26/09/2024: A good place to have lunch in town. It offers typical local dishes including pasta with bran peppers and pasta with mushrooms and sausage which I recommend. Prices normal, neither expensive nor cheap. I recommend it for a quiet lunch when there are few people.

07/01/2025: A nice restaurant outside Picerno. Well-maintained exterior with details that can be immortalized. Aesthetically formal room, ample space to distribute tables and still leave good space for dancing. Dishes proposed on that occasion were tasty but which personally could have had an extra boost. For the cost certainly paid, more attention could be paid to the details and flavor of the food.

02/01/2025: Against my will, I found myself eating in this place both for the dinner on December 31st and for lunch on the 1st. On both occasions my entire table did not finish eating due to too much waiting time between one course and another. At midnight on the 31st we toasted the new year with the first second course (of the 2 proposed, in addition to cotechino and lentils), while yesterday we left at 4.30 pm, stunned by the music being too loud, while they were serving the second first course. Who wouldn't want to have dinner at 3 in the morning and lunch at 5 in the afternoon? We didn't understand that we were forced to stay until absurd hours to eat food that we paid for and which was instead thrown away. The musical choice of both events was of dubious taste, more suited to a wedding than to a day aimed at a younger audience. The Avigliano tarantellas were played at such a high volume that it was impossible to communicate with the other patrons. If you are looking for an event that will keep you seated at the table for hours and hours and that will remind you of a wedding from 30 years ago, you are in the right place.

11/08/2024: Only stayed for 1 night. Clean rooms and equipped with every comfort. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Good breakfast. I recommend and hope to return

24/11/2024: Typical and nice restaurant in the village of Rotondella, we found it by chance one Sunday for lunch during a motorbike ride. Welcomed by the lady, wife of the owner and chef of the restaurant, we immediately felt welcomed into their home!! Quiet little place with excellent and impeccable service, the lady very kind and attentive in her service, menu with typical dishes. Excellent, delicious food, without too many waits even if there were other customers in the room. We had a great appetizer, typical Rotondella calzone, two first courses of fresh grilled pasta with tomato and fried bread "more than generous portions" After you have dessert!! Let me start by saying that I don't like those made with ricotta, and I have to tell you... it was really delicious, a tart with ricotta and chocolate chips, homemade and mouth-watering! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!! Even in summer, it will be even nicer since it has a nice little terrace! At the end we also chatted with the owners and we felt even more at home!! Well done, continue like this to distinguish yourself from other places that absolutely do not deserve any positive reviews!! See you soon!!!!

24/11/2024: Eccezionale. Cucina sublime. Tonio, lo chef, è davvero un professionista ai fornelli (a Melfi è sicuramente, di gran lunga, il migliore). Ristorante idoneo per tutte le esigenze della famiglia, o serate con amici, o pranzi di lavoro. Prodotti ottimi e freschissimi (nulla di surgelato, neanche le cotolette per i ragazzi, come spesso ci capita altrove). La cortesia e gentilezza di Manola, tra l'altro, sono esemplari. Sono anni che frequento questo locale, con la famiglia, amici o per affari, e non ha mai deluso, anzi con gli anni migliora di continuo. Rapporto qualità - prezzo decisamente ottimo. Favoloso. Da consigliare assolutamente.

05/01/2025: The food is very delicious and homemade. The problem we had is that there was no menu and not understanding Italian made it difficult for us to understand what we could order. There was little variety of products. There was no something we asked for that we saw online in the fork application. We found the hors d'oeuvres expensive for the quantity. The other dishes are very delicious. The waitress was very friendly and the place was very cozy.
