08/11/2025: EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. WE ORDERED AFTER 1 HOUR. PIZZAS ARRIVED AFTER 2 HOURS. REALLY BAD. FOOD NOT THE BEST, WRONG ORDER. EVERYTHING REALLY BAD. NOT RECOMMENDED.

24/09/2025: A classic 80s-style place, very chaotic; we practically had to shout, not speak. The pizza was disappointing. The good thing is the low price.

07/10/2025: Very rude receptionist. They charge 20€ /dog. Extra small room and poor beds

03/10/2025: Nice hotel right by the beach, nice receptionist, better standard rooms. Buffet breakfast included. 😉

30/10/2025: A terrible experience that I'll always remember. The mussels were inedible, and the grilled fish was even worse. Highly recommended, definitely avoid this place.

20/08/2025: As a celiac, I was able to personally verify what I'd been told over the phone: the attention paid to preventing contamination was indeed high and meticulous. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the experience and I think I'll gladly return, also thanks to the kindness and courtesy of the chef, who made me feel at ease when choosing the menu. A heartfelt thank you.

10/08/2025: I don't recommend eating here...low-quality appetizer, old raw meat, found a piece of steel wool in the pasta. The chef was very dirty.

13/10/2025: I had a truly awful evening at this restaurant. After an interminable wait, the food finally arrived completely cold. When I reported the situation to the staff, instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation, I received rude and unprofessional responses. For a restaurant, serving cold dishes after biblical times is unacceptable, but the staff's total lack of courtesy makes the experience even worse. I won't be returning and I strongly advise against it for anyone looking for decent service.

13/10/2025: It was a Saturday night to forget, not just because of the food—mistakes happen—but also because of the treatment we received from the staff. When companies decide to close down and lay off their employees, they should think about what they've done for the company. If they continue like this, I think we'll soon see a new manager (to save the company in time and return to its former glory).

31/10/2025: The hotel is a real gem. Unfortunately, the service and motivation of some staff members were not up to standard.

10/03/2025: A business dinner to forget. The ribs were burnt, if not charred. The staff was average but tending to be absent. The only delicious touch was the apple tart with ice cream. The place was clean but sterile.

22/02/2025: Solito Roadhouse, del resto da una catena ti attendi che lo stile, la qualità e in generale tutto il format di offerta sia lo stesso dovunque tu vada. Purtroppo in questo caso una delle poche variabili non controllate dall'alto è saltata. Il locale era freddo, per problemi all'impianto di riscaldamento. Succede, ma quando poi senti che sono giorni e che non hanno ancora "avuto il tempo" di chiamare l'assistenza per irparare il guasto, beh, allora c'è un problema.

03/09/2025: Terrible experience. I came to this bar with my boyfriend and two friends: one ordered water and mints, the other a bottle of water, while the two of us didn't want anything. The blonde waitress spoke rudely to us, saying, "This is a bar, drinks are mandatory." So I asked for two sweets and was told the minimum order was €1.50 (unheard of). Since I didn't have cash, I asked my friend to get me a bag of chips, which we then split. When we sat down, the owner (I presume) came over and asked my boyfriend what he wanted to order. I explained to her that we had already gotten the chips and were sharing them, but she responded very rudely, telling me to shut up and that she was talking to him. I started to get nervous and asked her if it was "illegal" to share a bag of chips, and she said yes, adding that the bar is her house and that it was up to her to decide whether I should speak or not, even going so far as to say offensive things about my mother when I walked away and threatening to call the police. At this point, I waited for her to call them, and rightly so, no one came. What was she supposed to say? "Hi, the customer ordered a bag of chips for two"? Do you think they would arrest me? Oh well. After several insults, saying I'm rude, a liar, and disrespectful, she even approached me with a threatening air. When my boyfriend and I split up, she even told my friends, "If she didn't have any money, you could have just said so." Now I want to know, after the whole drama over a bag of chips, if I had come to you and said, "I don't have any money," would you have left me sitting? No. Someone who has no money doesn't go to a bar. I had money, but I prefer to spend it in bars where the staff is more polite and kind. This behavior was unacceptable in my opinion: we felt treated with disrespect and without any professionalism. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and respectful place. Not to mention the prices, which in my opinion are too high.

