Pizz'osteria da Mazza In Coriano

We've passed this restaurant countless times, but never actually ate there. Being a bit out of the way, on the edge of a highway, its location doesn't encourage you to stop. This time we decided to try it, and we were very pleased. We chose seafood dishes and found them flavorful and high-quality. Mussels Taranto-style, baby octopus, a very good and not at all greasy fried dish, and a sublime grilled dish featuring fish such as cod and moletti, which are usually not offered in other restaurants but are very good and well-cooked. An interesting and positive gastronomic experience. Very friendly staff, and ample parking in front of the restaurant. This is a historic pizzeria (since 1963) and is quite popular, so reservations are recommended.

The seafood carbonara was sublime and the fried fish was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend it.

To sum it up: a true seafood trattoria. The portions are generous, and every time I've been here, I've never been disappointed. I'm writing this review while cleaning my pan of Greek-style shrimp, which for me is a must. For the first course, I must praise the passatelli with clams, flavorful and tasty. Also, although it doesn't directly concern me, almost all the dishes are also available for those with gluten intolerances/allergies. TOP!

Very good pizza, friendly staff

A bit noisy. But the food quality is excellent.

We went last night with a group of friends. We had pizza, which had a tasteless, poorly leavened dough, and the price, in my opinion, was not appropriate for the product. I saw they specialize in fish dishes, so I'll try it again.

Visited for lunch...not bad quality and quantity...spaghetti alla chitarra with seafood carbonara...exquisite...and plentiful for 15 euros.

Had dinner with friends. It's the first time I've seen a celiac friend eat heartily and tastefully. Everything else was excellent, even for non-celiacs. I highly recommend it. The prices are fair.
