18/09/2025: I'd like to focus on two things in particular: the service and the bill. The wait was incredibly long for water, bread, and wine (which arrived after multiple requests, and after the appetizers had already been brought to the table). We asked for a quarter of the house wine, a pointless request as we were only served a bottle of house wine (€9 for two glasses). The staff seemed lost and unprofessional. When the appetizers arrived, we asked for parmesan cheese and were told "it shouldn't be served on tagliolini with mushrooms" (she was visibly annoyed). After three of us had a small appetizer of cured meats for two (sorry, I don't have a photo, but the portion was really small), three first courses (a plate of tagliatelle and two gnocchi with porcini mushrooms), two desserts, and a sorbet (€8), we left with a bill of €120.00! The dishes we ordered were off-menu, it's true, but if these additions to the regular menu cost double the price of the dishes on the menu, it would probably be appropriate to disclose this or warn customers of the enormous markup. The desserts, two custard and raspberry tarts, arrived piping hot, probably left in the microwave for too long; I would have avoided serving them. When we asked for clarification on the bill, the treatment wasn't the best, not even from the owner, which goes to show that the problem is always rooted in the matter. Thank you, and never again!

10/08/2025: A charming craft beer pub in the historic center of Bra. The menu features house beers (it's a beer firm), which I found to be good, with no obvious flaws. They also offer a nice selection of other Italian and international craft beers. A charming place, with tables outside, and friendly and attentive staff. A good place for a good drink in Bra. Prices are average.

27/09/2025: Nothing to say about the staff who are delightful, the place has its charm we ate both outside under the umbrellas and inside, the dishes are good, excellent choice but there is one flaw: the portions are really micro, said by someone who among other things hates eating a lot and is rather thin, they were almost half portions, a shame

19/09/2025: Certainly not for everyone, both in terms of menu choices and prices. Dishes are designed with great imagination and skill. Beyond the classic cuts of meat, there are many specialty bombette, stracceti, and so on...the highlight is the many vegetables prepared in truly unique ways, like a simple whole lettuce, grilled but with Bloody Mary sauce poured right at the table...in short, a must-try.... Only open in the summer in Salento, but with a winter version in Milan, called LOSKO. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly... Perhaps we expected more from the desserts, which didn't have much character...

30/08/2025: I'll start by saying that the food was good, but it's a shame about the rest. We arrived and they couldn't find our reservation. We asked for side dishes for our meat (we specifically requested them as side dishes, not appetizers, when the waiter specifically asked), but they arrived as appetizers. The meat from the table arrived mixed up, and when I asked the waiter, who didn't speak Italian, in English, for clarification since I had ordered specific items due to food intolerances, he replied that he didn't know what was in the dishes and couldn't answer, and then left. Finally, the bill was incorrect, and after checking it at the cashier, it turned out that an extra €60 had been added.

01/11/2025: The fish dishes are excellent in terms of taste, quality, and quantity. Perfect service and welcoming staff. Excellent value for money.

24/10/2025: A truly excellent steakhouse. The quality of the ingredients is always top-notch, and every dish is carefully crafted. I come here often and always find the same high standards, both in flavor and presentation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Recommended for anyone looking for a tasty, well-prepared steak dinner.

I ordered a mixed antipasti platter, just the right amount and a great selection of dishes to get a quick taste of Bari's culinary tradition, and a mixed grilled meat platter with a good selection of cuts and customizable cooking methods. The staff was truly friendly and attentive to customer needs. I will definitely be back.

23/08/2025: I was very disappointed: I ordered fried fish, but the dish was inedible, completely dry and of poor quality. I immediately reported the problem, but was asked to pay anyway. This was a very unfair treatment of customers: a negative experience I wouldn't recommend.
