Overall, very well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was good, although with the beef experience, my partner and I expected a little more meat, but it was still delicious. He had that, and I had the New York smash burger. It was really good, and the salsa and fries are always our favorite. We'll definitely be back!

Welcoming and friendly staff! Quick and helpful service. I know the chain, but this one is definitely the best in terms of both food quality and service. The staff definitely makes the difference!

As always, I had a great time at Old Wild West. Courtesy, professionalism, and good service. The food was excellent, and even some requests for modifications to dishes were accommodated and respected.

27/07/2026: The staff was a bit confused, the food arrived before the buffet, the order was incorrect but correctly reported on the receipt (and therefore recorded correctly...)... in short... very kind but needs to be reviewed...
25/07/2026: Excellent, I'd say!! Perfect welcome, quick service, great waiters...a must-visit for a tasty meal. 🙂
