And the level is raised even higher. She welcomes you with a genuine smile, the kind that sets the tone for your evening. She's smart, attentive, and knows when to stop by for advice and when to let you enjoy your table in peace. She remembers your tastes, has a quick joke, and manages the dining room with a natural ease that makes everything seem effortless. The combo is this: Bolla sets the scene, the drinks, and the food are top-notch. She puts her heart and soul into it and makes you feel like a guest, not a customer. The result? The staff were friendly and attentive. However, the food service was a disaster. Only one side dish arrived at first, and after asking several times, a main course finally came. The second course arrived as well, but we immediately sent it back because the meat was inedible. This is a real shame because the overall quality of the food was otherwise very good. But the whole experience was terrible. Very disappointing :-(
