16/06/2024: Yesterday, after our arrival, we wanted to have a leisurely meal in the evening after a long journey. When we arrived we were told that they couldn't serve us despite there being at least ten free tables. We weren't given a reason. Italy's European Championship game, which was shown on televisions, had long since started by then. Since we seemed to be so explicitly unwanted and excluded, we moved on.

09/06/2024: Excellent place in Finalborgo. The pizza is good and the meat is also good. Book in advance because it is always sold out on Friday and Saturday evenings.

22/08/2024: Unfortunately, my recent experience at Cieloverde campsite was deeply disappointing, so much so that I will never return and I cannot help but advise against it to others. This campsite, which was once synonymous with relaxation and fun, seems to have completely lost its luster. 1) Mosquito invasion: Compared to previous years, I have noticed a dramatic worsening in mosquito management. Disinfestations, which were once frequent and regular, are now carried out only once a month. This has led to an uncontrolled proliferation of mosquitoes, turning evenings outdoors into a real nightmare. It is impossible to enjoy an evening with friends without being attacked by these annoying insects. A detail that, for many, may seem secondary, but which heavily affects the quality of the holiday. 2) Incompetent and disorganized staff: Another aspect that left me deeply dissatisfied was the behavior of the staff. The management is rough and unprofessional. The staff, in addition to appearing unprepared, often provide conflicting information, creating confusion and inconvenience among guests. The general impression is that there is a lack of real coordination and adequate training of staff. In a structure that presents itself as a place of quality, this type of shortcoming is unforgivable. 3) Exorbitant prices and questionable policies: The costs within the campsite are absolutely disproportionate to the services offered. High prices for everything from groceries to additional services give the feeling of being exploited rather than welcomed. But what is really unacceptable is the management of the car park: if you arrive at 7:30 in the evening and the car park closes at 8, you are forced to pay the full daily rate. This policy is absurd and completely unjustified, leaving a bitter sense of frustration and anger. 4) Low quality entertainment: Once upon a time, entertainment was one of the strong points of the campsite, capable of entertaining both children and adults with quality shows and activities. Today, however, the animation is poor and lacking in originality. The lack of charismatic figures like Maurizio Zamponi, who knew how to involve and entertain everyone, is deeply felt. Without him and without adequate entertainment, the campsite has lost the magic that made it special. In conclusion, I can say with absolute certainty that my experience at Cieloverde campsite was negative from all points of view. What was once an ideal vacation retreat has turned into a place that can no longer provide an enjoyable experience. For these reasons, not only will I never go back again, but I will strongly advise against it to anyone looking for a peaceful, quality holiday.

22/08/2024: We stayed in a camper, a huge place if you don't have a bike it's best to rent one, the pitches are spacious and shaded, the bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The only flaw is that there is nothing outside the campsite. We had already stayed there in the tent and will definitely be back.

02/09/2024: Cena spettacolare. Abbiamo preso un misto di carne alla griglia, un piatto di bombette, 3 tagliate, patate e un grande tagliere di salumi e formaggi tutto ottimo. Consiglio vivamente se si vuole mangiare carne e buona e stare comunque in un ambiente poco impegnativo e più alla mano.

02/09/2024: Posto molto carino e carne ottima ma purtroppo trattato come un abusivo dal titolare. Mi fermo una sera alle 20,00 mandato da nota cantina sociale a 2 km dalla Braceria Premetto che non sono un turista di passaggio ma un barese che frequenta la valle d Itria tutti i giorni x lavoro e da altra macelleria di Martina sono cliente per qualche migliaia di euro all’anno Mi avvisano che i tavoli sono tutti prenotati e comunque ordino uno spiedino di bombette spiegando che con mia moglie mangiamo in 5 minuti e andiamo via Nel frattempo ci siamo seduti a un tavolo da 10 persone ma c’eravamo solo noi due Arriva il turno del mio numero e il titolare mi dice: Non faccia il furbo e si alzi dal tavolo che è prenotato Mi sono sentito mortificato e con mia moglie (eravamo in moto) abbiamo mangiato in piedi nel parcheggio Quando abbiamo finito il tavolo dove eravamo era ancora vuoto!!!! Bastava educatamente dire di appoggiarsi 5 minuti a mangiare e liberare il tavolo e l’avremmo fatto senza sentirci trattati in modo così mortificante Il tempo darà ragione a chi lavora da professionista rispetto a chi sfrutta il momento favorevole!!!!

08/08/2024: Fine dining. The food was good, the portions could have been a little larger. The ambience is excellent and the service is good too.

03/08/2024: Starters were great. The burger was good & the pizza was ok. My wife's meat was very fatty and tough. We know that better. Otherwise nice restaurant with a nice outdoor area.

28/08/2024: I can say one positivite comment is that “reasonable” prices. We waited almost 1 hour for dinner. (In fact it was over 1 hour) its too much! Unacceptable . 1 hour is so valuable for the people.

09/07/2024: To my request to pay and ask not to use a single account, the response was: "Open a place and do as you want". Really unpleasant tone. Terrible way to deal with a customer.

07/08/2024: Advantage is free parking in the garage, even though it's a little bit complicated to find it. Breakfast was very basic, with mostly sweet food, and salami that there were didn't have good taste. Air conditioning in the room is located in the way that it blows directly on the bed. Rooms were clean though.

16/07/2024: Booked by chance for the beetle gathering in Staggia. We had a great time, great kindness, absolute cleanliness, amazing breakfast. We will definitely be back, it's an excellent stop in Tuscany, quality for the price.

21/07/2024: Ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista: accoglienza, servizio “ segnalo il Sig Giorgio e colleghi, precisi e professionali” Pizze di Qualitá: segnalo la cetara. Anche la semplice insalata ha soddisfatto chi l’ha richiesta. Birre: poche ma Buone Prezzi corretti. Consigliato!

17/07/2024: Abbiamo scoperto questo posto su TikTok e vedendo le immagini molto invitanti ci siamo decisi a provarlo. Servizio lodevole, la ragazza molto gentile e accogliente. Pizza molto buona, croccante e gustosa. Il dehor esterno d’estate offre una piacevole e fresca atmosfera. A due passi da Palazzo Nuovo sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

29/07/2024: I would like to point out that we did not eat cuisine, this review concerns the pizza, what can I say: it looked like frozen pizza, ordered ham, mushrooms, two or three specks of tomato, dried mushrooms, unleavened dough, the classic frozen pizza bought at the supermarket, a pizzeria rejected by us

02/07/2024: Small place but with a nice pergola outside.. cured meats, cheeses and above all excellent quality meat! The pappardelle with wild boar is good but the Lucchesi tordelli with ragù is super good! The portions are generous and the service is fast with young and polite staff.. recommended especially in summer where the location allows you to stay cool! The price is average.