03/09/2025: My experience at this bar was unfortunately very negative. I was with some friends and one of their boyfriends: I ordered a bottle of water, my friend a mint water and a bag of crisps, while the other two had no intention of consuming anything. At that point, the staff approached us in a rude and unprofessional tone. Subsequently, a senior employee insisted that we needed to consume at least €1.50 per person. An unpleasant discussion ensued: instead of handling the situation with courtesy, they became arrogant and aggressive, even going so far as to threaten to call the police for no valid reason. The scene escalated further, with offensive remarks directed not only at my friend but also at her family members, and even approaching my friend as if raising their hands and saying "shut up." Such behavior from the staff is unacceptable in a business that should welcome customers with kindness and politeness.

10/11/2025: My stomach has been hurting for three days. Pronto Pizza, an extraordinary pizzeria, is 50 meters away. Everything here was terrible; the oil was fluorescent and the pesto was unspeakable. The only good thing was the lovely waitress who always brought ice-cold beers. The octopus was sour, and the potato and Norcia pizza tasted like it was made with cockroach flour. It ruined not only my Saturday night, but my entire weekend. Afterward, I went downtown to get drunk to forget the terrible experience (I went to Bar Fanfulla, undoubtedly the best bar in Barletta). This pizzeria is a NAS nightmare.

18/10/2025: Poor ingredients and terrible service. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

01/06/2025: Se si potesse non mettere la stella non l’avrei messa. Abbiamo preso un impepata di cozze ed erano tutte sporche di sabbia. I primi erano freddi e la pasta era scotta e maleodorante. Alla mia lamentela il cameriere mi ha detto che se volevo potevano riscaldare la pasta 😱. I gamberoni arrosto erano crudi e il pesce al forno freddo e asciutto. Il responsabile di sala, apparentemente simpatico, alla nostra lamentela ha fatto finta di non sentirci rivolgendosi altrove mentre parlavamo. Sconsigliato.

31/05/2025: Cibo buono. Vino ottimo. Luca gentilissimo e cordialissimo . Ritorneremo sicuramente la prossima volta. Ottimo anche il dolce

23/09/2025: We knew this restaurant a few years ago, when the owner was retired. Unfortunately, what a change! While the food is still excellent and of high quality, the atmosphere and service leave something to be desired... the waitresses don't have a smile on their faces and barely speak to you. What's more, paying €6 for a half-liter carafe of tap water is a bit much! We'll go elsewhere next time, too bad. I'm coming back to let you know that we never ordered three carafes of water, as you say! Especially since there were only two of us eating!

19/09/2025: 20/5/23: Grilled swordfish was super! The pizza & pasta- tasty, tasty tasty! The grilled vegetables- seasoned well with just a touch of olive oil….just great!!!!! ❇️8/11/23: completely different experience. The swordfish was not fresh and overcooked to hide the quality. Cold, & cruel atmosphere…..Tourists (foreigners) BEWARE!!i! 🟥 17/9/25: in response to owner: you answer me after 2 years…..wow! I can only imagine how bad the quality & service are now!!!!!!

19/10/2025: Desire to work was zero because the shop assistant, instead of serving me, preferred to take the pizza with her hands and put it in the box and then told her colleague to take it home and eat it with the relatives instead of selling me cigarettes, saying she was closed.

18/10/2025: At 9 PM on Saturday night, we were literally kicked out without being able to finish our pizza. When we asked to finish our order, the staff threatened to call security if we didn't leave immediately. Such rudeness, I've never seen before. I hope those in charge take action. Never again!

13/07/2025: It's closed. We arrived and everything was closed.

02/05/2025: SHAMEFUL, booked through The Fork and found it closed at 9 PM. With kids in tow, they made me skip dinner. Not only is it listed as open on Google Maps, but the reservation was also confirmed. I'd say The Fork is really not very serious. If I could give it a ZERO, I would have gladly done so.

24/10/2025: Excellent experience, definitely worth trying again Especially the pizza: perfect dough, excellent cooking, and fresh ingredients.
