El propietario nos mostró dónde estaba curando el salamis y nos habló sobre el proceso. Cantina abajo está abierto durante la temporada.

The place is beautiful and well-kept in every respect, the staff at the tables are friendly and the service is fast, the quality of the food is truly excellent. The choice of various specialties, both for side dishes and for meat, is very wide, there are many types of bowls and various types of sausage, as well as chicken and various types of meat to be sliced ​​on the spot. The discordant note was that, once everyone had ordered what they liked, when the dishes arrived it was not possible to understand whose various bombettes belonged to, after cooking they were almost unrecognizable. Same problem with sausage. So we found ourselves eating a little by eye and a lot by luck what was actually someone else's. Therefore it makes no sense to go to the counter to choose what you want to taste, if everything is mixed up, especially if we are talking about large quantities, it will only create confusion at the table and you will have to make do, it is not fair for those who do not like some ingredients in the preparations, in addition to the fact of being dissatisfied because you wanted to taste that bowl in particular which then ended up in another dish. Probably next time I will opt for a dinner as a couple to avoid all that confusion again and be able to eat what I choose.

16/03/2025: Homely and very welcoming place, from the owners to the staff. Excellent quality of raw materials, exceptional guinea fowl burgers, not to mention the bread and tomato, it feels like eating at grandma's house. With a €25 fixed menu there's really a lot of stuff. The house wine is also very good. There were five of us plus a child, who was not included in the bill, despite having tasted almost everything. A truly highly recommended grill for those who want to eat excellent meat and pay the right price!

Non sapevocosa scegliere... alla fine perplessl ho scelto l'angus ma l'etichetta non cordispondeva alle fettine che erano nel banco frigo. Una volta nel piatto ho avuto la conferma due fettine di carne piena di grasso. Senza infamia senza lode

08/04/2025: •So many disappointed expectations - I'm sorry to have to write this review but I came home disappointed and sorry. I'll start by saying that I understand the current situation for the restaurant world which is having difficulty finding staff but you can't work with such reduced ranks. *We find a place despite not having booked and this already seems like a good omen also because it's not even 1pm and the boom in work hasn't started yet. When ordering we are told that there is no menu to read in order to choose but everything is listed to us by the maitre d' without knowing the price. This means we can't even think about what and how to order and also have to do it in a hurry. After a few minutes, however, the table next to us asks, demands and receives a paper menu. We manage to take it to know at least what exactly we ordered and what we could have ordered. # The first courses arrive but are lukewarm/cold. After eating the appetizer, we wait for the first courses that at 3 pm have not yet arrived (I sat down at 1 pm!). As with the appetizer, the first course also arrives lukewarm/cold. +The only hot thing that I 'enjoyed' were the drinks after all this waiting. The quality/quantity and price ratio is too excessive. ✓ Beautiful location that I had admired since my first time in Marina di Pulsano (about two years ago) and that after some time I hoped to fully enjoy. Waiters available and with good will. The difficulties do not entirely depend on them.

07/04/2025: I had lunch in this beautiful restaurant a few meters from the sea, with a wonderful view. The service, despite the packed room, was fast. The chips are excellent and thick (they really taste like potatoes!), the risotto with cheese and pepper is very delicate, the mixed frying is good, and the dessert is impressive.
