25/07/2025: Speechless (in a good way). The waiter told us as soon as we entered that they only had meat. We were prepared, but it's a nice touch; many people in Italy think they only eat pizza and pasta. We chose the Tuscan menu for two, which included a charcuterie board and a piece of Florentine steak, and both dishes were a hit. The steak was well-prepared and cooked to perfection. One of the best steaks I've ever eaten.

07/09/2025: It’s a small restaurant located right in front of San Lorenzo Basilica. The waitress was friendly and spoke English well. I really enjoyed the steak, but the pasta could have been better. The prices are quite high.

13/09/2025: I'm returning to this restaurant on Lungarno Torrigiani after at least 10 years since my last visit. They told me something had changed, but I was pleased to find that everything has remained the same. The menu features truly sophisticated options, mostly meat-based (they have top-quality meat), but the menu is broad and encompasses a variety of flavors. The Chianina sushi is definitely recommended. Attentive and attentive service in a truly jaw-dropping location: eating with a view of the Arnolfo Tower...priceless!

02/09/2025: Koreans, do you know the server? It seems like a lot of people go there after reading reviews, but don't go. If you really want to go, call and ask if that server is still there. As soon as we got there, we were sent to a corner, not a nice space, whether intentionally or not. After that, two more groups of Asians came in. The server, who was a decent size and had blond hair, was extremely rude. She'd tap anything she put down on the table, and when she was clearing something away, she'd move it without saying a word. When I asked for a second chair because there was no place to put my bag, she clicked her tongue right in front of me. She also didn't even state my order or my requests, but she repeatedly walked away mid-sentence. I don't know if this is just how it is, but I ordered a steak, but I didn't ask how I wanted it, and it came out almost blue-rare, just cooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. I got angry and asked another server if they don't usually ask for it, and the blond server suddenly started slurring in Italian and aggressively told me to just ask if I wanted it cooked higher. After that, my expression turned sour, so he suddenly became friendly and offered me a free Coke while keeping an eye on me. When I was paying, the tip screen popped up on the POS, and I quickly pressed 0, which was hilarious. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ. I'm usually the type to let things slide, but this place really ruined my mood after paying a lot of money. There were quite a few reviews complaining about racism, but I regret not seeing that and leaving. I hope others don't regret it. I hope restaurants as a whole reflect on their behavior. Racism in the 21st century, lol. It was the worst restaurant I've ever been. The service was disgraceful and the steak was awful. Also, if you're Asian, you'll experience the worst racism at a high price😁

The staff are friendly and the food is better than expected :) I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a steak, needing friendliness, and tired of foreign languages!!!

14/09/2025: Beautiful restaurant with a breathtaking view, fast and very kind service; the children's menu was served immediately, the food was very good, especially the starters; there were even two people with gluten intolerance and they were satisfied. Also, for those with children, it's nice to visit the animals and the surrounding area. Recommended.

11/09/2025: The menu was delicious, with an exceptional selection of appetizers and first courses. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with a lovely view of the olive trees. The ingredients were local and of excellent quality. The only negative was that the second course was a bit dry.

12/08/2025: This restaurant is a 5 star expirence from start to finish. First off, the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful with romantic lighting and posters all over the walls. The waiters are so professional and kind and the food - it will be the best meal you eat in florence. The steak is so tender with a perfectly seared exterior. The sides of cannelloni beans and mashed potatoes are just divine. This is good food done right! I highly recommend dining here if looking for an upscale experience in Florence for the best steak in the city!

22/08/2025: The experience was unique: more than the food, what struck me was the convivial atmosphere that reigned within the dining room. My hat's off to Dario for creating something truly unique. That said, I wasn't thrilled with the meat and food in general, especially considering we're in Tuscany, home of the Chianina beef, while here the meat is raised in Spain. As for the restaurant, I think there are better places in the area. Congratulations to Dario for the project and the energy it exudes.

07/09/2025: A very large restaurant (...) we can agree with the food, although the burger I had wasn't worth the price (€19) for the toppings and quality. The most unpleasant thing was the service and timing: The beer arrived after the burgers and pizza were brought, and the coffee at the end of the meal was brought a long way from the limoncello, after which the waiter quickly cleared the table while we were still drinking the coffee/amaro. Finally, when it came to the bill, the cashier made a mess of dividing the bill, even though we were clear and precise (in front of him with the bill in front of us). The inconvenience was fixed, but he seemed very superficial in his operations. Terrible service, much to the detriment of tourists.

26/08/2025: The welcome was fantastic. At least a year after our last visit, we were recognized and greeted with a hug. She remembered we'd spent our holiday with Elisa in San Jacopo in San Lorenzo. What a charming place. We had delicious filetto porcini and tartufo—what a taste experience. A lovely Morellino di Scansano, off the menu at the owner's recommendation, was the perfect accompaniment. After a fantastic tiramisu and cannoli for dessert, and the café with limoncello, we said our goodbyes.

22/08/2025: We've been back twice. The food and pizza were excellent. The service was courteous and attentive. If we return to Tuscany, we'll definitely go back. Definitely worth a try.
