14/10/2025: The only thing that stands out is the lady who works at the tobacconist's, she's very kind. As for the female bartender and the boy who works the shift with the bartender, both of them need a smile course and a crash course in greeting when the customer comes in. As for the food, it's excellent, the pastry shop is excellent.

01/09/2025: Beautiful place, a location I really like, and the gelato was good too. It's a shame the manager was rude. I went to see a rock band perform (good, I like the music) and, as a jazz musician, after eating at the table, I approached the owner, proposing myself and saying, "Compared to this music (they're good, no complaints about musicians), I think this beautiful and elegant location would be better for more refined music like jazz." Her response was, "The location is mine, and I decide what music I like," and she immediately deleted me from her social media (where we followed each other). I don't think I offended anyone; I simply said that, in my opinion, that place is more suited to jazz, whereas in other places jazz might have nothing to do with it, and I don't even play my own music...all said in a polite way. It's a shame about this inconvenience, because the place deserves it!

17/08/2025: I was at this bar this morning, and unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The employee at the counter was rude and impolite, lacking the slightest bit of kindness. Furthermore, no one bothered to say hello either when we arrived or when we left, which I find truly unprofessional in a place that's supposed to welcome customers. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but that kind of attitude certainly doesn't make me want to return. The granita was poor quality, the cream was unremarkable, only the croissants were good.

01/10/2025: Terrible, hard breakfast. Trecciana without jam inside. Instead, it was sold with jam. Croissant sold with Nutella. Instead, it was hazelnut spread. Change jobs, you can work with people who don't understand the restaurant business. Goodbye, as Cannavacciuolo says 🤢🤢🤢🤢

08/08/2025: Great café! Single origin arabica, which is so much tastier than any other bitter coffee. They give you extra hot water for an americano :) and good pastries

09/09/2025: I don't usually write reviews, but this one deserved it. Since it was renovated and reopened (or changed management, who knows), the staff service has been seriously lacking. The cashier should be avoided like the plague, twice, so it's not a fluke. If you don't like interacting with the public, change your job, because you'll make people shy away!
