Tierra In Matera

Everything was wonderful, the attention of all the girls and the best dinners we have had in Italy. They were very attentive to my husband who eats gluten-free. Not to be missed in Matera, I will always recommend it. Thank you!

Superb random discovery. Magnificent place away from the tourist streets, quality menu, gastronomic service. We loved it and had a great time. Cuisine combining local traditions, revisitations and innovations. We highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience, we were welcomed by a very kind waiter who advised us and followed us throughout the dinner, excellent tasty dishes cooked in an attentive way, tastes of the food enhanced by cooking, even vacuum-packed, excellent but choice of wines, fantastic location, what can we say, we will gladly come back to try it for believe !

Beautiful discovery, chosen as a couple to "break" for a moment from the tradition of typical Matera and Lucanian dishes even if, obviously, the history of the area is absolutely not lacking. The novelty, as the name suggests, is the ability of the 3 young and very talented owners to mix the typical ingredients with something different in an essential, fresh, clean but not at all banal way, indeed, rather tending to the imagination of great chefs, offering a complete tasting menu or à la carte. I haven't checked, it's certainly not essential, but I think at least a recommendation from the Michelin guide is a must.

Siamo stati attratti da questo ristorante dal profumo che usciva fuori dalla porta d’ingresso… poi abbiamo controllato su TripAdvisor e abbiamo avuto delle gradite conferme… È un posto unico dove si possono fare esperienze sensoriali nuove e molto interessanti dai tagliolini all’uovo al profumo di whisky, alle cavatelle con ragù bianco di cinghiale e funghi finferli o alle tagliate al tartufo bianco o nero o red o al galletto cucinato in modo nuovo ed originale Garbatissime e molto competenti le ragazze che ci hanno serviti al tavolo Prezzi in linea ovviamente non popolari ottima scelta di vini della cantina dove si possono trovare anche vini locali importanti

Questo bel ristorante all' interno di un sasso ci ha attirato per il profumo che saliva da sotto , in quanto è a livello inferiore rispetto la strada. Scendiamo e troviamo un locale molto accogliente, personale gentile e professionale. Ordiniamo 2 antipasti, lardo e pane e una tartar. Ottimi, passiamo si primi, eccellenti accompagnati da un altrettanto ottimo vino. Mio figlio sceglie un secondo: galletto cucinato in modo eccellente. Prezzi adeguati ma non cari. DA NON PERDERE!
