To avoid weighing ourselves down, we only ordered a second course (and no alcohol).
Excellent selection of meats!
I also found a rarity for Italian restaurants: the "secreto," a special cut of pork widely used in the Iberian Peninsula.

Let me start by saying I was surprised by the bill. I expected a higher price. Given the quality and the love behind it...
After a long time. I went to Caruso.
The last time was before the renovation, and I have to say I don't dislike either the place or the selection on the menu.
Friendly, attentive, kind, and above all, everything was delicious.
I recommend the well-rounded mix as an appetizer... (Crudo)
Sublime meat, beautifully prepared. The only flaw is hiding that beautiful cut and cooked meat on a bush of arugula. Meat is your forte, and you should showcase it, because you're the best in the area...
But it's an isolated case, given that in the other courses, meat is the undisputed star... the meat is treated with love and passion. Each bite is like butter... a captivating passion between the taste buds and the meat...
For the quality displayed, the price is fair and, above all, intelligent. Because it doesn't downplay the product offered, nor does it penalize it or your wallet. I can say it's one of the few restaurants where I've left truly satisfied. From the cuisine to the service... impeccable. Everyone is kind and smiling... I'll be back especially for the atmosphere, but also for the quality of the products offered. Wonderful. Simply Caruso.

Good pizza, nothing to complain about. Terrible service: total disorganization, endless waits, and little customer service. The experience was ruined by the service.

For meat lovers, this place is definitely worth a visit. There's a wide selection of cuts and meats. The quality is high, cooked perfectly. The service is prompt and courteous. The appetizers are also delicious. Even non-meat eaters can enjoy this place, as they also serve pizza, but I haven't tried it.
