21/04/2025: Cambiate mestiere o cambiate chef...Pranzo di pasqua rovinato! 40€ di menu fisso come da immagine. Non so neanche da dove cominciare per esprimere il disagio. A parte l'ambiente grigio, buio e con elementi kitsch da discoteca anni 80 e musica assordante da non sentire la persona di fronte..ma passiamo al menù. La "crespella dorata" che, a casa mia, non è una pizza fritta... comunque, una spugna di olio...tra l'altro senza acciuga (come previsto da menù) a nessuno dei commensali. Il vitello tonnato già nero e la fetta di torta pasqualina della dimensione di un dito e sotto completamente cruda. I primi sono stati degni di una mensa da ospedale. Due primi con due salse diverse nello stesso piatto (forse 20 grammi a porzione). Penne scotte, fredde e slavate con un ricordo di carciofi senza sapore...e senza guanciale (anche qui come previsto da menù) ..non solo al mio tavolo ma anche (ho fatto un breve sondaggio) ai tavoli intorno a noi. Le tagliatelle (dure) al ragù di agnello...che probabilmente era scappato prima di finire in padella.. totalmente scondite. Ma il piatto forte è il pezzo di pneumatico che hanno presentato come agnello al forno...asciutto e duro che restava attaccato ai molari.. indescrivibile! La pastiera era l'unica cosa mangiabile. Senza considerare la differenza di porzioni che variava notevolmente da un tavolo all'altro, sicuramente in base alla conoscenza, considerando che i commensali di altri tavoli che chiamavano i camerieri per nome hanno ricevuto un trattamento decisamente migliore. È risaputo che il menù fisso nei giorni festivi è un rischio..ma la proposta di oggi è stata una scorrettezza totale. Né noi né nessuno dei tavoli intorno è rimasto soddisfatto ed è una vergogna fare ristorazione in questo modo. Do una stella solo per i camerieri che sono stati sempre carini, disponibili e sorridenti!

26/12/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato vigilia di Natale e Santo Stefano. Personale e proprietari cordiali e disponibili. Porzioni abbondanti e cibo buonissimo. Locale molto bello esteticamente e grande.

24/09/2025: A classic 80s-style place, very chaotic; we practically had to shout, not speak. The pizza was disappointing. The good thing is the low price.

06/09/2025: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Last night I attended a birthday party at the Ulivo restaurant in Mascalucia, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Starting with the appetizer, the cheeses were dry and had an unpleasant odor, a sign of poor quality or preservation. The situation worsened with the pizza: an indescribable, sewer-like odor made it completely inedible. After pointing out the problem, the pizza chef brought only three pizzas with plain Philadelphia cheese to share among about 40 people: an inadequate and offensive solution that left us hungry and unsatisfied. A birthday party that was supposed to be a celebration turned into a ruined evening. I'm sorry to say this, but I absolutely do not recommend this place.

24/04/2025: La gestione è cambiata da poco, sono giovani e asiatici il che sembra strano per un posto con cucina tipica veneta ma hanno conservato i vecchi menù (aggiungendo qualcosa di nuovo) e le vecchie ricette... Siamo capitati in settimana quindi abbiamo fatto menù fisso (13 euro) un prezzo davvero basso per primo secondo e contorno, era tutto buono dai bigoli alla carne, anche patate e insalata mista erano davvero buoni, abbia aggiunto dei tiramisù anche quello buonissimo... siamo andati via sazi ed estremamente soddisfatti...

Service • Bedienung: Das Personal ist freundlich und arbeitet professionell. • Tempo: Die Abläufe sind leider nicht besonders schnell – man sollte etwas Zeit mitbringen, da die Wartezeiten länger ausfallen können. Speisekarte & Qualität • Auswahl: Die Karte ist recht umfangreich und bietet viele verschiedene Gerichte, von Burgern über Steaks bis hin zu Tex-Mex-Klassikern. • Essen: Geschmacklich ist das Essen in Ordnung, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches. Wer authentisch amerikanische Küche sucht, wird hier eher Standardgerichte finden. Fazit für Familien Für Familien mit Kind ist das Old Wild West eine solide Option, wenn man Wert auf eine große Auswahl und ein unterhaltsames Ambiente legt. Wer allerdings ein kulinarisches Highlight sucht oder wenig Zeit hat, sollte sich auf längere Wartezeiten und eher durchschnittliche Speisen einstellen.

