13/05/2025: I'll start by saying that I've never been there and I don't think I'll go back, but I'll explain why. There's nothing to say about the professionalism of the staff and the location, on the contrary..... However, I'd say that there's something to complain about the prices in relation to what I ate. Not that I ate badly, but (as I said) at those prices I ate more and in the same way in other places. It seemed to me that I paid more for the place itself than for the food. Having said that, however, it's a nice restaurant and fast and friendly staff.

11/05/2025: The restaurant looks really good: elegant environment, attention to detail and very clean. The culinary offering is wide and varied, with different types of excellent quality meat and a selection of gourmet pizzas that does not disappoint, as well as classic pizzas, well cooked and rich in flavour. However, the sore point is the slowness of the service: the waiting times are excessive, both to order and between one course and another. A real shame, because the quality of the cuisine deserves a more adequate pace. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a dinner calmly... but with a lot of patience.

24/06/2025: Very friendly owners young couple. Service is neat and very friendly food is top and more than enough at very reasonable prices. Parking with the truck along the road is nice and quiet. Definitely worth stopping here Open 7 days a week

20/06/2025: Convenient adjacent parking. Aesthetically the exterior looks good, the interior, although dated, is equally livable. Pizza dinner. Improved initial frying. Good quality pizzas; to deny the history of the burns, which from what we have seen exist but are to be considered physiological. Very helpful service indeed. Fair price.

02/04/2025: Wonderful. New management, new name: CONTRASTI: molecular kitchen. The owner or chef Christian was very attentive, and everything was delicious, a fantastic bread and all food.! I would like to go back to try the tasting menu!

24/03/2025: Non posso fare una recensione sul cibo, però posso dire che sono stati veramente scortesi, perchè dopo aver telefonato più volte per confermare prenotazione inviato messaggi, arrivati davanti al ristorante di sabato sera alle 20:00 ristorante chiuso, ci possono essere milioni di motivi per tenere chiuso, ma obbligo avvertire le persone con la prenotazione, comportamento non accettabile, senza alcun rispetto.

04/05/2025: Con la voglia di ciccia, prenoto in questo ristorante per lasciarci andare ad una cena a base di buona carne.....e, come in passato, rimaniamo soddisfatti. In attesa di un filetto alla griglia ed un filetto al blu d'Aosta ordiniamo un pizza bianca mozzarella e rosmarino che apprezziamo. Ed poi la ciccia: porzioni, qualità e cottura perfette. Con un abbondante ciotola di patatine fritte, una birra, un acqua e due caffè, pago un prezzo onesto. Complimenti per il servizio. Avendo casa in zona ci torneremo sicuramente.

06/03/2025: Ci torniamo da tre anni quando siamo a sciare qui e quest'anno è la prima volta. Si conferma un locale semplice ed accogliente, carne o pizza è comunque un ottima scelta. Cortesi, ma non affettati, servizio mediamente veloce e soddisfazione a fine cena. Apprezzo molto la mancanza di sofisticherie para gormet. Molto brave.

29/05/2025: This place, located next to the entrance to The Space Cinema at the Torri d’Europa, is the perfect pit stop before the movie. With western saloon decor (luckily without fights), it serves pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, grills and Tex-Mex dishes in a convivial and surprisingly efficient atmosphere: in 30-40 minutes you can order, eat, drink and feel fully satisfied — ideal for those who are short on time but very hungry. There is also a practical combo menu with a movie ticket, but if you want the best, browse the menu: the Cip e Ciop pizza, with raw ham, brie, cherry tomatoes and a whole burratina in the middle, is a small masterpiece. And if someone at the table orders the ćevapčići with chips… resign yourself, you will steal at least a couple. You park, order, wolf down and you are already in the theater. All in the same place. Taste, speed and zero stress. To be repeated. Maybe a little more calmly… like an hour and a half before the movie.

22/06/2025: Terrible experience to say the least! Unclean environment, rusty tables bordering on hygiene (2€ cover charge), miserable portions. (All proven by photos). Arrived at the cashier after having pointed everything out after being asked how it went? Everything okay? Absolute indifference! Answer: here it is like this! I feel like saying: sorry for the inconvenience, sorry if I participated in the payment of your salary! I had already been in the past and I had a bad experience, I wanted to give it a second chance but I saw that it got worse! I will not bother you again! Thanks anyway!

20/06/2025: Misleading advertising… I chose from the menu, based on the description with photo, present on the menu, chips with melted cheddar and bacon… something very different arrived, chips with a different cut, instead of melted cheddar there was a cold sauce, and the bacon was like fried ham… I was very disappointed. (the portion in the second photo was bigger)

17/06/2025: Unfortunately, tourists are treated differently here than locals. Prices are a bit higher, but the food is delicious and beautifully presented.

09/06/2025: We've been coming to Merano for many years. Due to the variety of excellent restaurants, we only book overnight stays at our hotel. This year we wanted to add something new to our list, which ranges from Michelin-starred restaurants to pizzerias. On the recommendation of a former employee, we chose the Bussl. Even the phone reservation was very friendly and welcoming! We weren't intimidated by the difficulty of finding a parking space and were assigned an excellent table on the beautiful terrace! The service was more than professional and very friendly. We received good advice on aperitifs and wine. The selection of dishes is small but fine, and we opted for fish and meat. The food was very good, the portions were sufficient, and the value for money was good! On the recommendation, we had a pistachio tiramisu for dessert, which was also delicious. Good guests, good food, a fitting tip, and an invitation to a drink on the house! Thanks to our waitress with her excellent sense for a tasty drink for my wife! We'll be back again on this vacation! The bus will have a permanent place on our route!

10/05/2025: Ambiente raffinato e curato. Ottima la musica di sottofondo. Personale molto cortese e la proprietaria molto attenta e competente. Abbiamo gustato dei carciofi fritti superlativi, crostini ai funghi prugnoli deliziosi. Passatelli con pomodorini e prugnoli ottimi e una ribollita stupenda. Per dolce, abbiamo ordinato un'altra porzione degli indimenticabili carciofi fritti.

21/06/2025: Every week we make a regular stop at this Roadhouse both for the fantastic food, especially cooked by chef Pietro, and for the exceptional service in the dining room by manager Mary. Highly recommended!

15/06/2025: Assolutamente sconsigliato, dal menu ci si aspetta alta cucina, invece i piatti sono di bassa qualità, porzioni scarse e soprattutto prezzi folli, il tutto con un servizio pessimo, lento e disattento, che potrei accettare nell'ambito di un contesto spartano e "alla buona", ma non in un ristorante che si dà tante arie e costa come uno di alto livello.

04/06/2025: Excellent appetizers and excellent meat, but inside the restaurant it is too cold in the winter and there are too many mosquitoes in the summer, since they leave everything open. You can't eat in peace. For the rest, the restaurant is quite anonymous and the bill is high. We return for the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff
