07/03/2026: Very good food, very nice atmosphere, but the whole room smelled of garlic. A word of advice: don't go on special days or anniversaries because they raise the menu prices. They even rewrite the new menu for the event with the same dishes as the regular menu, raising them by 3-5 euros depending on the dish. We asked for a pas dose and they gave me a Satèn as if they were dealing with someone who didn't know much about wine. The bill was very high for a restaurant like this. The meat was very good, for two people: 3 glasses of wine, 2 meat dishes, 2 desserts, 1 coffee, and 1 liqueur = €145.

Very kind and helpful, but in a group of 20 people, one of my companions and I learned after an hour that the dish we'd chosen was sold out, and we had to choose another dish, where they wanted me to try two ribs that never arrived. They're committed, but they're lacking a bit of organization. If the situation arises, we'll definitely return because we had a great time. It can happen that with so many people, you lose track of things for a moment, and I hope this review can help resolve those small organizational issues.

31/01/2026: Pepper Grill is a restaurant that deserves a positive review, especially for the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff, which reflects the restaurant's good reputation in the area. I was very satisfied with the dishes: the food was truly good and carefully prepared, with particularly successful sesame croutons, crispy and tasty, which alone are worth the visit. The staff is kind and helpful, attentive to the customer's requests and timing, which makes the experience pleasant from the first course to the last. However, I must point out a couple of aspects that could be improved: at the table, the scent (probably from air freshener or room fragrance) was a bit too strong and covered the smell of the food, which instead deserves to take center stage. Furthermore, the temperature was a little chilly, a detail that can affect comfort, especially if you remain seated for a long time. Overall, however, Pepper Grill remains a recommended destination for those who want to eat well in the Gerenzano/Caronno Pertusella area, with tasty dishes, excellent sesame croutons, and friendly service, with a few small tweaks to the environment still possible to make the experience truly perfect.

27/03/2026: We go there quite often, and our big dog is always with us. We've always felt very comfortable. Being vegan gives me the option of a few alternatives, which isn't a given. The service has always been excellent, and the staff are always very kind and willing to accommodate any requests.

06/04/2026: Incredible dinner, Gianni super welcoming and helpful! TOP sirloin, never eaten so good in a restaurant, perfect. Good shish kebab and homemade coconut and saffron pudding (absurd combination) delicious! I will definitely be back. Wine, two plates of grilled vegetables, water and coffee!

21/03/2026: We ordered the Picanha meat, 1 portion, but it had a very strong smell and was very tough!! The lamb skewer was good, small portions. Rice and vegetables were good. 1 bottle of water, 1 glass of red wine, 70 euros for 2.

06/02/2026: The dishes are good, the fish is fresh. I chose the spaghetti alla norma, which was delicious. The shrimp cocktail was fresh, but it wasn't my cup of tea. The waitress was very nice.

The restaurant is typical of the brand; the staff makes the difference. They were truly friendly and welcoming, and they didn't wait a moment to bring water to our four-legged daughter, giving her plenty of cuddles. 12/03/2026: This place offers a gluten-free menu. The menu is a bit limited, but I'd say it's perfect for a celiac who wants a burger on the go. I recommend it.

04/04/2026: Well it's a big autogrill with lots of selection and big lines. I wonder why they don't introduce self order kiosks to expedite the ordering process as having to stand in a long line to order a simple espresso from a human seems to antiquated in today's world. also the espresso and cappuccino was average at best which is a shame given it's Italy.

21/03/2026: I tried the famous bistecca alla fiorentina for the first time. A true spectacle!

17/03/2026: I've tried their burger on two different occasions, and both times the experience was excellent. Highly recommended if you're looking for a good burger in Como. I always end up ordering the same burger because I love it so much, but someday I'd love to try their pizza too!
