11/10/2025: I’m a loyal customer of Barbacoa on Renato Pães de Barros in São Paulo, Brazil, and recently had the pleasure of visiting the Milan location, thanks to a kind recommendation from Jeff, the CEO of the brand. My wife and I were welcomed with such warmth and care that it truly made our experience unforgettable. Rudy, the director, greeted us like old friends, and the entire team followed suit — friendly smiles, attentive service, and genuine hospitality from start to finish. The wine cellar is absolutely stunning, with an impressive selection that perfectly complements the rich flavors of the Brazilian barbecue. And the caipirinha — made with fresh lime and authentic cachaça — was a delicious reminder of home, served with flair and precision. It’s inspiring to see Brazilian barbecue crossing borders with such authenticity and excellence. Congratulations to Jeff for taking our culinary tradition global, and hats off to Rudy for representing it so beautifully in Italy. Barbacoa Milan isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a slice of Brazil in the heart of Europe. We’ll definitely be back! 08/10/2025: Highly not recommended, crazy prices! Nice location, friendly staff, but zero service. They dropped my Spritz when it was still halfway through the glass and didn't bring another. The appetizers were all in oil, a zero, the meat was incredibly tough. They have 5-6 types of meat, a zero, and 2-3 types of desserts, literally! But at least those were "good." Value for money: zero. You pay for the location, the food is zero. It's not expensive, it's very expensive. I hate to sound mean, but honestly... it all stuck in my stomach. The meat, besides being tough, is incredibly heavy and indigestible. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!

29/08/2025: Excellent food, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms decorated in a welcoming, homely style. I tried the flavorful and super stringy pizzoccheri, followed by the venison medallions with taragna polenta. The meat was incredibly tender and perfectly cooked!

25/08/2025: Friendly and attentive service. The place is clean and tidy, with a lovely outdoor area and a singer. The food presentation was excellent. We had pizzoccheri served on a very distinctive plate, and Haidi's grandfather's tagliolini, which were delicious, made with pancetta and parmesan shavings, tomatoes, and radicchio. The fruit salad with ice cream was truly rich in fruit. Prices were average.

23/08/2025: We visited this restaurant this evening, my first time there, and it was a pleasant surprise, not only for the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail, but also for the delightful welcome "tagliatelle" (a small piece of tagliatelle)—a truly classy touch. The skewer was truly spectacular, perfectly cooked, and accompanied by a lemon and bay leaf "salina" that gave the game just the right acidity, giving it that extra something. I would have loved to try all the desserts, but I was intrigued by the Braulio sorbet, which was truly remarkable. Well, I'd say we have all the ingredients, at least for us, to give it a full 5 stars, with further compliments to Chef Luca and the entire staff. I can't wait to return!

29/09/2025: Impressive, I haven't eaten meat at this level in years. The raw ingredients are of the highest quality, carefully treated (marinated, etc.) and cooked to perfection. A special mention goes to the crostone with white ragù, to all the wagyu, and to the desserts, which are definitely not considered secondary dishes here. The tiramisu is among the best I've ever had, the non-cannolo is much better than the classic version, and the caramelized apple is excellent. Don't be fooled by the large size of the building, which at first glance might make you think of those cafeteria-style restaurants: inside, you'll find a high-end restaurant with meticulously designed furnishings and plenty of space between the tables. The price is in line with the quality. In any profession, only PASSION for what you do leads to excellence, and here, that passion shines through. Well done!

03/08/2025: Excellent restaurant where you can enjoy Argentinean specialties. From the wines to the traditional dishes, everything is excellent. The meats are superb, as was my tortiglioni with Angus ragù. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended.

10/10/2025: Milanese risotto with ossobuco and elephant ear is divine. The ear is truly almost as big as a pizza, with a delicious crispy coating.

07/10/2025: Came highly recommended. Food was good and I enjoyed seeing Nebbiolo, Barbaresco, and Barolo on the menu. I tried the meatballs and ossobucco.
