15/02/2026: The place was packed. The products were definitely delicious and top-quality, but since it was busy, the dishes arrived late and not together.
Anyway, I'd like to go back, maybe during the week when it's quieter.
I recommend it.
14/02/2026: To date, in my opinion, this is the best place I've eaten meat. We spent just over €40 for two, and we ate very well, a lot, and some dishes were on the house. The atmosphere was perfect for a dinner for two. Impeccable service.

21/02/2026: We were greeted with warmth and kindness by a husband and wife team who do their job with such passion. We ordered the bombette, and in addition to those, we tried the taralli, the salamella, and the patate alla cenere… everything was delicious, including the house red wine! I highly recommend it if you're passing through, but it's also worth a short detour! Good prices 👍🏻

03/01/2026: Delicious and very inexpensive. Sweetest wait staff, amazing fries, table wine is so ridiculously cheap. Ate here 2 nights in a row because I enjoyed it so much. Also they offer multiple meat options which is almost impossible to find here. Love this place!

15/02/2026: The place is large and well-maintained, but the same can't be said for the service. The food isn't of the highest quality, as it arrives late. We went today, Saturday, and sat down at 9:30. The pizza arrived at midnight, after we clearly told the owner we were leaving. It seemed like time never passed. "The pizza's coming now," the waiter kept saying, and then it never arrived, only to leave with excuses. Definitely don't try again.

08/12/2025: It's one of the best restaurants I've visited in southern Salento, where I've always found fresh fish and meat, at exceptional prices. Fiorella, the chef, is one of the best; I've never seen such an exceptional chef, both in terms of quality and quantity. Federico, the head waiter, is incredibly kind and joking with people, and offers exceptional food recommendations.
17/11/2025: I visited this trattoria and found a warm welcome, very fresh, high-quality food, and generous portions. The owners were very friendly, and I had a great time. I highly recommend it.

18/02/2026: A pleasant discovery in the Galatone countryside: a farmhouse immersed in nature and silence, tucked away and fortunately far from the Salento nightlife. The culinary offerings are excellent, ranging from typical dishes to simple, traditional fare. Nothing particularly elaborate, but everything is good and substantial. The bill is reasonable (€30/person). The service is a delight 😉. Would I return? Yes.

16/01/2026: Terrible service. You walk into this place and there's no meat on display like all the other steakhouses. The menu is the only one, you have no choice, there's no red meat, the burgers were pitiful, to say the least. We asked for some salad, and the owner told us it would come with the meat later, and it was just fennel and carrots. You couldn't pay with your card, which seemed like an excuse, given that there was the same review about this from five months ago. It's worthy of a report and a thorough investigation by the financial police. Dessert was just a sweet tarallo, and you had no other choice, and they kicked us out in the end, telling us they had to close and go to the farm. Never again, and I don't recommend it.
11/01/2026: We've been coming to this Braceria for several years now, and I can confirm the consistently excellent quality of the food. The place is very cute, and I must say that the owner, his wife, and the waitresses are very kind and helpful.
