21/04/2025: Cambiate mestiere o cambiate chef...Pranzo di pasqua rovinato! 40€ di menu fisso come da immagine. Non so neanche da dove cominciare per esprimere il disagio. A parte l'ambiente grigio, buio e con elementi kitsch da discoteca anni 80 e musica assordante da non sentire la persona di fronte..ma passiamo al menù. La "crespella dorata" che, a casa mia, non è una pizza fritta... comunque, una spugna di olio...tra l'altro senza acciuga (come previsto da menù) a nessuno dei commensali. Il vitello tonnato già nero e la fetta di torta pasqualina della dimensione di un dito e sotto completamente cruda. I primi sono stati degni di una mensa da ospedale. Due primi con due salse diverse nello stesso piatto (forse 20 grammi a porzione). Penne scotte, fredde e slavate con un ricordo di carciofi senza sapore...e senza guanciale (anche qui come previsto da menù) ..non solo al mio tavolo ma anche (ho fatto un breve sondaggio) ai tavoli intorno a noi. Le tagliatelle (dure) al ragù di agnello...che probabilmente era scappato prima di finire in padella.. totalmente scondite. Ma il piatto forte è il pezzo di pneumatico che hanno presentato come agnello al forno...asciutto e duro che restava attaccato ai molari.. indescrivibile! La pastiera era l'unica cosa mangiabile. Senza considerare la differenza di porzioni che variava notevolmente da un tavolo all'altro, sicuramente in base alla conoscenza, considerando che i commensali di altri tavoli che chiamavano i camerieri per nome hanno ricevuto un trattamento decisamente migliore. È risaputo che il menù fisso nei giorni festivi è un rischio..ma la proposta di oggi è stata una scorrettezza totale. Né noi né nessuno dei tavoli intorno è rimasto soddisfatto ed è una vergogna fare ristorazione in questo modo. Do una stella solo per i camerieri che sono stati sempre carini, disponibili e sorridenti!

26/12/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato vigilia di Natale e Santo Stefano. Personale e proprietari cordiali e disponibili. Porzioni abbondanti e cibo buonissimo. Locale molto bello esteticamente e grande.

03/09/2025: My experience at this bar was unfortunately very negative. I was with some friends and one of their boyfriends: I ordered a bottle of water, my friend a mint water and a bag of crisps, while the other two had no intention of consuming anything. At that point, the staff approached us in a rude and unprofessional tone. Subsequently, a senior employee insisted that we needed to consume at least €1.50 per person. An unpleasant discussion ensued: instead of handling the situation with courtesy, they became arrogant and aggressive, even going so far as to threaten to call the police for no valid reason. The scene escalated further, with offensive remarks directed not only at my friend but also at her family members, and even approaching my friend as if raising their hands and saying "shut up." Such behavior from the staff is unacceptable in a business that should welcome customers with kindness and politeness.

03/09/2025: Terrible experience. I came to this bar with my boyfriend and two friends: one ordered water and mints, the other a bottle of water, while the two of us didn't want anything. The blonde waitress spoke rudely to us, saying, "This is a bar, drinks are mandatory." So I asked for two sweets and was told the minimum order was €1.50 (unheard of). Since I didn't have cash, I asked my friend to get me a bag of chips, which we then split. When we sat down, the owner (I presume) came over and asked my boyfriend what he wanted to order. I explained to her that we had already gotten the chips and were sharing them, but she responded very rudely, telling me to shut up and that she was talking to him. I started to get nervous and asked her if it was "illegal" to share a bag of chips, and she said yes, adding that the bar is her house and that it was up to her to decide whether I should speak or not, even going so far as to say offensive things about my mother when I walked away and threatening to call the police. At this point, I waited for her to call them, and rightly so, no one came. What was she supposed to say? "Hi, the customer ordered a bag of chips for two"? Do you think they would arrest me? Oh well. After several insults, saying I'm rude, a liar, and disrespectful, she even approached me with a threatening air. When my boyfriend and I split up, she even told my friends, "If she didn't have any money, you could have just said so." Now I want to know, after the whole drama over a bag of chips, if I had come to you and said, "I don't have any money," would you have left me sitting? No. Someone who has no money doesn't go to a bar. I had money, but I prefer to spend it in bars where the staff is more polite and kind. This behavior was unacceptable in my opinion: we felt treated with disrespect and without any professionalism. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and respectful place. Not to mention the prices, which in my opinion are too high.

23/09/2025: We knew this restaurant a few years ago, when the owner was retired. Unfortunately, what a change! While the food is still excellent and of high quality, the atmosphere and service leave something to be desired... the waitresses don't have a smile on their faces and barely speak to you. What's more, paying €6 for a half-liter carafe of tap water is a bit much! We'll go elsewhere next time, too bad. I'm coming back to let you know that we never ordered three carafes of water, as you say! Especially since there were only two of us eating!

19/09/2025: 20/5/23: Grilled swordfish was super! The pizza & pasta- tasty, tasty tasty! The grilled vegetables- seasoned well with just a touch of olive oil….just great!!!!! ❇️8/11/23: completely different experience. The swordfish was not fresh and overcooked to hide the quality. Cold, & cruel atmosphere…..Tourists (foreigners) BEWARE!!i! 🟥 17/9/25: in response to owner: you answer me after 2 years…..wow! I can only imagine how bad the quality & service are now!!!!!!

