06/04/2024: I don't really like dining out, having decent culinary skills, I'm not easily satisfied, now I only go to two or three restaurants, which have a remarkable ability to amaze me with their delicacies. The Braceria Caputi is part of this very small number. With their extraordinary appetizers and the goodness of their meat, they won me over🤤🤤🤤🤤. When I want to rediscover the ancient Apulian flavors cooked directly on the fire🔥🔥🔥, there is no alternative. Then the empathy of Franco Caputi👏👏👏👏, the professionalism of his collaborators, act as a glue to spend an excellent evening🍾🍾🍾🍾🥂🥂🥂🥂, such as to be repeated with pleasant assiduity. 26/03/2024: Small but well-known point of sale where you can enjoy some of the best chicken and chips in the city. Excellent "paccanelli" constitute an excellent variation to the aforementioned chickens....Small inconvenience is the receptivity which proves to be a limit during peak hours. Telephone booking recommended.

23/03/2024: The best rotisserie in Foggia for spit-roasted chicken and potatoes. Everything impeccable. All we need is a restyling of the place and it would be perfect.

26/03/2024: Un locale ampio in zona residenziale, con cucina luminosa, pulita e a vista. Elegante, moderno, dove ogni particolare è curato, anche l'accoglienza. La scelta punta sui piatti gourmet, con accostamenti innovativi come, tra gli altri:  "Filetto di maialino bardato con crema di zucca aromatizzata con salsa al cioccolato" o "Soffice di vitello con carote, patate, fonduta di lenticchie e spezie mediterranee".  Da segnalare anche un tenero, delizioso filetto con salsa ai funghi porcini e un controfiletto alla brace. I prezzi sono alti, ma giustificati dall'ottima qualità delle materie prime.

12/03/2024: Dopo anni sono tornata in questo locale...e devo dire che la qualità è rimasta la stessa. Abbiamo ordinato dei carpacci, una fiorentina e una costata... Tutto molto ottimo. Preparati alla perfezione... cottura della carne ottima. Buon vino e buon servizio. Prezzi più che giusti.

23/03/2024: Hello there were 10 of us, we can't say anything about the service etc etc but about the very exaggerated price €41 per head which anyway we knew that there was a wash said but for the starters x5 7 cheese and pepper from €17 the dish 3 pizzas 3 bottles of wine and the dessert €410 that is, we're joking.

25/02/2024: Very nice and quaint place. We opted for a mix of omelettes and pittas, a trio of vegetables and a mixed grill. The food was really good. We really appreciated the quality of the meat. Good portions and really excellent prices, definitely an experience to repeat to try other typical dishes. Friendly staff even if a little too "anxious" to clear the table.

03/02/2024: A must in the lower Salento. You can't miss a dinner or lunch in this place. The problem arises later, because you have to go back to it.

27/12/2023: My experience at this place was extremely positive. The sandwiches offered are not only large, but also of excellent quality. The staff are incredibly welcoming, creating an atmosphere that almost makes you feel at home. Their new menu is full of interesting innovations and offers the possibility to choose between a comfortable internal room, ideal for winter, and outdoor tables. It should be noted that the cover charge is 1 euro. I don't have any photos, but I highly recommend the 'Bostom' sandwich. During our visit, we ordered 2 large plates of chips, 2 waters, 1 coke, baked potato and sweet potato special. It should be noted that we spent a total of 38 euros. The sandwiches are so filling that I suggest splitting them in half if you're not very hungry."

28/02/2024: Simply fantastic, excellent food and fantastic staff, I recommend going there. On 01/04/2023 I went back, as always impeccable dishes, Don Calogero's sliced ​​chicken and beef, you won't be able to eat it in any other place except theirs.. Truly excellent.. Congratulations again to Mauro and Elena and the waiter for their professionalism and kindness.

06/04/2024: Shall we sign a petition to have these places closed for "exhausted families"? Places for children essentially... Endless waits and prohibitive prices for truly poor sandwiches. I took the pistachio burger and it was all bread, two (maybe) 100g casino burgers, a slice of mortadella and maybe 10g of chopped pistachios... well... calling it a pistachio burger seems exaggerated to me, not even the presence of half a teaspoon of cream, very dry, I am shocked. The 17 euro sandwich (big boss) in particular has the triple hamburger...but still small. In short, all smoke (from the menu) and no roast. The pizzas were thick, Saturday and had a less than mediocre flavor according to my friends (there were about twenty of us and no one promotes this place even by mistake). I wanted to try the pizza with beef tartare but they made me lose my desire, I really don't think I will ever set foot in this place again.

05/04/2024: I happened to go there with a group of special kids, what can I say... all the staff welcomed us in an attentive and satisfying way, the pizza was excellent, super seasoned, the dough was very light. For those who want to eat a good pizza, I recommend this place.

17/03/2024: Da evitare ASSOLUTAMENTE il sabato sera. Lavorano su "due turni", ma appena terminato di mangiare, circa le 21:15 (il secondo turno era alle 22:30) ci siamo visti portare il conto con un susseguirsi di camerieri che passavano e guardavano se avessimo lasciato i soldi vicino alla scontrino, tutto questo ancora con la birra per metà nel bicchiere. Una staffetta è stata mangiare quella pizza, con l'ansia per tutta la cena. La pizza non mi è particolarmente piaciuta, sembra che il tempo e il modo di fare la pizza si siano fermati anni e anni fa li dentro. Non ci ritornerei.

16/03/2024: Siamo entrati e all'ingresso c'è una persona alla cassa che non è idonea all'accoglienza. Scorbutica e cordiale solo con le persone che conosce. Pizza buonissima e personale di sala molto cordiale. Purtroppo do 3 stelle perché l'inizio non è stato dei migliori.