Invito il capo del personale a selezionare con piu attenzione il personale, questa dipendente è altamente scorbutica, ineducata e non comprende affatto cosa possa significare il termine interagire con i clienti.

13/07/2025: I ordered on Glovo, wanting to try a first course and a second course. Everything was delicious, the prices were more than fair, the portions generous, and everything was truly NOT left to chance. Usually, I have to season the grilled vegetables; they were the only ones who added oil and salt. The artisanal stamps and thanks were greatly appreciated. I'll come sit down and bring others with me. Well done. You don't work just for the sake of it; in Foggia, things made with love are missing. You are the few left who care about the details. Keep up the good work and don't conform. See you soon!

05/08/2025: mi è stata raccomandata questa braceria da un paio di amici e quindi ho deciso di andarci. il menù era vasto con diverse specialità locali e carne di buona qualità, ma il problema arriva. Ho ordinato una porzione di polpette di melanzane e sul menu c’era scritto chiaramente “polpette di melanzane FRITTE”, ma sono state consegnate preparate con il sugo, ma non è neanche questo il problema più grande perché le polpette non erano fredde ma GHIACCIATE all’interno. Passiamo al dopo, ho ordinato una birra alla spina ma stranamente il signore alla cassa ne ha segnate due e anche dopo che ha ripetuto tutto l’ordine senza aver specificato se le polpette erano al sugo o fritte non ha neanche detto che aveva segnato due birre. Procedo a far notare al ragazzo che spillava le birre che ne avevamo ordinata solamente una e con tanta gentilezza e professionalità procede a ridarci il resto in contanti della birra che non avevamo pagato, subito dopo però arriva un signore che suppongo sia il titolare che è venuto a rimproverare sia me che la persona con cui stavo per non aver prestato attenzione quando il ragazzo alla cassa che prendeva gli ordini ci aveva ripetuto quello che avevamo comprato ma, come ho scritto prima, non è stata specificata nessuna seconda birra. Quindi io mi chiedo attenzione a cosa? all’incompetenza di chi sta dietro il banco? Ma va bene, andiamo avanti. Successivamente sono arrivate le tagliate, carne di buona qualità e servizio inaspettatamente rapido, ma per il resto assolutamente bocciato.

02/08/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questa braceria ieri sera, intorno alle 22:30. Abbiamo chiesto se fosse ancora possibile accomodarci e ci è stato detto di sì, ma fin da subito abbiamo percepito un atteggiamento di pressione affinché ordinassimo in fretta, perché la cucina stava per chiudere. Abbiamo ordinato tutto subito: il servizio è stato veloce, ma decisamente sgarbato. La carne era buona, ma purtroppo è stata l’unica nota positiva della serata. A metà cena è iniziato l’inaccettabile: i ventilatori sono stati tutti spenti, il telone del tetto chiuso, i cancelli parzialmente chiusi, i tavoli esterni ritirati. Il personale si è seduto ad un tavolo esterno per mangiare e pere qualcosa (come è giusto fare a fine serata quando tutti i clienti hanno lasciato il locale) lasciando la sala praticamente vuota e trasmettendo un messaggio chiaro: ce ne dovevamo andare al più presto. L’episodio peggiore, però, è avvenuto in cassa, al momento dell’ordine. Mentre decidevamo quale vino scegliere, il ragazzo ci ha detto, con un tono sarcastico: "Vi dovete sbrigare perché già vi abbiamo fatto un favore a farvi sedere!". Una frase del tutto fuori luogo, che ci ha messo a disagio fin da subito. Abbiamo scelto di restare solo per rispetto, ma quel rispetto purtroppo non ci è stato restituito in alcun modo. Capisco che fosse tardi, ma se si decide di accogliere dei clienti, è doveroso trattarli con cortesia e offrire un servizio all’altezza. In caso contrario, basta dire chiaramente che la cucina è chiusa e non far sedere più nessuno. In conclusione: servizio da rivedere, personale poco professionale. Una brutta esperienza che non ripeteremo.

20/08/2025: As a celiac, I was able to personally verify what I'd been told over the phone: the attention paid to preventing contamination was indeed high and meticulous. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the experience and I think I'll gladly return, also thanks to the kindness and courtesy of the chef, who made me feel at ease when choosing the menu. A heartfelt thank you.