26/03/2025: Deciso a mangiare carne dopo averne provati diversi in valle eccoci al Fana!!. Il locale al piano interrato è intimo ben arredato in stile montagna e l atmosfera rilassante. Personale gentile e sorridente ma non invadente. Carta dei vini ampia scelto un ottimo cabernet riserva del 2022 prezzo coerente con quello che costa al dettaglio ricarico basso. (49 euro si trova a 30 euro on line). Trovo eccessivo 4 euro di coperto considerando quello che viene messo a tavola a l apparecchiatura.Prezzo da ristorante stellato che trovo esagerato. Come alto il prezzo di una bottiglia di acqua 5 euro. Per mio figlio maltagliati al ragù di bisonte veramente ottimi (prezzo cmq alto). Io e mia moglie due filetti alla griglia al sangue con verdure. La carne veramente ottima da rivedere l impiattamento il piatto era enorme e old style le verdure (patata zucchine e peperone) contate (costa poco metterne un paio in più.. ).prezzo ci può stare. Consiglio come.detto al cameriere di mettere subito coltelli da carne e non lasciare le posate iniziali alla fine il servizio plus se ne deve accorgere senza che il cliente chieda. Dolci eccezionali un tortino al cuore caldo di nocciola e un tiramisù perfetto. Chiudo con un Ruhm zacapa xo ecco qui 20 euro mi sembra veramente fuori mercato e troppo non lo pago nemmeno negli stellati. Insomma per me ha potenziale per fare meglio ma alcuni aspetti vanno rivisti.

16/03/2025: È valutato 3,5, ma merita un quattro su cinque. Carne ottima, ben cucinata, ambiente gradevole e staff corretto. Forse un pochino costosa la lista vini, e anche il prezzo a bicchiere ... Però devo riconoscere che il Lagrein in mescita era veramente ottimo.

01/06/2025: Se si potesse non mettere la stella non l’avrei messa. Abbiamo preso un impepata di cozze ed erano tutte sporche di sabbia. I primi erano freddi e la pasta era scotta e maleodorante. Alla mia lamentela il cameriere mi ha detto che se volevo potevano riscaldare la pasta 😱. I gamberoni arrosto erano crudi e il pesce al forno freddo e asciutto. Il responsabile di sala, apparentemente simpatico, alla nostra lamentela ha fatto finta di non sentirci rivolgendosi altrove mentre parlavamo. Sconsigliato.

31/05/2025: Cibo buono. Vino ottimo. Luca gentilissimo e cordialissimo . Ritorneremo sicuramente la prossima volta. Ottimo anche il dolce

28/09/2025: Nice place... but a restaurant service without restrooms is unacceptable. One service is available... closed and unusable... I'd ask Mr. and Mrs. Sarni where 20 children go if they need the bathroom.

14/07/2025: Terrible food, but that's not all. You enter the "restaurant" without any signage to help you understand how it works. Once you find out that you have to queue first to order and then queue again at the cash register, you're not very happy with it and it takes forever. Then they give you a slip of paper with your order and something that's supposed to ring when it's ready. I'll just tell you that at the time of writing, there's a 40-minute wait, and when you ask for an explanation, they say, "They're cooking." Guys, mixed grill and a light dish, basically two 5-minute dishes. It's like this every time I eat. The price is fair, but why do they make you pay for it in stress and wasted time?

10/10/2025: Charges are added to the credit card without justification

08/10/2025: Danger!! Warning!! Do not book here — I was robbed! They charged my card twice the amount, claiming that after my check-out, some strangers used the room we had left, and we were billed for the damages they caused. As a result, they never refunded our money. So, in addition to having terrible customer service and stealing our money, there is absolutely no control over who enters or leaves the hotel or the rooms. It was a very upsetting experience that no guest deserves.

13/07/2025: It's closed. We arrived and everything was closed.

02/05/2025: SHAMEFUL, booked with The Fork found closed at 9pm, with children in tow it made me skip dinner, not only is it declared open on Google Maps but also the booking confirmed The Fork I would say is really not serious. If I could give ZERO I would have gladly done so.

01/08/2025: Roadhouse is no longer there. There's a sushi restaurant.

07/09/2025: The waiter does his best, but aside from the service, the food is terrible. Absolutely a disappointment.

12/06/2025: INCAPACI ASSURDI!!!! stato a pranzo, in coppia, ordinato due menù da €9,90 , arrivato uno sbagliato, riportato un altro piatto, peccato che fosse freddo, oltretutto sbagliate anche le bevande. Nemmeno le scuse, ALLUCINANTI!!!!!! SAREBBE BENE CHE CAMBIASSERO PESONALE, AL PIU PRESTO

05/10/2025: I visited this pizzeria/steakhouse about a year ago and had fond memories of it: very good pizzas and friendly service. Unfortunately, my last visit, last night, was a disappointment. The pasta I ordered was completely disjointed, with mushrooms and speck cut into oversized pieces, and a watery sauce that made the dish unappealing. I told the waitress that the dinner hadn't been a success for any of us, but unfortunately nothing was done to rectify the situation. Other diners also complained about the poor quality of the meat. It's a shame, because I remembered a much better place. I hope they return to their former standards soon.

09/09/2025: The wait for my order was very long. When I received my hamburger, it had no bun, and the meat had a very strange flavor, along with burnt potatoes as a side dish. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it.
