I ordered a mixed antipasti platter, just the right amount and a great selection of dishes to get a quick taste of Bari's culinary tradition, and a mixed grilled meat platter with a good selection of cuts and customizable cooking methods. The staff was truly friendly and attentive to customer needs. I will definitely be back.

17/08/2025: Nothing to complain about the location; it's cute and informal, but this place, even though it's desolate, has its charm. The meat is very good, and the prices are average for the quantity and quality. The only flaw is the €13 grilled meat, which is paltry in its composition. It's listed as weighing about 400 grams. The capocollo, which wasn't there, must have been a maximum of 150 grams cooked and compensated for by adding a mini-bombetta and a sausage. I'd recommend revising it and making it more substantial. As for the side dishes, the quality/price ratio is exceptional.

15/08/2025: I'm a meat lover, so I wasn't familiar with this place. It was a great surprise. I like the location, it's pleasant. The staff is very friendly, and the food is divine. Finally, a place with zero food miles. The only downside? They'll close in August and reopen in October. I think they could definitely stay open until the end of September. A place worth trying, highly recommended.

The menu price was €29, not €22 as advertised on Instagram (the torcinelli were missing, which they said should be ordered separately). And to make matters worse, the cashier looked at us with a disgusted expression and said, "How poor!" when he saw we'd only ordered two bottles of water. Totally unmet expectations. If this is their idea of ​​a restaurant, I'm giving it a resounding no. I won't be returning!

The quality of the meat is excellent: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every cut is a surprise, from the most classic to the most unique, always served hot and at the perfect time. The service is another highlight. Special thanks go to Francesco, a kind, friendly, and always smiling waiter. He welcomes guests, puts them at ease, and guides them through the various meat options. The atmosphere is welcoming and the price-quality ratio is absolutely fair. If you're looking for a place to leave satisfied, this is definitely the place. We'll definitely be back!

Beyond the classic cuts of meat, there are many specialty bombette, stracceti, and so on...the highlight is the many vegetables prepared in truly unique ways, like a simple whole lettuce, grilled but with Bloody Mary sauce poured right at the table...in short, a must-try.... Only open in the summer in Salento, but with a winter version in Milan, called LOSKO. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly... Perhaps we expected more from the desserts, which didn't have much character...

30/08/2025: I'll start by saying that the food was good, but it's a shame about the rest. We arrived and they couldn't find our reservation. We asked for side dishes for our meat (we specifically requested them as side dishes, not appetizers, when the waiter specifically asked), but they arrived as appetizers. The meat from the table arrived mixed up, and when I asked the waiter, who didn't speak Italian, in English, for clarification since I had ordered specific items due to food intolerances, he replied that he didn't know what was in the dishes and couldn't answer, and then left. Finally, the bill was incorrect, and after checking it at the cashier, it turned out that an extra €60 had been added.

05/01/2026: The hotel is located in a no-traffic zone. You can drive to the hotel to unpack your luggage, but the hotel is required to report the car's license plate number to municipal services. In our case, they didn't, and we received a fine. We tried to resolve the matter with the hotel for several months, but to no avail; they don't even respond to messages.
