10/01/2026: Yesterday I had lunch with my mom. The fries arrived cold on the plate, and my chicken with cheddar and bacon was also almost cold, and it remained indigestible all day until the evening. My doubts arise as to whether the oil used to fry the fries was poor quality (too much use) or the meat was not good quality. I don't think I'll go back because quality is a given in certain places! The guy at the cashier was awful, not a smile, not a greeting.

15/03/2026: Characteristic, well-decorated and spacious atmosphere. Excellent service, courtesy, and professionalism from all the staff. Traditional Argentine dishes and more. Excellent wine list with a wide selection of top labels. I highly recommend this wonderful experience.

06/03/2026: The welcome and atmosphere were as expected. The meat and therefore the ingredients were of a high standard, although the side dishes could use some work. The service wasn't particularly prompt; I had to ask for a bottle of water three times. Overall, it was good, but with potential. Thank you.

05/03/2026: First outing in several months due to a health issue, a friend took me to The Angus for lunch. Beautiful location, stylish, tidy, and clean, no frills. Plenty of parking outside, although it's very busy, even on weekdays. The meat is excellent, and in true American tradition, they sell tickets and win games here. Especially in their way of cooking it. I had a perfectly cooked diaphragm, with a side of vegetables and excellent potatoes. Prices seem medium-high, but the quality of the product is high, and the staff recommends the best cuts of the season. In my humble opinion, it's recommended.

15/02/2026: Excellent place to eat and drink, it's quiet and parking is easy to find. The only slight annoyance was the staff, who, after taking orders, emphasized that drinks were mandatory, even though I had booked a table for 13 people, 11 of whom had ordered, even more than one order each. I would have understood if half the people hadn't ordered anything, but on that occasion, it was just annoying.

27/01/2026: A very pleasant location, a private villa converted into a restaurant, with limited seating. The views from the garden are breathtaking, directly overlooking the lake. When we visited, there was only one person (I assume the hostess) serving the dining room, so it was difficult to accommodate everyone's requests quickly. The dishes were tasty and interesting, with local, meat-based, and freshwater options. The wine list was interesting; I liked how it was organized. The grappa selection was disappointing. Aesthetically, the menus and the plastic breadsticks had little to do with the elegance of the setting. In conclusion, a lovely experience, well worth the detour.

13/03/2026: I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at the Sheraton Milan San Siro. Unfortunately, the experience was highly unpleasant and fell far below the standard of service I expect from a reputable brand like Sheraton. Upon check-in, I was allocated a room that was not fit for purpose. The room NO decent table or any suitable surface to place personal belongings. More importantly, there was no adequate area to work or enjoy a meal, leaving me with the uncomfortable choice of sitting on the bed or in the bathroom. I found it surprising that I had to personally suggest to the hotel manager that a chair be provided just to have a place to sit during my stay. While the manager did acknowledge the issue and promised to call me the following day to arrange for another room change, that call never came. When I followed up with the reception later the next day, I requested a callback, but again, no one contacted me. The lack of proactive service was very disappointing. A promise from a manager should be reliable, and empty commitments reflect poorly on professional accountability. It concerns a guest having to repeatedly chase the hotel for basic amenities and promised solutions. I hope the management team can use this feedback to reflect on how staff are trained to handle guest issues. Proactive communication and following through on promises are essential to ensuring guests feel valued. 17/02/2026: I often stop at this trattoria when I'm in the Franciacorta area for lunch, and every time is a confirmation. Traditional dishes are well-prepared, with a modern twist that makes them even more interesting. Quality ingredients, generous portions, and fast, friendly service make it ideal for those short on time but still want to eat well. Welcoming and refined atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Recommended!

08/03/2026: Extremely slow service on any request... the food was lukewarm if not cold... on a positive note, the cashier, in response to our complaint, offered us a dessert, taking it off the bill 🍰. Very kind of her.

24/02/2026: I've often dined at this restaurant for work, but recently I've seen some scenes that just haven't sat well with me. First of all, I want to point out that I've always seen the same two waiters working, two nice guys, no doubt (especially Tonino), but this makes me think these poor guys never rest!! To continue, I've seen the owner swear in Calabrian several times behind customers' backs and at colleagues—an absolutely unacceptable situation! Even when I went to the cashier the last time to pay the bill, the owner (very dishonest, if I may say so!) tried every way to get me to pay for an extra bottle of water, but who am I, a bank, to cover the restaurant's losses??? That said, I don't think I'll ever return; what a disappointment...

16/02/2026: We went to Osteria La Bistecca on Saturday, February 14th. Naturally, it was a very crowded evening. At the waiter's recommendation, we ordered the Florentine steak with fries. They didn't inform us of the weight of the steak, nor did they show it to us, as was the treatment reserved for our neighbors at the table. The fries were chips, and we weren't even informed of this. Anyway, nothing exceptional. The steak was small, and the bill was a bit expensive.

08/11/2025: The restaurant is very nice, in a secluded location with plenty of parking. The food is excellent, from the standard dishes to the pizzas. The staff is very friendly. There's even a children's area. A very positive experience.

01/01/2026: Very nice restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. The food was good, but not memorable. With a 20% discount from the fork, we spent €40 each for four people, including two appetizers, four main courses, four desserts, and a bottle of wine. The portions were not generous.

26/12/2025: Spacious and original restaurant. Simple winter menu with good options. Business lunch with cheese tasting and beautifully cooked and served tagliata. Good wine list too. I'll be back.

03/03/2026: I went there for lunch: a two-course menu with a variety of options, including vegetarian options, and a glass of wine 🍷 included. The atmosphere was pleasant, traditional, and full of character. I'll definitely be back.
