakfasts with excellent croissants, savory options, quality juices, jams, honey, and freshly baked cakes. What more can I say? Friendliness, warmth, and professionalism? Of course! Highly recommended! We'll be back very soon. 💯

We were treated to local delicacies, and the waitress told us about the region. The food was excellent, and the whole experience left us in a good mood. The staff speaks fluent English.

23/10/2025: An atypical venue, with unique and truly sophisticated decor. The furnishings and details are very unique. It's now a regular stop in Matera. The cocktails are good, as is the food, and reasonably priced. The staff is courteous and very helpful.

12/11/2025: I can't speak highly of the food at this delicious restaurant because...we didn't have time to try it! My partner was taken ill, and the waiters, and especially the owner, were nothing short of exceptional. They were available to drive me to the hospital and pick me up until late in the evening, well beyond their working hours, and were always available to help. We will forever be grateful to them.

08/11/2025: Upon arrival, the host warmly welcomed us. He created a pleasant experience in the restaurant, making us feel immediately at ease. The food was absolutely delicious. We only had pasta because we weren't very hungry, but we regretted not being able to sample more. We were also served delicious wine.
