23/07/2026: We had dinner with the family. A superb confirmation of the excellent Argentinean meat and a pleasant surprise and discovery: the grilled sweetbreads: Exceptional!!! The entire staff was very kind and professional. The delicious sangria was very welcome in this heat!

15/07/2026: I've been coming to this place for 13 years. Always perfect and always a good experience. A little over a year ago, Zanetti changed ownership and it was taken over by a certain Gustavo!...The longtime employees have all left!...Both the service and the quality of the food have deteriorated!...The meat is inedible!...Gustavo, I have to say, you've done your best to ruin a place I was fond of and where I used to spend 2-3 evenings a week. Unfortunately, tonight will be my last!

19/04/2026: We went there hoping for a nice place to eat delicious, high-quality meat. It was a complete disappointment! We told the waiter this clearly. Thinking we'd have some variety, we all ordered the DEGUSTACION DON JUAN (Tasting of 3 cuts: tenderloin, skirt steak, rump steak Angus). Except for the tenderloin, the other cuts were terrible; they were so hard to chew and inedible. In my life (56), I've never had anything so awful! I'm giving it 2 stars because of the waiter's attentive and friendly attitude, and especially the dessert, the tiramisu.

06/05/2026: 🇬🇧 What initially seemed a bit intimidating turned out to be a very welcoming and friendly bar. There were four of us, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout the evening. 🍺 Guinness is available here. The drinks took a while to arrive, but the food arrived shortly after. 🍽️ The chicken burger was much appreciated, and the fish and chips were some of the best we've had in Europe so far. 🍨 The desserts were also very good, and this will definitely become a place we return to often when we're in the area. 🇬🇧 What at first seemed intimidating was actually a friendly and welcoming bar. We were a party of four, and the staff were attentive and pleasant throughout. 🍺 Guinness is served here. 🍹 Drinks took a little while to arrive, but the food followed shortly after. 🍽️ The chicken burger was a big hit, and the fish and chips were some of the best we've had in Europe to date. 🍨 Desserts were also very good, and we will definitely be making this a regular stop whilst in the area.

14/06/2026: I wasn't entirely satisfied: the grilled meat was a bit stringy, the grilled chicken was underseasoned, the baked potatoes and vegetables tasteless. I found the price a bit high for what we ate. You definitely pay for the beautiful lake view.

11/06/2026: We stopped by for a day at the lake and decided to try it despite the positive reviews. We had such a great time, with both the meat and the desserts. We were well-priced, and the staff were all so helpful and kind. We'll definitely be back.

25/05/2026: The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If you're a true carnivore, go elsewhere... this is a fancy place; the Florentine steak is barely 2 cm thick, and I only recommend it to those with both kidneys, because you'll have to sell one to pay the bill.

03/05/2026: I return here few times per year. Seems that the meat quality dropped but only slightly (or the kitchen was on a bad day). But if you are looking for the best combo of show and food. This is the place to try - at least once while in town.

07/06/2026: I frequent this restaurant practically every week and continue to return because the quality of the food is unquestionable. The ingredients are excellent, the dishes are well-prepared, and the staff is always courteous, helpful, and professional. Precisely because I consider this restaurant a benchmark, I feel compelled to highlight a critical issue that unfortunately continues to recur despite having been reported several times: service times are often excessively long, and errors occur with orders. Today, for example, we ordered a pizza for an almost 4-year-old girl at 12:40. The pizza arrived after a wait of over 30 minutes, when the girl was already complaining about hunger. The French fries, which were supposed to accompany the pizza, arrived even later, after almost 40 minutes, and were also the wrong ones: they were served dippers, which the girl doesn't like. My order was also incorrect: I had requested an appetizer of perch and pickled vegetables, but I received a risotto with perch. I reiterate that the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff deserve a positive review, but I believe the service organization and order management needs to be improved. It would be a shame if a restaurant with so much potential continued to be penalized by problems that now seem to have become a constant.

24/04/2026: A sublime dinner. You're in Milan but you feel like you're on vacation! The atmosphere and setting are perfect. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. We live nearby and this is our second time here. It feels like home and the food is delicious. The quality of the meat is very high, and the combinations are both important and unlikely, but very successful. A+++

06/07/2026: I don't usually review restaurant chains, for obvious reasons, but I occasionally make an exception. Of course, the food, drinks, quality, variety, and so on are completely comparable to other restaurants in the same brand, but in addition to the consistently friendly, polite, and personable staff (which never hurts), I've always liked this Old Wild West restaurant for its table layout, seating, and overall layout in comfortable, private spaces. Regarding prices, I can only say that, like all other OWW locations, it's significantly more expensive than most of its competitors, but the quality is better and the portions are larger. Reviewed 4/28/26 I must say that, over the years, the food quality and portion size have fallen short of their category. It remains at a good level, but other competing establishments have improved and, as a result, surpassed this one. Updated 5/7/26 Quality has returned to more than good levels, and service, although constantly improving, is almost always friendly and professional.

13/06/2026: I came this evening with my partner. I liked the place and the very fast and efficient service. The fish was fresh and the dishes were good and plentiful. We'll be back.
