09/10/2025: Absolutely delicious. Could have eaten meal again. The flavours were sublime. Giuseppe was charming and explained about the local products in the food also helped with wine selection. Best meal we ate in Italy during 2 week holiday.

Meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail and committed to exceeding guests' expectations, the Campolerose farmhouse is one of the few examples of pure beauty and immense care for its guests. A perfect place for those who want to escape the city and retreat to a quiet, unspoiled haven. I stayed there for five days, and Antonio, with his passion and expertise, delighted me with his house specialties: delicious and abundant, locally sourced dishes. On nice days, you can also dine outside, surrounded by greenery. The room was comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need. I thank Antonio and his staff for their kindness and professionalism! We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it.

The restaurant is very well decorated for my taste, the ingredients are top-quality, the chef puts them together very well, the wine cellar is well-stocked, and the price is average. I recommend it.

I wish I could have given it 4.5 stars instead of 5 because I think the prices are excessive, but I've noticed that they've become so pretty much everywhere in Matera.

15/11/2025: Tierra is one of those places that stays in your heart. The restaurant is meticulously designed, with an atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. The staff is exceptionally kind, always attentive and smiling. Special thanks go to Roberta, who runs this wonderful restaurant with passion and professionalism along with her partner Domenico. Domenico's cuisine is simply out of this world: authentic, refined dishes prepared with a care rarely found elsewhere. We've visited many restaurants, but the quality and authenticity of the flavors found at Tierra are truly unique. Between this place and a Michelin-starred restaurant... honestly, I wouldn't notice the difference. An excellent experience in every way. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an unforgettable gastronomic journey in Matera.
