The dinner was excellent, with attention to every detail: refined dishes, authentic flavors, and truly superior quality. Special praise to Chef Gianfranco Cavallo, whose cuisine made the evening unforgettable. Compliments to all the staff for their professionalism and hospitality. Definitely a place we will gladly return to!

16/07/2026: Great location, but don't order the crispy burger. The meat is frozen, the fries are frozen, the cheese is just placed on top of the meat without being heated so it doesn't melt, and the crispy topping comes straight from the jar. Absolutely avoid it.

23/06/2026: Cristal Caffè gets top stars: the staff are friendly and professional, the product quality and variety is top-notch, and the atmosphere is comfortable. One of my absolute favorite cafes. ♥️ I recommend trying the hot food, the desserts like gelato, granitas, and cakes, and their aperitifs! Everything is delicious and top-quality. See you soon! 😊

21/07/2026: The prices are too high, not justified by the quality of the products. The granita is average, while the brioche was reheated, stringy, and poorly risen. A €10 Spritz is served with a minimal amount of chips, peanuts, and olives. Furthermore, there was no one at the cash register when we paid. It's a historic bar that, unfortunately, seems to have remained stagnant over time.

07/07/2026: We were at this bar this afternoon. My girlfriend ordered a portion of schiacciata for a snack (it was the middle of the afternoon). While we waited, they didn't even provide us with a glass of water; I had to ask for it while she was eating, otherwise it would never have arrived. The portion she was served wasn't even suitable for a snack. Presumably for profit, they serve very large portions. So I had to help her finish it. The quality of what I ate was rather mediocre, even cheap. But what surprised me most was the price: €7.50. For a piece of focaccia. We're literally talking about the price of a Margherita pizza. Had it been a quality product and accompanied by impeccable service, I might have understood. But spending €7.50 for a piece of schiacciata accompanied by a glass of tap water (which isn't even served by default)—no thanks.

01/08/2025: Terrible experience. The tomato in the Margherita was poor. Making a good Margherita is the foundation. The only positive note was the waitress (not the owner), who was kind and cheerful. I'm sorry to have to leave this review, but it's unfair to offer this type of product considering the price paid.
