18/04/2026: A memorable experience, but not for the right reasons. I stop at this tobacconist to buy a pack of cigarettes. A quiet place, few customers, a relaxed atmosphere... especially for the blonde woman at the register, deeply engrossed in conversation at the counter. When she finally notices me, she approaches with the air of someone who's just suffered a grave injustice: interrupting the conversation was clearly a significant effort. I greet her with a polite "good evening"—absolute silence. I ask for cigarettes—silence. I pay—silence. I thank her and wish her a good evening—guess what? More silence. An almost Zen-like experience: communication reduced to the essentials... or rather, to nothing. If you're looking for a place where you can feel completely ignored with elegance, this is the place. A shame, because a little politeness would really make a difference.

07/02/2026: The bar is a bit dated and urgently needs renovation. The staff is unfriendly and sometimes rude. Despite being a conveniently located bar, I don't think it's seen a boom. The quality of the products is average to low. I would recommend taking better care of both the interior and exterior. Maintaining and cleaning the exterior is also crucial, especially for attracting customers. Let's hope for a miracle.

The delicacies, from appetizers to dessert, follow one another like a pleasant carion, and the simplicity combined with the careful preparation honors the pleasure of dining. So the atmosphere, excellent food, generous portions, and elegant and refined location paint a picture of the ideal scenario. We were just passing through, but we'll definitely be back. 12/04/2026: I'll be coming to your place this week because your products are really not bad at all, but your waitress, the rather large, overweight woman, is incredibly unpleasant and detestable! She's going to ruin the shop with her behavior.

Over time, the staff got used to seeing me and became more and more open and friendly, which made the place feel genuinely local. The selection is very large, and the food is consistently good, so it never got boring. It naturally became my first stop in the neighborhood whenever I was hungry. Simple, reliable, and authentic.

08/11/2025: I ordered two burgers to go, and unfortunately, both were a bit undercooked. My partner didn't mind, but I'd prefer them to be cooked more thoroughly. A little clarification when ordering would have been helpful. In the end, I had to cook the burger at home, and the fries got cold. An experience that, hopefully, will improve in the future.

01/08/2025: Terrible experience. The tomato in the Margherita was poor. Making a good Margherita is the foundation. The only positive note was the waitress (not the owner), who was kind and cheerful. I'm sorry to have to leave this review, but it's unfair to offer this type of product considering the price paid.

27/03/2026: We had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Carlotta. A relaxing stay, made even more special by the massages and the hot tub, simply beautiful and perfect for complete regeneration. The dinner was excellent, with attention to every detail: refined dishes, authentic flavors, and truly superior quality. Special praise to Chef Gianfranco Cavallo, whose cuisine made the evening unforgettable. Compliments to all the staff for their professionalism and hospitality. Definitely a place we will gladly return to!

22/03/2026: A very well-maintained location and a wonderful welcome. The rooms still feature original pieces from an old farmhouse. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. It's a shame we only stayed one night.
