Everything was good, the staff were friendly. It's a shame the guy at the cash register was clearly annoyed when we paid, leaving us to pay alone, then coming back and almost throwing the receipt in my face. I'm sad that a place like OWW has to lose credibility because of rude clerks.

You'll find sandwiches and the usual dishes; it's worth stopping by every once in a while. The atmosphere, however, is very chaotic. We've had the wrong items delivered, or had to wait a long time to place our order or get our coffee. The people, however, are friendly and helpful. We'll return for the food, but it's not the best of the chain.

We go to the restaurant in Carugate quite often. We run a few errands at the various shops, then have lunch or dinner. The staff is always friendly, and the manager is also very attentive.
