04/11/2025: With outdoor tables, it's easy to grab a bite to eat after catching a train or before a flight. It's located inside the station and is labeled as a bar. It's ideal for a quick lunch break or coffee. It's very popular with schoolchildren after school in the afternoon.

27/10/2025: I had written a positive review but I find myself changing it. The staff is unprepared and not "on the ball" enough. I participated in the "Frankenstein" Halloween initiative and here I put together my sandwich from the app and paid. I also ordered another menu to have chips and a drink since they couldn't be added to that sandwich and in the end THEY DIDN'T PUT IT TOGETHER FOR ME... they made me the two sandwiches separately and so I paid for the 2 sandwiches without a menu. For an organization like MC, it's unacceptable that the employees don't understand.

With the new management the place seems comfortable with a family atmosphere. the room is well kept, the meat is on display in the fridge in the room. the staff is extremely helpful (they, at my request, "invented" a table to accommodate me) good food for quality and price. discreet and politely engaging piano bar. outdoor tables. I recommend it for those who want to spend a carefree evening. small flaws, which I am sure will disappear with time.

16/11/2025: Charged 5€ as a couvert (actually no couvert, probably having a table is enough to call it a couvert), since you pay on a way out I didn't put enough attention on the bill itself. Food, waiting time and service you can find in other comments - avoid at any cost.

29/10/2025: Small portions, high prices, and overall a very uninspired experience. Paying €6 in Brindisi for a microwaved dessert with ready-made sauce from a tube is incomprehensible. And to top it all off, they said they didn't accept card payments.

30/08/2025: Upon our arrival at the restaurant, the welcome was cold, probably due to a grumpy waitress. Later, I ordered fish and ended up with sand in my mouth. When I pointed out the problem, the waiter seemed completely indifferent... As for the location, the terrace is very beautiful, but nothing more.

12/10/2025: Two hours waiting for a sandwich with salad that I didn't request, but the waiter responded with "e ij t l'agg mis" even though I didn't like it. The price was high for what you get: 12 euros for an (empty) sandwich and a Coke. The tables were dirty and broken.

11/10/2025: We were there just 30 minutes ago to be seated, we sit down and wait another 30 minutes, I call the waiter to order, he tells me I'm coming but he will never come, instead of coming to order, he goes to take other orders from people who sat after us, we will never go there again, it's really a bad thing

20/08/2025: As for the food, we can't say anything, but the welcome leaves a lot to be desired. If they don't know you, they don't take you into consideration, and in my opinion it should be exactly the opposite: welcoming and friendly towards all customers, with particular attention to new ones.

03/07/2025: Siamo in vacanza decidiamo di ritornare a cena in questo ristorante/macelleria gia c’eravamo stati anni fa ordiniamo bruschette con verdure ottime e due tagliate una al sangue una media cottura sono arrivate tutte e due con la media cottura e tiepide, qualita’ della carne ottima genera, ci viene offerto un amaro, personale gentile, nell’insieme lo consigliamo

From appetizers to dessert, every dish was a pleasant surprise: fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and generous portions. You could sense the passion of those working in the kitchen and their dedication to maintaining high quality in every course. The staff was also immediately friendly and attentive, always available for a chat and to recommend the best dishes of the day. We had such a great time that we decided to return for a very special occasion: our baby's reception, with about 50 guests. Organizing an event like this is never easy, but the Taverna del Grillo staff demonstrated impeccable professionalism. From the first contact to the day of the reception, everything was handled with professionalism, precision, and great availability. The waiters were incredibly kind before, during, and after the event, always ready to accommodate any request with a smile and a truly rare level of care. A special thanks goes to Rachele, who oversaw the entire organization with expertise, attention, and infinite patience. Thanks to her and the entire team, we and our guests had a perfect time, appreciated by all. For the quality of the food, the kindness of the staff, and the excellent organization, Taverna del Grillo truly deserves a special mention. The food is prepared with great care. We noticed the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients in every dish. The dishes are not only delicious, but also beautifully presented. The atmosphere is very pleasant: refined, elegant, perfect for a romantic dinner, an evening with friends, or even for events. A place we will gladly return to for the atmosphere, quality, and professionalism.
