You have to be objective, so: good meat, good service, nice atmosphere. However, nothing I liked, but that's just my personal opinion.

Cozy place with Latin music playing in the background. The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. We had a parillada for two, which was delicious and the portion was generous. Excellent wine selection.

First time at Canicero, a great choice and a definite thumbs up. The place is warm and welcoming, but it's a shame my seat was perhaps too close to the constant flow of staff.
The service was friendly, punctual, and fast. The menu clearly focused on the main course: the meat... excellent quality and perfectly grilled. If I had to find a flaw, it would be the serving temperature of the red wine by the glass, which should still be kept below 18 degrees.

The original Il Carnicero in Milano truly spectacular.
As an Argentine, I can say the quality of the meat is outstanding. Perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and full of flavor.
Great selection of wines. I had the parrillada, which allowed me to try a little bit of everything wow 👏❤️
The corn empanada was delicious even for my Italian husband, who normally doesn’t eat corn 😉
Truly a five-plus experience.

We've been to this restaurant several times. I hate to write a negative review, but I'm doing it because it's the second time I wasn't convinced the first time. I thought it was an isolated incident, but unfortunately, the second time confirms what I thought.
I booked a table for 8 people, but upon our arrival, we realized that the table reserved for us was small, so we had to dine uncomfortably.
The service was like a tavern, but I want to point out that it wasn't the staff's fault, but rather the very limited space both on the table and between the chairs. The waiter couldn't even get through, and he had to pass us the plates, and we, in turn, had to pass them to other people at our table. This isn't really a problem, the problem arose when the meat arrived. There wasn't much room on the table, so instead of serving it to us, as always, it was served on a large plate with coals underneath, so as to keep it warm and enjoy it. But it was served on cold plates, and we ate the meat lukewarm until it became cold, thus also lowering the quality of the meat. a steak or a piece of meat that is lukewarm or cold is not how it should be. So, my advice is to take fewer reservations, so as to serve people properly, also because the restaurant is a medium-high level restaurant and rightly they charge as is right to provide a service of the same level.
