06/07/2024: Vinimos a comer. ....buenísimo todo. Excelente calidad de la carne. El lugar muy bonito tranquilo y limpio. Lo mejor ....el personal ( Oliver , Philoppo y Alberto )Atentos en todo momento, amables, todo lo que diga es poco. Calidad/precio buena. Lo último la tarta que queso con reducción de chianti ...mmmmmmm!!

06/07/2024: Wow. If you want Florence steakhouse, this is it. It was our first night in town and we did not regret going here. We got the Tuscan Menu and they started us off with a platter of amazing assorted meats. Then they brought out a Florentine steak and it was quite possibly the best steak I’ve ever eaten. The service was absolutely top notch and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Florence.

16/07/2024: Lovely food, lovely wine, beautiful location & great service! I'd definitely recommend a meal here, especially with the duomo directly outside! One of the highlights of our trip.

09/07/2024: Absolutely amazing restaurant to try out the food at. You can tell it’s fresh, and with the spectacular view of the Duomo right by where you’re eating, it’s certainly a place to visit.

23/07/2024: Ho potuto gustare la cucina di questo ristorante e devo dire che mi ha molto sorpreso l’ottima qualità della cucina , ho gustato uno spaghetto allo scoglio ottimo, e non meno importante un servizio sempre attento e velocissimo, bravi!

10/08/2024: Very nice and characteristic atmosphere. Excellent sandwiches with your choice of cooking. Excellent chips and beer list. The desserts are a spectacle and I highly recommend the kinder cheesecake (to be avoided for those on a diet). Highly recommended.

27/08/2024: Overall the food wasn't bad, but unfortunately the prices were ridiculously high for the raw materials used which, although of high quality, still remained extremely low cost ingredients (a puff pastry with cheese inside was €14), the service however waiter was friendly and was extremely slow with the first dish arriving an hour and fifteen minutes after our order. I wouldn't go back.

20/07/2024: We had dinner with family and friends at the inn. The only thing better than the food (already excellent) was the waiter: the waiter cradled my two-month-old baby, helping her fall asleep and allowing me to enjoy the Florentine steak!! Very kind! Thanks so much again!!! Super recommended place, excellent food and family atmosphere!!!!! If we have the opportunity, we will gladly return!

17/07/2024: Very nice hosts of the somewhat hidden restaurant. The pizza and the tagliata di manzo were super tasty. Prices were very fair. Overall, highly recommended.

15/07/2024: This restaurant is amazing! It is truly a hidden gem and out of all the restaurants we have been to across Italy, this has turned out to be one of the best restaurants we've been to. We ordered the carbona and the tortellini and let me tell you guys, their tortellini is the best one we've ever had! If we ever go back to Florence, which we hope we will, especially because we want to go back to this restaurant, we will definitely go back there and have their delicious food. Me and my fiance went here last month and we are so happy we found this place. We would like to thank Pino as well for giving us such an amazing service, he was very welcoming and lovely. He really made our experience 10 times better.

07/08/2024: We have been returning to this magnificent restaurant every now and then for a few years. We go out to dinner with the dog, first one and after his loss, this year we brought our puppy, just over a year old, (Saturday 3/08/24 evening for dinner what can I say, always welcomed with open arms .Great food, great service, great everything. A place we love so much. Obviously we will see each other again soon. Thank you ❤️

12/08/2024: Bad experience. I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I really have to. Unfortunately the food is really bad, the service perhaps even worse. They served us the pulled pork heated in the microwave but the worst thing was that it smelled more than bad and tasted even worse. We ate on benches at obscene wooden tables. We spent 30 euros each and they had the courage to charge us a cover charge for plastic plates, paper tablecloths, sitting on benches and at tables usually used at village festivals or in low-class canteens. I'm sure I've never eaten so bad in my entire life. Absolutely avoid.

28/08/2024: I can’t remember the last time I was sad that a meal had finished, the food was that good! The restaurant has a wonderful setting covered in vintage tourism posters from all over the world, and as you walk down the stairs you walk past the open kitchen where you can see the chefs at work. The atmosphere is calm and even with a full restaurant it wasn’t loud. The service was impeccable, with the waiting staff on hand to help with menu recommendations and the appropriate wine to complement your dish choices. We went for three pasta dishes, the spinach gnocchi with sage and butter, the cannelloni ‘buca lapi’, and the fettuccine with veal ragu. They were all spectacular with the veal fettuccine the stand out dish for me. The menu offers a variety of Tuscan and Florentine dishes so what ever you choose you’re in for a great experience! Highly recommend!

22/08/2024: Siamo stati con tutta la famiglia a cena in questo ristorante suggeritoci dalla guida. E non potevamo trovare di meglio! I Primi sono ottimi, ma la carne davvero eccezionale. Unica pecca poca scelta per gli antipasti. Anche se quei pochi disponibili sono di buona qualità. Ci hanno suggerito un ottimo vino, servizio perfetto e cameriere gentile e simpatico! Ci tornerò sicuramente!
