Excellent grill restaurant just outside Martina Franca's historic center. The bombette and capocollo, a typical local cured meat, are delicious.

A truly delightful experience in the heart of Martina Franca. The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The real highlight is the experience of being able to personally select the cuts of meat right at the butcher's counter, which are then served directly at your table: a traditional ritual I always appreciate. The quality of the ingredients is evident, but I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to some technical and service issues that could have been better managed. Overall, it's a highly recommended place for those seeking Apulian tradition in a beautiful location.

First time I've been to this place, I came with 3 of my friends, they took me there, a beautiful place, with excellent meat, perhaps the only problem is the speed with which it arrives, 5-6 dishes all together, the service was pleasant, especially the boy who brought us the meat, a nice presence, friendly and polite like almost all the waiters, but obviously there are always exceptions in such large places, but I think the thing I liked most about him was that he told us all the names of the meats and even how they were seasoned, unlike the other short boy, who came to the table without even saying good evening and throwing the plate there on the table, there were two cuts, we didn't know how cooked, which one was from which one, how they were seasoned, I can understand the chaos on a Saturday night, especially in such a large place, but a little more professionalism wouldn't be bad, but overall the service was to my liking, a girl brought the meat to enter and after 3-4 minutes a lady came to taking the order, very nice moreover, there was a slight delay with the ash potatoes and the French fries but just a few minutes nothing major, the price is good considering the quality of the meat, the service and the progress of the meat can definitely be improved
