They offered us an excellent seafood risotto and seafood fritters... Everything was excellent, and the price was very fair for the quantity and quality of the dishes... 13/11/2025: We chose this restaurant for an alternative evening, booking through The Fork. It was a great decision. We found ourselves back in the West. The menu is extensive, and we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service. The appetizer was generous, with a wide selection of cured meats and cheeses. We absolutely recommend the grilled pork for two.

26/10/2025: Super! A friend recommended it to me, and I immediately decided to try it, being a meat lover. Choose what you want from the meat display or the menu. The meat on display is grilled, incredibly good, fabulous cuts, ribs, and homemade fennel sausage, incredibly delicious. An experience for meat lovers! The place is small but cozy, and the staff is friendly and smiles, explaining everything. Super, we'll be back! The desserts are also excellent; we tried the cheesecake, incredibly delicate! The price is absolutely right for the food we ordered: €95 for two, including a glass of wine, two desserts, and coffee, plus 500 grams of sliced ​​steak, 4 ribs, sausage, a grilled breaded slice, and 6 veal saltimbocca stuffed with provola cheese.

Emanuela and her team proved not only extremely professional and helpful, but also capable of offering impeccable service: always present and attentive, without ever being intrusive. We met Emanuela thanks to a recommendation for the venue we had chosen, and from our first meeting in her wonderful restaurant overlooking the lake, we were won over. We only had one real problem with her: choosing which dishes to include on the menu, because every single one was simply delicious! Thanks to her availability and rare expertise, we were able to create a menu that perfectly represented us and that thrilled all our guests. We highly recommend Emanuela and the entire Prime Rose staff: they will undoubtedly be the perfect choice to make your wedding lunch or dinner unforgettable.

10/11/2025: #Discrimination Against Asians# We were sitting outside, and the table next to us was empty. We asked to sit at the table inside, but the owner was very rude and said it was already reserved. So one person from our table was forced to sit in the aisle. Then, when the waiter brought the plates, he just threw them on the napkins and laughed, saying, "Anyway, you Asians won't use them, right?" I still remember that very rude, discriminatory laughter. By the time we finished our meal, the table next to us was empty.

06/11/2025: The food, unfortunately, lacked flavor overall. The carbonara was quite watery and resembled scrambled eggs more than a proper sauce. The ravioli was edible but undercooked—closer to raw than al dente—and the ragù sauce was also watery and bland. We also ordered the controfiletto with truffle sauce; while the sauce was fine, the meat wasn’t cooked as requested (we asked for rare). The only dish we truly enjoyed was the pizza—it was good and well-prepared. That said, the place itself is beautiful: quiet, comfortable, and full of potential. With a bit more attention to flavor and preparation, it could easily become one of the best spots to eat in town.

13/09/2025: I don't know where to begin to describe this experience, which to say it was traumatic is an understatement. I came here because it was recommended, and then I found myself in front of a place that looked like one of those warehouses between Frosinone and Sora. Inside, the layout improved a bit, but then you discover doors written in marker to indicate what they represented. Minimal welcome, zero explanations about the types of meat, the quality (which was actually lacking), and the way it was all prepared. I ate a maxi Florentine steak that cost €35 and already makes you think, but then as soon as it arrived, the price was explained. It was stringy, the exterior looked like it was cooked at home, and the quality was not noticeable, because if I have to eat meat out like this, then I need to be told what quality meat means to them. You couldn't cut it, not even with their good knife, and if they were supposed to help, you had to pay €5 more for the cut. They should raise the price and avoid mentioning it; in the homeland of the Florentine steak, they cut it without asking for a surcharge. Then 10 arrosticini for €20, and needless to say, they were from Abruzzo. They didn't cook and smelled good, they were covered in oil on the plate, and had no flavor. I recommend not ordering any extra side dishes you think are included, because they'll be on your bill right away. And please, don't be fooled by a 500ml Coke when in reality they'll bring you 250ml or 330ml ones with a 0.50 cent markup over the other ones. Buying a larger one and selling it at the normal price was too complicated. Not recommended if you're looking to eat well. P.S. After the owner's response, which changes several times: I wish you all the best, and your future. Mine was just a summary of my experience at your restaurant. I hope you have a good laugh when you see the quality of the meat and what you think. Sometimes self-criticism is better than response. I'll go buy artichokes or other vegetables in Frosinone, like you said, rather than pay for meat that, once cooked, justifies the 'competitive' price. And don't worry, I'll say goodbye to you 😉

29/08/2025: We found it by chance while staying in the area, but it turned out to be a nice, informal place with very friendly staff. The meat is excellent quality, and we appreciated the fact that they don't bring it to you on those griddles that keep cooking and make you have to hurry to eat it. Excellent IPA beer on tap. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back.
