The place, service and cuisine are top notch!

I don't usually review restaurant chains, for obvious reasons, but I occasionally make an exception. Of course, the food, drinks, quality, variety, and so on are completely comparable to other restaurants in the same brand, but in addition to the consistently friendly, polite, and personable staff (which never hurts), I've always liked this Old Wild West restaurant for its table layout, seating, and overall layout in comfortable, private spaces. Regarding prices, I can only say that, like all other OWW locations, it's significantly more expensive than most of its competitors, but the quality is better and the portions are larger. Reviewed 4/28/26 I must say that, over the years, the food quality and portion size have fallen short of their category. It remains at a good level, but other competing establishments have improved and, as a result, surpassed this one. Updated 5/7/26 Quality has returned to more than good levels, and service, although constantly improving, is almost always friendly and professional.

Despite the steakhouse being quite crowded, the staff was always organized, attentive, and on time with every order. Special praise goes to the two waitresses who, last Monday, with the restaurant almost full, managed to manage the tables and complete all orders with great professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy. Their commitment, calm, and teamwork made the service impeccable despite the large number of customers. Kudos to the entire staff for the dedication and passion they put into their work every day!

Friendly and fast staff. The food is always delicious. Affordable prices.

Family lunch. Probably a mistake on our part; we asked for a dish when we meant something completely different. When they brought the "wrong" one, they were kind and professional, replacing it immediately. The smash burger was excellent and tasty. One of the €6.90 sandwiches had nice chunks of crispy bacon, a pleasant surprise (elsewhere they serve it in crumbs). For once, the wooden table wasn't sticky, a characteristic of the place that certainly indicated cleanliness but was slightly unpleasant.

The staff was friendly and fast. The food was good, both the meat and the salads.

We have been to this place several times, I can only compliment all the staff, the service is fast, the dishes very good, the guys are attentive to the customer (which is not a given). Every time we go to Montebello we gladly return to this Old.

My husband and I go there often and we always have a good time.
