24/05/2026: The tortelli and meat were top-notch!! A great chef.
The wait staff were excellent: kind, courteous, and always attentive. The atmosphere was informal, making us feel right at home!
17/05/2026: The food quality was excellent, but the wait times between courses were unacceptable: we waited almost an hour between the first and second courses.
It was very busy (Sunday lunch), and I completely respect the work of others, but we didn't receive even a half-hearted apology for waiting so long.
Two people at our table received their second courses shortly after us, and after waiting only 15 minutes after the first course.
They probably forgot our order, or something went wrong. I would have expected at least an apology for the wait.
I repeat, I respect the work of others, and I understand that Sunday lunch is very busy.
The food quality was excellent.

29/04/2025: Siamo tornati in questo ristorante dopo tantissimi anni e posso dire che non è come me lo ricordavo. L'ambiente è rimasto lo stesso: un po' cupo, poco luminoso, non brutto ma con un'atmosfera che ho trovato un po' pesa. La sala comunque non è brutta e ha anche un bel caminetto, che però non è riuscito a scaldare la sala (in tutti i sensi). Il cibo non è decisamente come me lo ricordavo, direi senza infamia e senza lode e sicuramente non la qualità non è minimamente all'altezza di quanto viene fatto pagare! (vedi sotto). Tortelli al ragù di cinghiale buoni (più il tortello che il ragù), ma se ne trovano di molto migliori in zona; tagliolini al tartufo anch'essi buoni ma non eccezionali; tartare di manzo non il top (troppa cipolla a mio avviso nella carne). Calice di vino della casa (Bolgheri) molto buono.
Il problema principale è comunque il prezzo, esagerato per quello che abbiamo mangiato (38 euro per i tagliolini al tartufo bianco mi sembra un'esagerazione! Ma anche i tortelli a 17 euro, decisamente più alto che non in altri posti dove sono anche meglio, idem per la tartare...). Quindi rapporto qualità prezzo non all'altezza.
Insomma, sono rimasto deluso

Tutto cucinato alla perfezione, con sapori bilanciati.
Lo consiglio assolutamente!
