I've noticed a change in the service. There's a lack of that person in the dining room who knows how to engage and make a difference. When the food is at its peak, the service must also be up to par. For now, we're not at the same level, and you can tell; a prominent figure can't be faked; the customer senses the experience. Overall, it's still an excellent place, but with more attentive service, it would become unbeatable. I'll gladly return, hoping for improvement.

06/05/2026: One of the best places for Valtellina cuisine, without a doubt. Pizzoccheri, sciatt, bresaola: when they're on form, they're 5-star. Lately, however, I've found the place a bit sloppy and the service subpar compared to usual. The food remains excellent, but the overall experience isn't what it once was. I remember a while ago when the staff was different, more professional and more presentable to guests. I hope it's just a down period, because the potential is huge. We're greeted with a smile every time, and every request is handled with care and professionalism by Omar. The staff truly contributes to creating a pleasant, family-like atmosphere. Even at peak times, the service remains efficient and organized. Congratulations to the entire team, but especially to the young woman who welcomed and served us this time (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was wearing the gray uniform instead of the red one). She was particularly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the service. It's thanks to people like her that we often choose to return to the Roadhouse in Baranzate on Sundays instead of going elsewhere. Keep up the good work! 👏👏👏

01/01/2026: Very nice restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. The food was good, but not memorable. With a 20% discount from the fork, we spent €40 each for four people, including two appetizers, four main courses, four desserts, and a bottle of wine. The portions were not generous.

26/12/2025: Spacious and original restaurant. Simple winter menu with good options. Business lunch with cheese tasting and beautifully cooked and served tagliata. Good wine list too. I'll be back.

22/04/2026: YOU MUST GO! Tonight we had two burgers: the tartare burger (which I've named my new favorite burger ever) and the porter burger. The tartare was super simple, with oil and pepper, buffalo mozzarella, and freshly sliced ​​prosciutto. The porter burger was out of this world, with perfectly cooked meat and crispy fries on the outside and soft on the inside... I'll say it again, but it's a pleasure to eat here and leave with a smile. And the guys inside are super friendly! Oh, the beer selection is also excellent (I prefer the Weiss), but I don't underestimate the others. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients and the freshness of some of them, made on the spot. The place is pet-friendly, as long as they're leashed and well-behaved.

13/05/2026: Terrible. The atmosphere is typical of a chain, as is the food. The service was quick, but unfortunately that's the only positive aspect. We ordered two dishes cooked medium, and one arrived rare and the other overcooked. We also specifically asked for the sauce to be served on the side, but both dishes arrived with the sauce already on top, in addition to the sauce in the bowl. The drinks were warm, and the Coca-Cola, to be precise, was completely flat. When we asked "Is everything okay?" they didn't even answer: a clear lack of attention and listening to the customer. An experience not to be repeated. Probably the worst money spent of the day.

Despite this, the service was extremely quick and efficient, with no waiting. Overall, between the excellent quality of the food and the speed of service, it was a positive experience. 14/05/2026: A wonderful discovery. We went for dinner yesterday, Wednesday, May 13th, and there were 11 of us. The staff was courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. They welcomed us and even explained the off-menu dishes with the recommended dish of the day. The food was truly exceptional. I personally ordered their "spaghetti grossi ai frutti di mare" (thick spaghetti with seafood). And I must say, I was expecting one of those simple, small restaurant dishes. Instead, I was surprised to see a huge plate delivered with so much seafood, so much so that it could easily have fed two people 🤣 My partner ordered pizza, and I must say it was excellent, too; it barely fit on the plate because of its size. The customer service is something you can tell they really care about. Beautiful location, I'll definitely be back because I had such a great time. 🥰