10/08/2025: I don't recommend eating here...low-quality appetizer, old raw meat, found a piece of steel wool in the pasta. The chef was very dirty.

12/09/2025: We contacted them for a ceremony, and they set up an appointment for a quote, but the manager didn't show up. Annoyingly, but by then we were on site, a representative called and told us she'd be there in an hour and a half. We politely declined and requested a draft quote via email, which never arrived. Conclusion: either they have a lot of work and aren't interested in ceremonies, or professionalism is optional.

10/03/2025: A business dinner to forget. The ribs were burnt, if not charred. The staff was average but tending to be absent. The only delicious touch was the apple tart with ice cream. The place was clean but sterile.

22/02/2025: Solito Roadhouse, del resto da una catena ti attendi che lo stile, la qualità e in generale tutto il format di offerta sia lo stesso dovunque tu vada. Purtroppo in questo caso una delle poche variabili non controllate dall'alto è saltata. Il locale era freddo, per problemi all'impianto di riscaldamento. Succede, ma quando poi senti che sono giorni e che non hanno ancora "avuto il tempo" di chiamare l'assistenza per irparare il guasto, beh, allora c'è un problema.

03/09/2025: Terrible experience. I came to this bar with my boyfriend and two friends: one ordered water and mints, the other a bottle of water, while the two of us didn't want anything. The blonde waitress spoke rudely to us, saying, "This is a bar, drinks are mandatory." So I asked for two sweets and was told the minimum order was €1.50 (unheard of). Since I didn't have cash, I asked my friend to get me a bag of chips, which we then split. When we sat down, the owner (I presume) came over and asked my boyfriend what he wanted to order. I explained to her that we had already gotten the chips and were sharing them, but she responded very rudely, telling me to shut up and that she was talking to him. I started to get nervous and asked her if it was "illegal" to share a bag of chips, and she said yes, adding that the bar is her house and that it was up to her to decide whether I should speak or not, even going so far as to say offensive things about my mother when I walked away and threatening to call the police. At this point, I waited for her to call them, and rightly so, no one came. What was she supposed to say? "Hi, the customer ordered a bag of chips for two"? Do you think they would arrest me? Oh well. After several insults, saying I'm rude, a liar, and disrespectful, she even approached me with a threatening air. When my boyfriend and I split up, she even told my friends, "If she didn't have any money, you could have just said so." Now I want to know, after the whole drama over a bag of chips, if I had come to you and said, "I don't have any money," would you have left me sitting? No. Someone who has no money doesn't go to a bar. I had money, but I prefer to spend it in bars where the staff is more polite and kind. This behavior was unacceptable in my opinion: we felt treated with disrespect and without any professionalism. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and respectful place. Not to mention the prices, which in my opinion are too high.

03/09/2025: My experience at this bar was unfortunately very negative. I was with some friends and one of their boyfriends: I ordered a bottle of water, my friend a mint water and a bag of crisps, while the other two had no intention of consuming anything. At that point, the staff approached us in a rude and unprofessional tone. Subsequently, a senior employee insisted that we needed to consume at least €1.50 per person. An unpleasant discussion ensued: instead of handling the situation with courtesy, they became arrogant and aggressive, even going so far as to threaten to call the police for no valid reason. The scene escalated further, with offensive remarks directed not only at my friend but also at her family members, and even approaching my friend as if raising their hands and saying "shut up." Such behavior from the staff is unacceptable in a business that should welcome customers with kindness and politeness.

13/10/2025: It was a Saturday night to forget, not just because of the food—mistakes happen—but also because of the treatment we received from the staff. When companies decide to close down and lay off their employees, they should think about what they've done for the company. If they continue like this, I think we'll soon see a new manager (to save the company in time and return to its former glory).

13/10/2025: I had a truly awful evening at this restaurant. After an interminable wait, the food finally arrived completely cold. When I reported the situation to the staff, instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation, I received rude and unprofessional responses. For a restaurant, serving cold dishes after biblical times is unacceptable, but the staff's total lack of courtesy makes the experience even worse. I won't be returning and I strongly advise against it for anyone looking for decent service.

26/06/2025: The place was poor, both in terms of service from the waitress and the food. In fact, all we could manage was grilled chicken fillets, which were dry and tasteless. Any other dish we ordered wasn't feasible. It was cheap, but there was no way we could spend more, not even on dessert or coffee. I don't even know how they're still open.
