20/08/2025: Old Wild West in Montano Lucino, inside the UCI Cinemas building, is a true dive into the Wild West. The atmosphere is meticulously crafted: wooden furniture, signs, and decorations make you feel like you're in a 19th-century American saloon. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the wait for food, sometimes at peak times, was a bit longer, but that's completely normal and understandable. The menu is extensive and varied, with well-prepared and presented dishes: from hearty, succulent burgers to ribs, to sides and fries, everything is of a good standard. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, considering the quantity and quality of the food. It's an ideal place for both a family dinner and a night out with friends, especially if you're near the theater: after the movie, you can stop here without having to look elsewhere. Overall, the experience is pleasant, quaint, and engaging, with that touch of fun that only a Western-themed venue can provide.

This restaurant is a true gem, ideal for those looking for a spacious and welcoming place to host large events. The food was excellent, with dishes that satisfied all tastes, even the most demanding. The quality of the raw materials and the impeccable preparation were evident in every course. But what made the evening truly memorable was the impeccable service. The staff were exemplary in kindness, politeness and friendliness, always available and attentive to our every need, despite managing such a large number of guests. The atmosphere was livened up by local live music that created the perfect background, helping to make the evening even more enjoyable and fun. In short, if you are looking for a restaurant that offers delicious food, impeccable service and an ideal environment for birthday parties or evenings with friends and family of large size, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!

Quando entri, sembra di salire a bordo di una nave: l'atmosfera è unica e affascinante, con un design che ti fa sentire come se fossi in viaggio. È uno dei miei posti preferiti, e ci vengo sempre volentieri, anche per l'asporto, perché il cibo è eccezionale. La qualità è sempre altissima, e anche quando prendo il cibo a casa, è sempre gustoso come se fosse appena uscito dalla cucina del ristorante. Inoltre, il locale è perfettamente climatizzato, il che è un vero toccasana, specialmente nei giorni di caldo estremo: dentro si sta sempre alla grande! Non posso che consigliare questo posto a chiunque voglia vivere una bella esperienza culinaria e godere di un ambiente fantastico.

24/05/2025: Il Torchio has maintained its original setting (the large press and the beamed structure are beautiful) but the choice to offer a refined and alternative menu, often with references to oriental cuisines, is certainly not what you would expect in a traditional restaurant in the center of Abbiategrasso. The tasting menu is appreciable up to the appetizer, but there are many doubts about the rest, both for the spicy-peppery flavors and the quantities. The à la carte menu does not include any traditional Lombard dishes.

We visited on Saturday the 9th, and in addition to the excellent food, we had the opportunity to meet Alberto, the owner, who is kind, patient, and courteous, combined with a good sense of humor.

The service was very friendly. In short, a good restaurant and a good price. We went again this year and had delicious pasta.

14/07/2025: On the road from Chiusi to Castiglione del Lago, I pass through a small village called Moiano. The road is straight, and at a certain point I see a sign, almost hidden, that says "restaurant." My first thought was to go elsewhere, but then I thought, "Perhaps seeing the sign was a sign," and I decide to stop. The road runs alongside the restaurant and leads to a large parking lot. I go in and ask if there's room, and with all the kindness possible, they invite me outside. While I wait, a crowd of foreigners and Italians alike comes and goes, until I discover they also have rooms. I look at the menu and decide: Tuscan crostini, ossobuco, salad, water, and a glass of sparkling wine recommended by the owner. What can I say? I've found Tuscan cuisine in Umbria: old-fashioned handmade crostini, tender ossobuco with the callus and fat, a side dish of chopped carrots and other ingredients in a red sauce, and, most importantly, bone with marrow. Fair prices and quality of raw materials, I recommend you stop by if you pass by these parts, I forgot about the wood oven where they make both meat and pizzas.........by PIRAX

15/05/2025: I ate very well, fresh homemade pasta, top quality meat cooked very well, excellent house wine, definitely going back. Sublime homemade desserts. Clean, well-kept, elegant environment and excellent welcome even for my dog, despite the classy environment he was well liked anyway.
