I ordered a mixed antipasti platter, just the right amount and a great selection of dishes to get a quick taste of Bari's culinary tradition, and a mixed grilled meat platter with a good selection of cuts and customizable cooking methods. The staff was truly friendly and attentive to customer needs. I will definitely be back.

Today we returned to "La bottega della carne" in Squinzano, where we ate a spectacular grilled meat! The meat was incredibly tender, melting in your mouth, and the chicken thigh was cooked to perfection, slightly crispy on the outside and incredibly tender on the inside. We also came here on Saturday, where Dad and I tried the set menu, and we were very satisfied that day too! I recommend all my friends who live in Puglia (or are coming to Puglia for a vacation) to stop by this place. I guarantee you'll leave satisfied, both with the food and the owner's friendliness!
[SEPTEMBER 2021 REVIEW]: We stumbled upon it by chance, and despite our initial skepticism, we ate deliciously! Everything was cooked to perfection, with the perfect portions! The owners are two wonderful, very friendly people! We'll definitely be back!!!

29/11/2025: Dinner with friends, we didn't eat much, 30 sbleuri, regardless of the quality of the meat, even if it had been top of the top we wouldn't have paid so much, I was there last night and right now it's 9:42 in the morning and it's the second time I've gone to the bathroom.

19/09/2025: Certainly not for everyone, both in terms of menu choices and prices. Dishes are designed with great imagination and skill. Beyond the classic cuts of meat, there are many specialty bombette, stracceti, and so on...the highlight is the many vegetables prepared in truly unique ways, like a simple whole lettuce, grilled but with Bloody Mary sauce poured right at the table...in short, a must-try.... Only open in the summer in Salento, but with a winter version in Milan, called LOSKO. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly... Perhaps we expected more from the desserts, which didn't have much character...
30/08/2025: I'll start by saying that the food was good, but it's a shame about the rest. We arrived and they couldn't find our reservation. We asked for side dishes for our meat (we specifically requested them as side dishes, not appetizers, when the waiter specifically asked), but they arrived as appetizers. The meat from the table arrived mixed up, and when I asked the waiter, who didn't speak Italian, in English, for clarification since I had ordered specific items due to food intolerances, he replied that he didn't know what was in the dishes and couldn't answer, and then left.
Finally, the bill was incorrect, and after checking it at the cashier, it turned out that an extra €60 had been added.

We took advantage of the all-you-can-eat option, which was a great choice. Thanks to Mr. Francesco for his kindness, and compliments to all the kitchen and dining room staff.

Furthermore, on the occasions I've had the pleasure of being here to sample their food, I've been equally satisfied. Truly, everything was excellent.

Pizza by the meter is a great idea, but they should also offer a traditional round pizza (they only make it for those with food intolerances).
Slow service, about an hour before taking the order.
